Best place ever it was so good the rap is good and ribs to im going back every time I go by.

Well my wife and I for the first time in 20 years decided to go and have fish and chips at Sams we heard lots about it so we went to check it out. At 1455 pm we entered Sams and was seated with the menu and cutlery. 2 min after 3pm a different couple came in and was seated and promptly had there order taken and when she had that order she came to us. We tolder her we wanted the special of the day fish and chips but was told that you had to have the order in before 3pm as it was a lunch special.!!! We said that we where here before 3 and that she took the other couples order first. Her reply was that we all came in at the same time and just could not get to our order . I said its 3 min after 3 pm and we where here before them and she just said Sorry! My first and last time in this place !!!!!

Hello we have been eating at Sams for a few years we love the food the servers the prices. Our favorite was always the steak dinner and the corn beef and cabbage. And we have our favorite table lol. We will always go to Sams.

Well, after eating here since Sam opened the place the food has gone downhill. Ordered haddock tips a few weeks back and I could smoke them they were so dry I threw them out. Husband talked me into trying a Clubhouse and burned toast, 1 piece of fish that was swimming in grease. I dont know if they dont care about takeout, their clients or what but this is the last time for me. I took pics and cannot post.

Worst food Ive ever had period. Ordered the family seafood platter and the grease was so old that everything tasted the same, with the exception of the gravy which tasted like freezer burn. Spent way too much money and had to chuck it in the garbage. Discusting. Never agian!!!

This was one of my favourite places to visit, but after my recent visit it left me feeling a little bit sad. When I ordered my food it came I was excited until I saw the portions, wasn t enough for the price. I looked over at my Gf s plate and thought to myself I wished I gotten extra like she did, because of the fish being on the small size, yep I noticed, or I would have liked for my fries to be falling over the sides, especially after when the server came over to her and explained why she gotten more. Then taste came, luckily I don t mind having a little smoky taste to it, but that was not a good look nor taste having burnt edges or little burnt scallops and dry shrimps. I was disappointed with the kitchen and the server. When it was time to pay, I had the bigger bill of course, no problem there, but you would think standing at the desk to pay that the cook would look up and ask if we enjoyed our meal like they did before hahahaha I wondered why no eye contact, not like it was busy. Too bad guys you really missed up, be careful who you serve, it just might end up being someone who gives reviews. My three stars were for the server, yeah thanks for the tip!

I ordered the barbecue chicken. It arrived as a cold boiled piece of chicken with cold barbecue sauce on the side.

Had the lobster roll and fries. Terrible, the lobster was more of a salad mix, too mushy, more roll than mix.

We ordered for take-out on door dash, had special instruction notes that were ignored, so noticed that right away. I was looking forward to a lobster roll, but what I had could have been tuna, or any other seafood, for the amount of mayonnaise and lack of lobster left it tasting like nothing much except for mayo. The bun wasnt something Id expect with a lobster roll and I actually ate the inside with a fork and threw the remains in the trash. Probably the worst lobster roll Ive ever had. Super disappointed. Only reason for 2 stars over-all is my daughter enjoyed the deep fried chicken strips. So I guess theres that.

Please never change, please keep your staff, food and customer service the same. I always visit when Im in town from Toronto and have an excellent time. While many restaurants in Halifax are changing Sams has maintained its level of quality you expect from an traditional east coast family-owned restaurant! Great staff make great restaurants!

Sams is an excellent choice for dining in Dartmouth. While there can be some inconsistencies, they are generally above average in service and quality of food. But not necessarily across the board. Heh heh. As a party of 8 tonight, everyone was very happy except the two who ordered the lobster roll. Neither cared for it. The complaint seemed to be that it tasted like canned lobster. Not a fan myself, but they were quite disappointed, so I take it fresh or at least frozen would be the norm? But the fish, the clams, the scallops - all superb. Also, my order was forgotten and was obviously served well behind the rest of my party without anything other than an apology offered. But she seemed new, and as I said, generally excellent service. But I will definitely return. Its one of two places in Dartmouth I would go to for seafood. Parking: Plenty of spots on their lot, and theres mall parking adjacent to their lot. Kid-friendliness: Booths and high chairs available, as well as kids menu items. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking and ground level access.

My parents always enjoy a meal at Sams when in the city, so we headed here on a recent visit. My father gobbled up the two piece fish & chips that were big, my mom had the 1/4 chicken dinner and I had my usual BBQ bacon burger which, as always, did not disappoint! Quality food and ample servings for a great price. Parking: Sams has a parking lot however if it is full, there is plenty of parking in the parking lot of the mall in the same location (just watch for traffic). Wheelchair accessibility: Small lip at the entrance to get in but generally all one level.

Only negative was being to close to washrooms. Someone had a bad time, which most in restaurant shared that experience. Its nothing the staff can control. Its something that just happens. Great food,great staff.

Every time we order from here it s a hit or miss, unfortunately this time it was a miss. We ordered a medium rare steak, steak was grey in the middle. Also ordered scallops and tiger shrimp on the side, we received the scallops but not the shrimp. Clams were cold and soggy the only ok thing about my order was the french fries. For $70 you d think it would be satisfying.

ordered the chicken burger and picture on their menu shows crispy battered but when it was delivered it was a frozen processed breast out of a box, false advertising and poutine had chunks of cheese so big and not even melted and gravy tasted like flour and a few fries were still hard in the middle

Worst place I have ever eaten on HRM. The oil in the fryer was old. Everything tasted bad. There was 4 of is that ordered and it all tasted absolutely disgusting. It tasted like old cold grease. Nothing had any good flavor and so greasy.

When my father came daily to Halifax for radiation treatments we stopped here on a regular basis. It was one of the best places we ate. Today the only good thing about our meal was the anticipation of food. The portions were small. We couldnt eat the garlic bread because it was so tough and crunchy. The seafood was barely warm, certainly not hot. I know that we arent the only customers that feel this way because where you used to wait for a table, there were only a few tables used at 12 oclock. I am hoping that management reads this review and makes the appropriate changes. If you need to raise the prices so the customer doesnt leave hungry, most customers understand.

I ve eaten here for years and recently have gotten takeout food. I have had HaddoyTips many times, but the order has gotten very small. The difference in size is that at one time I could never manage to finish the order and this time it was no problem. If it ends a slight difference, I might go back, but it was a big difference and for me I won t be back

Our server was new but she was amazing!! As for for food..I got the $16 dollar meal which came with soup pan fried haddock with choice of side then dessert at the end. I got beef noodle for soup..took 1 taste and couldnt eat the rest the noodles were very soggy and it just wasnt fresh. The haddock was ok once i put lemon, tarter sauce, salt and pepper on it..potatoes were the best but the gravy had no taste but the kind lady took the gravy off the bill as she seen the gravy wasnt used! For dessert the only option was rice pudding or jello so i passed on my dessert but my partner took the rice pudding and said that was pretty good.

Ordered clams and Cesar salad. Salad was great the girl that served us was great but the clams were just the siphons no belleys. Was nothing but batter and greasy bits of choped up meat. They did take it off the bill but I wont be going back. This use to be a good seafood joint a few years ago

Ordered ultimate seafood platter was not enough clams for the price $26 complained because batter was doughy and wet . She asked manager what they can do for me with the price she cane back , nothing ! Too bad I won t recommend this place again .

This was once my favourite place to eat. The food was great, the portions were huge, and the service was top notch. Something has happened. My last 3 orders were wrong and I had chicken wings delivered that were completely raw and bloody. Im saddened to say that today will be my last order from Sams

Best place to eat in Dartmouth NS, and surrounding areas, I live in Springhill NS, I work every week in Dartmouth, motel food is never great, I found this place by accident, I was heading to Swiss Chalet, but stopped here instead, WOW ,best seafood platter I tasted in years, prices are very very affordable, staff are very nice, all around the best place to bring your friends and family, definitely coming back

I have been here many times. The food is great and are friendly and helpful. When I do dine in the place is clean quiet and comfortable.

This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. The restaurant was extremely crowded (but not necessarily a bad thing, in fact we were feeling hopeful that it was a good sign), the service was awful, and I mean AWFUL. We waited 45 minutes to get drinks and when our food came out I was shocked. My daughter wanted what was described as chicken fingers on the menu (was actually 4 small chicken nuggets, at the price of 8$). They came out cold and over cooked so much so, she could hardly bite into them. I ordered a burger and poutine, and was so upset when I bit into the burger and it was dry. So so dry. No flavor and the bun was stale. The poutine was disgusting, and I honestly have never not enjoyed or tried to enjoy it-so that was shocking. My husband had a burger as well (not assss bad but certainly not good) and fries-that were cold. We asked for straws twice, without getting them and paid a whole 42$. Just super disappointing as things are super expensive in today s world, and eating out for us is a treat. We will never be back and will probably advise our friends and family to do the same.

Don t know the experience on eating inside, but my whole family just ordered takeout and they managed to misplace all our drinks, barely cook our food (still cold inside), gave us 1 tarter sauce for family of 6 when we specifically asked for extra. Definitely don t recommend this place at all unless you want to get your whole ordered messed up

Sam s is a great place to find a great meal at a great price anytime of the day. Lots of choices, good specials and big portions. Our go to whenever we are in the area.

My steak was good but the chowder was awful. Dessert was jello and it had a thick skin. Bathroom not wheelchair accessible so dangerous for me. One of us had a mozzarella stick burger and it was one mozza stick cut it half and no other condiments. Ill never go back but our waitress was nice. Wheelchair accessibility: The bathroom was not at all wheelchair accessible.

Nice spot off of Tacoma Dr for a good home cooked meal. Had the special, seafood chowder and baked haddock with mashed potatoes, and it was good.

I ordered a pulled pork sandwich on Uber eats from this place, took one bite of it then threw is out, it tasted horrible, the bread was all soggy, the meat had zero flavours whatsoever it had no sauce and it was all around the horrible, don t recommend to anyone, your better off saving your money then ordering from here.

Was a wonderful experince. Food was delightful and well worth the price. Portions are large and refills on their drinks. Large tables for parties and also sectioned areas. Nice fireplace to add atmosphere the only distraction was the flickering or broken tvs. Would highly recommend this to anyone that likes a warm meal with great servers. Kid-friendliness: Great menu for them and opitions of table sitting.

Fish and steak are great. Fries are decent. Breaded mushrooms are not recommended, I found them to be quite soggy unfortunately.

Hi everyone. I was taken out to Sams in Dartmouth NS for my Birthday. I had fish and chips. The fish wasnt cooked and the fries were over cooked and very hard.and the pop taste like swamp water. I complained to the owner and I was very assertive and he was very aggressive and said if you dont like the food. Dont come back.. What a way to run a business. I think he should go for anger management. And then he would know how to run a business right.

Wow. What a hidden gem. The service was incredible (Maria is an absolute delight), and the food was AMAZING. We had the half rack of ribs and the fish n chips, and boy oh boy were they good. Great portion size, incredible value and super delicious!! Even the coffee was wonderful! And nice Cozy ambience. Highly recommend, and we will be coming back again and again.

Online order, wrong order (Swiss Chalet - next door to Sam s) driver game me the Swiss Chalet order. Told him it was wrong. I called the representative from The store told me that it was on the driver, which I understood. But won t tell Me if my order was picketed up has to weal with Uber. Note the driver was from Door Dash showed no empathy . Will think twice about ordering from your restaurant ever again.

Ordered the steak special...8oz wrapped in bacon. I asked for well done because the waiter mentioned BLOOD in the medium well.. so i knew that would be bad, It was cooked to death and tough as hell.. My husband and uncle ordered the fish and chips. Had to pick the OLD fish out of batter because it was too hard to chew. Will NEVER return. But the waiter was nice lol

Not only do they have the placed picked that you can not pull your chair out without hitting the person behind you. But when you ask if they have a one piece fish and chip or kids menu your tod no but they do then by the time the food come out because you want to eat as a family it is cold. Then before even asked for your order its 25 mins excuse its busy. Yes it is but its a small place and 4 servers. Then I was told that I was swearing and too force full with the waitress when I sent back my food because it was cold. Well sir ( I use that loosely) you will not have to worry about me comming back.

Last reviews I read on here weren t so great. So I expected okay . What we got was GREAT! Typical eatery decor, but the food was excellent. The service was also top notch, with the server APOLOGIZING for it being poor! Great value for the quality and quantity of the food you get.

The prices have gone up extremely over the last couple of weeks. Once it was economical to eat there & you got good food, good value for the price of food there. The prices have almost doubled from a year ago. Sams is too expensive, compared to what they used to be, for me to eat there any longer.

I went to pick up a delivery tonight as a doordash driver (it s Father s Day) and the girls were run off their feet doing an amazing job making sure everyone got their dinner for Father s Day. In particular, a waitress named Maria approached me to ask me how my Nana was doing, and other members of my family.she mentioned my Poppy who on this day I really miss. This was really touching that she remembered me after not going to Sam s for a few years. I m going to bring my son and my nana in very soon and we hope we get to say hello again because that meant a lot. I wanted to come here o give her this shout out that this restaurant is very lucky to have such a kind and personable employee you can t find that easily these days but you certainly will here!

I have been going to this restaurant for a LONG time. They rarely ever disappoint!! Last time was just a pickup for takeout and the food and portions are always good. The only thing now is that I will no longer be able to take my whole family there because they took away the kids menu options and didnt even leave their spaghetti and meat sauce on the menu!! Heres hoping theyll bring it back!!

The 2 of us ordered the family dinner with 8 pieces of fish, yes thats EIGHT! there were also a dozen shrimp, a pile of clams, fries, coleslaw, gravy.. It was just under $57. We forked over, pardon the pun another $20. For some beautiful Digby scallops... I dont eat fries, didnt have the lovely tarter sauce but yes, I tasted it... Im on A Keto diet so I took off the batter... So did he, mostly... LOL! The fish was Huge fillets. It was delicious, ALL OF IT! Maria, our server was just a beautiful, sweet angel! My only sadness is that we only discovered THIS EXTREEMLY AFORDABLE TREASURE just before we leave to go back to Alberta! If you ANYWHERE NEAR DARTMOUTH NOVA SCOTIA,SAMS IS THE PLACE TO GO! It should be on the provinces list of THINGS TO DO IN NOVA Scotia!

We went in the restaurant and asked asked if they were still open. They say yes. Gave us a seat and took our drink order. My autistic son wanted a hamburger and I wanted pan fried haddock and then they went on to tell us after we put our order in that they closed the grill and they could not do my sons burger. He was very upset but we convinced him to get something else and then they came back out and said that they could cook my pan fried haddock we left and will not be back If you are seating people, you should be providing the food that you have on your menu three other tables also left when we did.

First time and definitely not the last for sure! Good food at a reasonable price and our server was awesome!

Today, just after 3:00pm my family of four stopped in for some food and right away the young blonde host told us that it was only her and one cook working at the moment so she apologized if things were a little bit slower then usual. Obviously, this isnt her fault. The whole time that we were there, this girl did not stop for one second. When we first got there, only half of the restaurant was full but during our stay, the other half quickly filled and she served every single person with a smile and and professionalism. She HAD to had been going crazy in her head but you couldnt tell. At the end when it was time to pay, again she apologized that she wasnt able to pay closer attention to us and I told her to her face that we noticed how hard she was working and that the restaurant was lucky to have her and the cook. Not only was food absolutely delicious (props to the one cook) but this young blonde host made us feel more welcomed and taken care of then other hosts that have been there more regularly. Im sorry that I didnt get your name but I hope you see this and I hope you get a large raise!

Ordered the special(filet mignon). Waited over 40 minutes to receive it. I expected to see a very thick steak for that length of time to cook, but it was around 1/2 inch thick. 3 other tables came in after us. One was finished and left, one was finished and had their bill, the third received, and was eating their meal before ours arrived. Waitress did apologize, but then the steak wasnt cooked correctly either. When waitress was told that she offered to have it re cooked. We didnt have the time to wait(especially if it was going to be another 40 minutes). We were then offered anything else on the menu...same deal, no time to wait for a new meal. The she said we could have it to go. We came to the restaurant to have a meal together, not one person eat, and one get takeout. I ate the food given me, even though it wasnt cooked correctly (overdone). There was no offer of even a small discount, which I think would have been appropriate. I did not expect a free meal, as I did end up eating it. I believe possibly either the waitress didnt put the order in right away, or the cook didnt start it when received. I work in a restaurant, so this seems a logical explanation. Very disappointing overall.

I had the scallops and fries. They were on par, but hey its deep fried. The portions were adaquate with a decent price point. Service was good, not great. Atmosphere was quaint and a bit run down. Exterior of building is bit of a fixer upper and not really inviting. Overall, it was OK but has great potential. My suggestion would be to invest in the business and make it great. Good luck!

Showed up at 5:30 tonight and had to leave at 6:30 as no supper showed. Very disappointing, server was fine and understanding but it will be a long time before i go back. I wish Sam was there. It wasnt even crazy busy.

If there was a no star option I would leave that. Sams seafood should be ashamed of shaming seniors with disabiltys who have been long time customers. The owner of this establishment really told my inlaws that they could eat outside because prior to ordering he had a fall customers from the store helped him up and to a booth the waitress was kind and told them not to worry and placed there food order and then they were told by the owner they could eat outside and that they wouldnt let them dine in. Great management. 2 other couples apologized for sams behavior and also walked out. dining at its finest. My inlaws were publicly embarssed in front of alot of people. My senior mother in law left in tears. Good job Sam!

My fries werent hot when I got them and my burger was overdone. The others in my group got fish and chips and they were happy with their meal. The price was good though.

Two of us arrived at Sams around 5:30 with only four vehicles in the parking lot. Ordered a clubhouse sandwich with fries, and hamburger with fries. 45 minutes before we got our food. The waitress didnt even come by to say what was taking so long. When she did come by, I said that this is really bad. Its a sandwich and a burger with fries. She stated that the take out orders keep them very busy to which I replied so you cater to the take out orders that take priority over your seated customers. Wow! We finally get6 our food. It was good, but I was offended that maybe our pop and iced tea would have at least been comped. This was a really bad experience. Weve had breakfast there a number of times with fast and great service. Last nights dinner was a very disappointing experience. We wont be back, and we would never recommend your restaurant.

This place is excellent! Nice family atmosphere, great service, really good non-greasy food, large portions, and very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Kid-friendliness: We brought our three children, all 5 and under, and it was a pleasant experience. They have high chairs for baby as well.

Toughest hamburger meat I have ever chewed on. Unfortunately I had the 12 oz double patty. Flavour and fries were good. No one asked how things were. Parking: lots of choice.

I had read some reviews myself and heard from coworkers about Sams. There was a really nice atmosphere, kind of like your home meets a nice sports bar/seafood restaurant. They have a lot of options on the menu, and I mean this in the best way, but they are like a greasy spoon style restaurant. What I mean by that is that the restaurant is cozy, they have great prices, and a lot of their dishes are fried (which is great if youre like me and LOVE fried food!). Ill definitely be coming back to Sams!

We have never been more disappointed! We ordered haddock tips and a two piece fish and chip order for pickup. We checked off everything we wanted with it. That order was 48.00, tip included, which they add, and we received no utensils, Tartar sauce, salt and pepper or Cole slaw. I then call the restaurant to have some snippy lady tell me it s not on them, that I needed to call unihub or whatever it is! Who got paid? Unihub or you the restaurant? From two people who used to work in food service, we re appalled! Food is cold, soggy and the service deplorable. This is the hamburger with a soggy bun and absolutely nothing on it. Terrible! Never order from here again

I may have only ordered the burger, but I will honestly say it was one of the best I ve ever had! My wife got the fish pieces and that was very yummy too.

Ordered skip from Sams and it took forever to get. Seemed like the driver kept going to the wrong places on the way to get my food .. no fault of Sams. The food arrived and the fries were cold and soggy. Now the only reason I gave one less star is because I dont think it was an issue with the driver because the burger was still fresh and hot. The burgers at Sams is one of the best in dartmouth

1 star might be too many, ultimate seafood platter was just a mush of greesy deep fried items thrown into a box to form some sort of sea monster. Nachos were okay. Overpriced . Never again.

Disappointed with dark gravy on hot chicken sandwich. Tasted like beef gravy. Otherwise sandwich was good.

Terrible, I ordered food Saturday and it was suppose to show up at 7:33pm, than it changed to 7:52pm.. meanwhile they close at 8.. I start calling as my food that I paid over 50 dollars for hasn t shown up and of course no answer as they are closed but no one around in my lobby, no one in my driveway and it says it was delivered.. worst place to deal with DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL if I could give no stars I would.

The fish and chips, as advertised, were generously proportioned and tasty. While my daughter wasnt sure about the hot beef sandwich, I was happy to finish it for her! It did lack seasoning, but like I told her, thats why there are salt and pepper shakers at the table! Kids, am I right?!

if i could give zero i would. i used to love this place for the seafood and after a long weekend my family and i were excited to order some. we tried delivery for the first time and patiently waited an hour. still no food at all. we then receive a call telling us that we aren t going to get any food at all and they don t know how to get our money back. they don t offer to deliver us food now or gift cards or anything and just let us stay hungry for the evening. so in conclusion it has mediocre food if you re willing to gamble on getting it.

I have been to Sams several times and everytime I have been there I could hardly walk when I left as the portions were so large. This time I ordered clams, fish and chips and although the quality and taste were great, the portions of what you get has decreased compared to what they used to be. I am only rating it a 4 for two reasons, one being the decrease in portion size and when we were there it seemed like there was only one waitress. Our waitress was great but was doing several jobs including busing her own tables which took her away from waiting on customers. To be fair, I do realize things are just starting to get back to normal and maybe they just dont have the staff on hand like they used to so I this is not a slight against Sams in any way. This is just something that I observed while we were there. I would still recommend Sams and will continue to be a customer as I do enjoy their food. //Update// I decided to give Sams a try for breakfast which I had not done before. I ordered a Greek omelette and I was not disappointed. Given the quality of food, portion size and service I received on this visit, I am updating my rating to a 5 star. Thank you for your prompt service and delicious food. I will be back

I almost swallowed this piece of plastic which I found in my lasagna . The food was also ok.

I had a great time there. Good food, low prices and great services. I ordered a family pack and we were 5 and we left with lunch boxes! Fish n chips with a calamari appetizer. Parking: Parking is big enough for the place. Kid-friendliness: They have low cost a kids menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is flat, no stairs.

The food was a little expensive for what it was, the service was ok. All in all, it would be a good place to grab a beer if you work close, but dont go out of your way for it.

Just got back home from a terrible experience from Sams Seafood & Grill. There were 4 of us in total, 2 had haddock tips, and my daughter had a turkey hot sandwich and I had a hot hamburger sandwich. First my daughters gravy was cold, the coleslaw was terrible, just vegies done up in a blender, dry no oils or nothing. the worst thing of all I found was the hot hamburger had summer savory in it. I like summer savory but not in hot hamburger sandwich. and the vegetables were totally disgusting. we have been going there for years and today was the worst ever, never again while in Dartmouth there are so many others to choose from you would think that they would be more on the customers side. The waitress was fantastic, 100% professional,,,, Good luck in the future Sam, just that your income wont be coming from me, Sorry ONE STAR TOOO MANY, SORRY

Best clams Ive had in a very long time! My mom had the bacon wrapped steak and it was very good also.

Went to Sams seafood for haddock tips when we got them home they were hard as rocks and impossible to eat. The mashed potatoes were so cold the butter wouldnt melt. So wont be back.

We eat here often. The staff is great and the service is always fast. We have never had a bad meal except once the wings tasted freezer burnt. Our Fav spot to eat in Dartmouth.

Terrible, ordered a seafood platter I got 4 scallops and maybe 6 clams the clama were soggy, the scallops were soggy, my fries were soggy and the fish was terrible.... absolutely disgusting good $30 gone down the drain save your money go elsewhere.

apparently none of their cooks can count. twice now, ordered on skip, paid and when the order arrives, there are 2 pieces of fish missing. once is a mistake, twice for the exact same thing is theft. so, if you value getting something that you ordered AND paid for, avoids this place.

Went with my family, after spending the full day going back and forth with head server - making arrangements and when we showed up, they couldn t accommodate us. The owner/chef was panicking and pretty much in tears he was so overwhelmed. They turned us all away. Terrible experience. Customer service was terrible. And no one from our family/party will be back. It s actually sad we had this experience with this busy. They do not accommodate large groups and the customer service that day was terrible. Very terrible business practices, wouldn t recommend this restaurant for a group. And based on the way they treated us, I wouldn t recommend them to anyone.

$8 for a chicken wrap and fries. Cant go wrong with that.

So I ordered one piece fish, clams and fries. A bit soggy, but tasted good. The burger however was so dry I almost choked.

Went out for family supper walked in restaurant wasnt busy at all takeout cashier seemed overwhelmed We were seated and it took 15 mins to bring menus another 15 to bring drinks waited another 20 for order and my son used the salt on the table but there was brown flecks that came out opened up and under the cap was rusted and the salt shaker full of rust , the ketchup that is in a squeeze bottle on every table had gone bad it smelled disgusting and tasted sour I went to the front of the restaurant and the take out cashier was rude told me it was ok and to go sit and give my complaint to my server I asked if my son could have new fries and she repeated herself for me to talk to my server The restaurant is going down hill its filthy the lights that hang over the table are dusty full of greese and dead flies
