Beautiful space for AYCE Sushi. Food comes out quick. Service is mid. Starts off too ambitious at clearing plates and refilling water...followed by neglect. Theres a robot that delivers food that goes highly underused. Kids love it: Never see it. Beautiful giant restaurant, with fantastic murals yet I found the atmosphere a little unwelcoming. $40 ayce sushi, its really good...but the experience is nothing special.

Super cheap for what you can get outta this place! Ive been here 3 or 4 times because the food is amazing, the place looks gorgeous, and the waiters are all very understanding. Oh and, this is all saying even though I dont like Sushi!! Ive tried a lot there and pretty much everythings top notch!! 10/10, would encourage anyone to go granted you have 40 spare dollars :)

We went here last Saturday, July 15, to celebrate my sons 1st birthday. The food took long to be serve, and we need to wait 20 mins for each every order. Then, when we follow up on our last order, the server took away the ipad menu, and didnt come back and the food wasnt delivered to us. My daughters still want to order some dessert, but she already took the menu and didnt visit us again..Definitely not recommendable. Were not coming back to this place again..very poor on customer service.

Vegetarian options: There are quite a few just vegetables options from tempura to some sushi rolls. Parking: Huge parking lot. East to find a spot.

This restaurant s staffs were not welcoming at all, during our eating, they were disturbing us, we could not talk and enjoy our meal properly. Robots were not functioning properly as well.

2024.09 During a group tour, we came for lunch. The tour guide highly recommended the lobster sandwich here. I heard it was a hidden menu and must be booked in advance. Dinner came again for all you can eat, ordering on a tablet, and I think the best thing was the grilled bone-in beef short ribs.

First off, the fish is fresher than my New Year s resolutions. Each piece of sushi is a work of art, lovingly crafted and bursting with flavor. And for all the plant-based pals out there, their vegetarian sushi is nothing short of miraculous. I honestly didn t think veggies could taste this good who knew a avocado could be so charismatic?

More expensive than I recall the 2 main rival AYCE sushi places, but worth it by far!! Something like 200 choices! More choices for the non-fish / seafood eaters. Many more sashimi choices! We never did make it thru the whole menu! The kids LOVED the robot waiter service! It will also sing happy birthday for a birthday person. Super satisfied! Definitely our go-to place for sushi now!! We went to Sushi Jet in Dartmouth based on reviews on this site, and because we were dissatisfied with the lack of consistently good food at our regular sushi place. We ordered 14 items (portions were small) and overall we were underwhelmed. The sushi rolls tasted like the ones you get at the grocery store. Rice was tastless and sauces were bland. The soy sauce was bitter. As it was quite expensive, we ordered 3 more items that were better than the rest, and saved our dinner. These were the Golden Rush roll, mango sticky rice dessert and mango cheesecake. Our bill came to around $90 without tip. The staff were friendly and bathrooms were excellent, but we come for the food so we wont be going back.

Surprisingly, I had a real blast with my big brother. its 0 complaints like every time we hang out and go find a cool place to eat! We may have forgotten which food we ordered, I can assure you its okay. It didnt bother us so we just enjoyed it regardless. We left the place feeling great, A massive thank you to the staff! Some of the blandest sushi Ive ever had in my whole life. We had the dinner time all you can eat, and including a 15 percent tip it was about 49 bucks. The salmon, butterfish and white tuna nigiri were near tastless. You had the texture of fish without the falvour, plus the rice. The rolls were too mushy with the avacado, and again the fish itself is downright bland. The squid tempura wasnt great either, the squid was too tough and it felt like a chore to eat. The only food I enjoyed was the BBQ eel, it was pretty good but Ive certainly had better. The service was also great, the food came out quick too. While there wasnt anything wrong with the service or the building itself, at the end of the day its the food you come to a restaurant for. I never usually have all you can eat sushi cause the quiality doesnt compare to an authentic japanese restaurant, like doroku in dartmouth for example. However I gave this place a shot and certainly wont be coming back.

was my favourite sushi restaurant. But my last experience there be terribly and I was feel bad. Never in other place I was see discrimination about the looks people. For my lunch time I choose sushi and I was go for pick up. I getting there with my cloth for construction and rain boots. And I request my order with my name, the woman in the entrance not understand my name and I repeat again letter by letter, she look me and say me I need see your phone . All the time I picked up only with my name. In a couple seconds other woman running for ask about my order. She give me my order so fast, I ask about chopsticks, because in my last order I don t haven t. She look me bad and give me the chopsticks. They gave me the feeling that they wanted me to get out of there quickly. since there were only 5 other people in the restaurant. I would never return. and I hope not it happens to someone else

Food is fantastic! But, caution is advised when using the touch pad to place your order. It can be confusing, as my daughter accidentally added the same item four times without realizing it! Our bill came to $170 for 1 adult and 2 kids. Which is ridiculous! Unfortunately, my child got sick in the restaurant washroom after eating, and again when we arrived home. It seems something she ate from there didnt agree with her.

We were the dining place arranged by the tour group. The AYCE in the previous few days was quite disappointing. Unexpectedly, the Sushi Jet today was amazing! I had a lobster burger here at noon (average, not amazing), and in the evening I had an all-you-can-eat meal, with all-you-can-eat sushi and sashimi! The 4 of us ate a total of 36 slices of thick-cut salmon sashimi, 12 slices of thick-cut tuna sashimi, and more sushi rolls than I can remember $45 per person including tip and tax. For the first time, I feel like I can get my ticket back.

My partner and I have been here many times for the AYCE and have never been disappointed by the amazing service or friendly atmosphere. Our server was absolutely wonderful as always! If I could give a higher rating, I would Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian options for those who dont eat meat.

Wasnt a busy night but staff were pushing us out before we were done..not comfortable. My family was there for my sons birthday and was very unwelcoming once we were there for 1/2 hour..really strange

We went there for an early dinner. The food is ok, especially the salmon sashimi, but the service is so slow, especially the tempura and siu mai. We already went to the halifax branch but its not that slow.

Food serving is quick warm and delicious. The place is neat and clean staff were attentive to the customers.

The sashimi was delicious!! Putting it in ice makes it so good I loved it. I enjoyed the other sushi pieces I had but they didn t beat the sashimi. The roles were also good but they had a bit too much rice and a lot of the roles came in 6 or 8 so be careful not over ordering. Service was great but I hate the robot lol. I had to get up every time to grab my food. It was always stuck because of someone s jacket and people seem to be confused by it.

The whole atmosphere envelopes the experience. My dad and I went here for lunch on the weekend and they have a special weekend menu section which was so fun and yummy! My dad absolutely adored the jasmine tea and the presentation of it was immaculate. They really are just as great as they look, every part of the experience start to finish leaves you with joy and looking forward to the next time.

My wife liked their sushi but I didnt like their version of beef bulgogi. It didnt taste right to me. I guess I prefer the Wok Box version more. They make a nicer tasting meal.

Very disappointed. Im normally a big sushi fan but the sushi here was really bad. Some didnt even taste fresh but most had weird sauce on them so it was limiting the choices. I almost throw up just trying not to pay extra for them as they didnt taste good at all. I also had allergies because of one of them. All the washrooms were dirty and only one cabin had a changing table so I had to wait 15 mins to change a diaper. There was also nothing a toddler/baby can eat in the menu.
