Very disappointed. I have been going to PH for 15 years. Their quality has been declining. Had the worst experience today. Got take out and have several issues: Wings: just not well done. Under cooked. Had two wings that were raw on the inside. Pizza: for $4-5 per topping I would expect a decent amount of toppings. Not at all. Very sparse. I received your reply, however, 8 slices of green olives on a pizza is not exactly proportioned. Further, it is difficult to bring it to your attention at the time of our order when we didnt know until we ate the wings. Honestly, I dont see us returning.

Not only the pizza is great, but the service is unsurpassed. The owner is almost always there and will personally visit each table to make sure everyone is happy. An immaculate experience!! The staff were very kind and friendly, stopping by to make absolutely sure that everything was taken care off and that we enjoyed our food! And the food was amazing too! Not too much for those that are sensitive to strong flavours and quite the variety of options for those that need a littlemore spice and flavor. The setting was incredibly cozy and fun, would fit into any close-knit community!! Perfect for those of us that have social anxiety and/or (slight/mild) noise sensitivity as well. Terrible tasting minestrone soup were served today, paid $44.00. It was garbage tasting, not edible worthy. When I called to complain, the owner did not want to hear my complaining, she interrupted & had a terrible attitude problem, she did not let me express any negative, non caring attitude she had. You need to check your food before you take it home to serve your family , not worthy paying any money. I could have made the minestrone soup myself or go to Olive Garden minestrone & appreciate their caring customer service with respect. The owner Absolutely had no care, she had an attitude problem time 100%. No apologies, I had to hang up due to her nonesense,, no customer service etiquette, absolutely non compliance. I hope the department of health comes in and inspect low quality food being served at the. The department of health should come and examine this business for poor quality of food being served. Who knows what other unsanitary conditions this owner is doing behind the counter or in her kitchen. The Health department should definitely visit this business. Awful owner, with major attitude problem, not worth talking to her. This owner should not be given permission to practice or serve innocent public, all her pricing for food items are not cheap, they are highly priced, the owner no common sense, no respect, somebody needs to remind her that she needs to learn business etiquette, respect & let the customer talk before she rudely out of line interrupts conversation,. Maybe she should spend eating her horrible soups she serves to customers like me & others. I did see similar complaints /reviews about this business the food.

I come this place very often and every time we come here the cashier is always very kind to us. Along with that the atmosphere is good the decorations are nice and overall I have no complaints. And the food like the name suggests is heavenly I rate the place five stars.

I used to love this place. Just picked up my pizza and chicken franchise dinner. They forgot my salad. When I went back inside the one guy was rude as hell with no manors. The one nice guy gave me my salad and extra rolls. When I arrived home there was a tiny piece of chicken. Not like the regular meal I ve ordered for years. I called them and they said they would send me another dinner. I was hungry and pissed off so I said no thanks. Unfortunately the old owners retired I learned. Expensive for tiny piece of chicken. Their pizza is still good if you want that.

Love the lasagna here, and the shrimp scampi is awesome. You guys have an cashier by the name of Mesha she is very friendly and nice you guys should keep her.

I ordered rigatoni with Broccoli Rabe I received overcooked penne and the Broccoli was so over cooked that it looked at spinach . Not to mention the overcooked pasta has no flavor at all.. I tried to drown the pasta in Parmesan cheese, but the cheese had no flavor whatsoever 25.00 for over cooked penne with watery overcooked spinach .. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN

I always go with my family to eat at Brio. Today we wanted to eat at 9:20pm and the receptionist was very rude and with no explination told us they were not receiving people. I was surprised since we are in the middle of the pandemic. Any how we left but walking by the area outside we asked a waiter and he said we could soy at any table and cleared it right away. Another lady said we had to go to the front and wait to be seated. I told her the receptionist did not let us and she said in a very rude way we had to leave. No explination again. We Walked to the Cheese Cake Factory and they explained very nicely that they were going to receive us but we had to order quick since they were closing early. This was very different from the attitude in the other place. Manners is everything. I Won t be going for a while to that Brío, no thanks!

This place use to be our favorite pizza restaurant. But Lately the quality of the pizzas is not the same, has gone down. I dont know if they changed owners. I hope they make adjustments to achieve better quality again.

I found this restaurant while scrolling IG and figured I would try it out, Im happy I did! My family and I had a cheese pizza and a Mediterranean pizza for lunch, and both were absolutely delicious. The Mediterranean pizza was a delightful medley of flavors for my tastebuds :) The cheese pizza was devoured by my family. No complaints on presentation or flavor for either pizza. The dough for both pies was cooked to perfection, the ingredients were fresh and an awesome treat to end the weekend. Although I didnt dine in, the service was great while I waited for my order to be ready, and the restaurant was clean and tidy.

We paid 90$ for 2 pizzas. Nothing crazy or special. Lets run some numbers. If I want 2 large pizzas I can get them for 50 bucks across the street at dominos. And if I want something decent I can go 6 min and grab a meter long pizza for 50$ in another establishment in weston. Just another establishment using covid to rip us off. No wonder it was empty. Wont be going back thats for sure. Edit for owner: yeah you also forgot to mention that anything u add extra costs an arm and a leg. I mean im perfectly ok with paying extra for extras but 6$ for cheese? What? If u order just 2 with extra cheese u pretty much buy an extra pizza and get crumbs of cheese instead?We didnt even order anything crazy like a meat lovers or seafood type pizza. And we definetly didnt order an ungodly ammount of toppings. We ordered a hawaian and mushroom and chicken. And yeah sure i could potentially cut the cost by eliminating the waitresses tip but that would be rediculous just so u can make 6$ on cheese which tbh didnt feel like extra cheese at all. Anyways long story short ur a scam. U want to scam out an extra pizza qny time somone asks for extra anything. Greed bites back eventually

Tried their pizza when a coworker brought a whole pizza and it was pretty good. Came to the actual restaurant with another coworker and was greeted by Brandon. Very funny, very personable and sweet. Its nice to be treated like a human and not just another customer. The pizza itself is amazing! Will definitely return again.

Although the restaurant is not luxurious, the food was very delicious, but I was very disappointed when I stopped by this place after little while. I cant see any of the faces I used to know, the food was very disappointing, and the prices went up so much. Now Ive decided to look for another Italian restaurant in my neighborhood.

Certainly, heres a revised version: I must commend the quality of your pizza, which is undeniably good. However, my recent experience with your customer service was extremely disappointing. I ordered a large pizza and fried zucchini, but upon getting home, I found the soufflé cup of sauce had melted on top of the oven, resulting in a messy situation with sauce running all over the zucchini. It seemed like they had packed it way too early. When I called to address the issue, the lady who answered the phone was unfriendly and even went so far as to mock me, calling me a liar. She insisted I go back to the store to show her the zucchini, but I declined, offering to send a picture instead. All I wanted was a refund for the inedible item. The lady handling the call acted as if the money was coming out of her own pocket. After persistently requesting to speak to the manager, the issue was eventually resolved after a frustratingly long conversation. However, despite asking several times, the manager never disclosed the ladys name. No matter how excellent the food is, its crucial to remember that customer service plays a significant role in overall satisfaction. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall customer experience .

Oh my goodness! Visiting this restaurant was a highlight of our vacation to Weston! The pizza was some of the best weve ever had! The crust is unique. Its a traditional crust, not thin, not thick. Its crispy, but wonderfully chewy inside. The sauce and toppings were delicious. The servers were friendly and efficient. The General Manager, Brandon, was kind enough to spend the time to chat with us. Were only sorry that we live out of state and cant come back! Youve got to try this place!

I ve been a Customer for years. I always tend to give places the benefit of the doubt - one bad day or experience shouldn t be the end all be all - but I t s been going downhill consistently with each visit. The prices have become astronomical in the past year and the taste is all but gone. The pizza - which used to be delicious - was meh - I don t know if they changed the sauce or the cheese or the dough - but it wasn t the same. I ordered a fettuccine Alfredo and the pasta was inedible- in the way that two noodles were completely stuck together and stiff, you could cut it with a knife! - maybe microwaved? I have no idea how you get pasta to be stiff. Someone mentioned a metallic taste and that s exactly what I would describe the Alfredo sauce like. It was unpleasant. My daughter ordered the ziti and it also appeared microwaved - like the stuff was not bu bling or saucy at all, just pasty and stiff. The waitress was nice and attentive, but I paid the full thing because I just didn t have the heart to tell her as the restaurant was empty except for us. I guess this explains it. I really hope they make the changes they need to make and go back to being the family friendly, yummy place it used to be. Let me know if they turn the corner - and we ll be back to give it another shot!
