Very disappointed! Pieces of small and undercooked chicken. Delivery guy doesnt have poutine. Call and discuss with the supervisor concerning the oversight and he replies that the delivery man does not have a fryer in his car to taunt me, so big mistake on the part of the restaurant which does not even take the trouble to apologize for the situation. Must send the delivery person for a refund, without the poutine! More than ordinary!!!

Very bland, like St Hubert but much less good. Indeed, very far from Saint-Hubert! The chicken tasted like nothing but it was especially the Ribs that were disappointing...they tasted like old cardboard! It looks like theyve been preparing for hours!

Never could. We were upset because we ordered a total of 8 skewers and they almost didnt want to make them. One lady absolutely had to say NO to having a skewer meal because it took too long to make!! This is the excuse we give!! Instead of saying no he could offer the option of waiting, but no. After the cashier comes and tells us that next time the skewer meals are the only meal that can be ordered in advance how are we supposed to know? Your site is very old and it is not indicated anywhere. Doing this reprimand because you had a lot of meat to do is stupid. There were almost no clients, you just didnt want to do your job and thats it. Could NEVER.

I was sold a certain known rotisserie before knowing La rotisserie de lace. I usually always order the same thing, they have it perfect 99% of the time. With my order which is regularly a chicken poutine, I ask them to add a little more sauce and they add it well enough! THOSE WHO BITCH WHO HAVE TOO MUCH.... I dont understand them... I love the way they do things and their service is impeccable! Please, Change nothing, you are the King of chicken in the Roussillon sector.

Parking: Several parking spaces in a private courtyard shared with other businesses. Wheelchair accessibility: A sidewalk gives us access to the restaurant door. There is a slope for wheelchair access.

I ordered a meal last night at 8 p.m., the restaurant closed at 10 p.m. I never received my lunch. Without any notice from them. They just didnt take my order which was made on their website. I received the email confirming my order. Hay spit restaurant. The other night something similar to this happened to me. They arrived 2 hours after I placed my order. Without any delay warnings or anything. Unprofessional in any way, very rude and it was the last time I ordered from this place**.

I love their poutine. The cheese is squish squish (like those from Alfa) and the sauce is just good and perfect, not too brown (which doesnt taste burnt) In short, best poutine in town in my opinion! Pictured: Regular Poutine 7in

It was the best rotisserie in the region 2 orders placed since the pandemic and sorry but both times it was really overcooked, I always take a thigh precisely because it is less dry I dare to imagine the breast as it should be dry, I think that a revision of the cooking time is necessary to find the best rotisserie of yesteryear............. (I dont see the importance of the date that I ordered but hey..... the first time was at the beginning of April and the second yesterday April 23, both times I went to pick it up at the counter)

I absolutely wanted to highlight a situation that my partner and I consider dishonest ! Let me explain; I show up to order 2 meals of fried chicken and I specify that we want pieces of breast. Obviously I know very well that there will be costs, a supplement for white, its normal, its everywhere! We have no problem with that! So I paid the extra and when I got home, I opened the box and surprise, there was a chicken wing on the 3 pieces in each box. I called the restaurant to find out if there was a mistake and the lady told me; here, wings are considered white... I tell her as politely as possible, no maam, sorry but wings are dark meat, everyone knows that! And I paid extra for white so...she tells me; Well, the wings are taken after the breast, that s why! Lord! Im in a rotisserie, I cant believe she would say such nonsense to me! To summarize, a gentleman ended up coming on the phone to tell me; sorry about that, next time specify no wings. So I go back and order the same thing specifying no wings the lady gives me the price, I pay and sit down wondering why this price which I find a little high. I look at the menu on the wall and ask the lady. She tells me its because of no wings. For what? Because here, she says, the wings are considered white! Again!!! So imagine that I had 1 supplement for white and 1 other for no wings which are, let it be said, BROWN meat! To charge the right price for pieces of white by informing the customer yes! To charge, pass a small wing into the pile, without warning and saying anything and charge even more if the customer says something, its downright dishonest! I had to talk about it! A question of principle. So. Oh by the way, $43.00 for our 2 boxes of fried chicken!!!! its over for us of course!!!

I would like to point out that we were very disappointed to receive a 9 piece family fried chicken and find that you count 1 small chicken wing as one piece. On your menu you should specify that this is the case!! Maybe we would have reconsidered our choice of order!!

I have never eaten such a bad skewer, hard and burnt, I cancel it for everyone, reserved a skewer for my husband to eat a chicken leg with a raised side, a rib with a lot of passable nerve, but never more skewers

Had a chicken poutine: good portion, fries ok, nice pieces of chicken, quality/quantity of cheese ok. The sauce is disappointing on the other hand: little flavor and mostly salty to compensate for its lack of taste. Damage.

If you want meat, ask for ribs! Their best meat option. The chicken is very salty and dry. The only reason its 3 stars and not less is because the service was good and the ribs saved the meal. The chicken remained in the dish.

Bad experience!!! The fries overcooked and very bitter!!! I felt like I was eating yesterdays leftovers cooked in motor oil!!! The fried chicken also overcooked and bitter!!! The bitter sauce too!!!

The poutine from the rotisserie de las...my familys favorite The ribs, the jalapeno poppers...Yum!!! Good and fast service. They have adapted well to the current covid situation with a system of plates to beep when the orders are ready so we wait outside and when it rings on our plate we go in to get our meal.

I must admit that it is the least worst of the traditional rotisseries in the region at the moment!The BBQ chicken with its BBQ sauce and coleslaw are very good! The ribs are tender and tasty! Their rice is excellent!Their fries are unfortunately not homemade but at least they are not overcooked!The garden salads are fresh and quite good!The pecan pie is a real delight! The chicken skewers could be better:taste a little more homemade and a little more tender would be a plus! The employees are polite!

Chicken hamburger without sauce, burnt and dry, obvious that it was reheated, very cold bread. Really bad. Ordered by phone I was told to come in 15 minutes. I waited 55 minutes there and my order was still not made. Very disappointed. It was my 3rd experience in a few months and my last, the previous 2 times it was cold. Too expensive for a burnt hamburger. Very bad experience.

Restaurant beyond its means, refusing a customer a simple request like having 9 pieces of white fried chicken, even if the customer is ready to pay extra for his request. Must we believe that losing customers and money is a funny way to make money and add loyal customers???

We ordered a club sandwich and a plate of chicken pieces. Result: The club is fret, not lukewarm, fret. Clearly, it comes straight from a fridge. While eating it, I found a small bone about an inch long. The fries are very limp and cold as well. Nothing to help, there was a long hair in the coleslaw. We called to share our opinion, but the only response we received from the manager: I will take note of it. In short, not very impressive. Response to owner: After waiting 60 minutes for our food and having to call the rotisserie twice to inform them of the errors my trip to your house was not worth it. I order for two at least once every two weeks and I am extremely offended by the lady who handled our complaint over the phone, she seemed in no way bothered by the situation.

I tell him that I would like what I ordered this evening so he says okay but when the delivery guy arrives he asks me for the old poutine in exchange, Im like ehhh Im open it and everything , he answers me but I have to make an exchange.... Listen, shes been dragging it on the counter for 40 minutes, all open, why would you want it and anyway, what restaurant repeats a mistake?... Plus he was holding his From the point of view of wanting to get her back, it s rubbish!

This is not the first time I have ordered and I live less than 5 minutes from the Restaurant. The food is delivered cold and not at all fresh. I have worked in the catering field for more than 5 years and I guarantee that the cooks make deliveries with food prepared for more than an hour and which unfortunately could not be served for X reason. My last delivery was a club sandwich meal. The bread was ridiculously dry and the whole meal cold like it came out of the fridge. Unfortunately, I ordered 15-20 minutes before the restaurant closed so I didnt have the chance to contact them that evening. Before leaving this review I contacted the restaurant directly since I understand that the owners cannot have control over everything. By contacting them I asked to speak with the manager or the owner if he was on site, the gentleman/young man who replied: Well... Its like me the manager at the moment if we can say. I explained to him my dissatisfaction with my order the day before and I wanted a refund. The person tells me that I should have called yesterday. When I tell him that I would have called yesterday if my order had not been received after closing hours. the person at the end of the line does not answer and remains silent. I waited quite a while in this awkward moment and ended up saying something asking if he still had anyone. The person responds to me with a lack of professionalism: Well, call back after 4:30-5:00 to speak to the manager!!!! No, but is this a joke? I wasnt talking to a manager?? I never called back, not having been taken seriously, the desire was not there. The person demonstrated no seriousness, professionalism, interest in dissatisfaction and a terrible level of customer service experience. In short, I recommend the Benny & co rotisseries. Best quality, price, taste, service. And Benny offers you cheese sticks that come with a real marinated sauce and not a diced tomato sauce without, same taste as those in cans.
