I like Boustan, BUT the one in Delson is really disappointing. I have tried it three times, all are very low quality . One time, I got pain in my stomach (in 2022). Today I purchased the plat in the photo attached. It is around 1/4 of the plat is empty, and full of salad and a very little of Shawarma. If they do not have enough ingredient, they should not accept orders at the end of the day. I will never visit them again. Hopefully, they correct themselves.
We were in the area and looking for some wholesome meal options and decided to go here on a whim. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! The shawarmas were excellent. The potatoes were amazing. The garlic sauce was the best we had had. Although charging $2 for extra sauce when we had given such a large order seemed unfair. Quick customer service. Ambience is nice. Definitely worth a visit.
Honestly. when this place opened up, the quality of food was much better. As time has gone by, the food quality has gone down significantly. Theres a 50% chance your potatoes or pita will be burnt. And recently my orders have always had something missing. I ordered two falafel 3px and they sent me 1 with 2 falafels in it. That takes some very little effort to put 2 falafels in a 3px I dont know if the owner will see this but whoever was working today, those potatoes are black and old.
The food here is consistent and delicious. Very flavorful and filling! I always come for their shishtaouk plate which is huge or a pita for when I'm on the go. Their garlic sauce isn't too overpowering and their potatoes are always good! The inside of the restaurant is very clean and surprisingly big. Would definitely come back again!

Very cold sandwich, bad service, I do not recommend it, high price not competitive compared to the quality offered, it really affects the brand image of this Boustan chain that we love.
Eating well with family...nice people...not too expensive...plenty...only downside is that the floor was greasy and the tables and armchairs dirty and the TV too loud

I had a beef Shawarma sandwich which tasted like mutton, the sandwich was bland and cold. If I could give no toilet I would have done so
This several times I order from you and pick up my order, and each time when I get home I find one or more things missing from the order. Either its the pita thats missing, or its the sauces, and the quantities are obviously far below what you usually prepare. Im extremely disappointed, really disappointed because I liked this chain of restaurants, but I think Ill move on to another one.
My best shawarma experience in Montreal, I have never tasted a shawarma as good as this one, the ingredients are fresh, the meat is very delicious and the staff is very helpful and smiling, I highly recommend this restaurant!

Food is good but customer service is really bad. Its unfortunate but the employee who was serving on May 4 around 2:45 p.m. obviously did not want to work or serve customers.

Best shawrma and garlic sauce in montreal

After a few orders, this restaurant is officially finished! I order a bowl just chicken and potatoes, I get a Mixed with rice. I had a batch of rice that was not fully cooked. Today I asked for the garlic sauce on the side (as always) and in the end I got NO sauce. Its dry as hell! And since I cant reach anyone at the restaurant, I have to pay again for cups of sauce if I want my dinner to have any semblance of taste! It was the last time we did business with Delsons restaurant!
Good service in store, hot and tender food. However, I found it really sad that all the chairs and benches and tables were empty when it was time to sit down to eat. I had to ask for a cloth so that I could clean the chairs and my table to eat without getting grease and food.
It was good 2 months ago. Small place, I recommend for takeout. the service is... I dont know how to explain it.
Always good, always fast and friendly service, and quality. My shawarma bread was a little blackened from the grill and they offered to redo it. I said it was Ok and they gave me a free Baclava!

Im really disappointed, I ordered a Party Pack which should contain 30 sandwich bites according to the description on UberEat but I received 21 knowing that I invited people so you disappointed me, I I paid $95 to get this!!! This is really a scam Their prices on Uber are more expensive compared to others??

I bought for $50 and he said it doesnt come with the childrens menu but its ridiculous not to be able to give at least a spoonful of garlic sauce, so he calculates even the weight of the sauce too. I understand it s politics but there s also common sense. Its a shame, I like their food but its a small detail that I dont want to spend my money in such a robotic corporation.

The new containers for delivery and pick up garbage. Very small portions not worth it at all , compared to competitors with the same food. Offerings of rice and potatoes now you only get one. If you think youll keep your customers will small portions forget it not happening. Finished ordering Boustan.

The taste and quality are there, but not the quantity-price value. The restaurant recently changed its format to reduce the quantity without reducing the price. Its very disappointing, its overpriced for what it is.

The shawarma was tasty. The person serving the food was very friendly. I think it was a good value. I got a combo where theres a choice of rice, potatoes, or Cole slaw. The rice was good.

When it first opened, service and portions was good but recently they reduced considerably their portions. It s not worth it all for the same price you can go to multiple competitions around. I ordered a salad bol the guy took a pinch of salad to put only Half of it on my plate and put back the other half he repeated this action twice with each choice of salad . I will not come back and not recommend for sure because I just saw so many reviews saying the same things and they didn t care they are keeping the same poor service so we ll keep our money ! I don t know if they were out of food but my portion was a quarter of the portion I normally receive here as a weekly repeat customer at other locations. I ve visited this location a couple times before and had no issue, but 18$ for the bowl to be filled a quarter less than usual is not right. Less food for the same amount of money.

Yes, okay, it s excellent when you manage to get served. Boustan improves your service! Ive been going there twice now and I cant get served! Try again a second time. They are still not organized.
Never order through their website to pick up an order. The employees do not care about this platform and do not respect the deadlines mentioned when ordering online 1 hour later my order was not even ready. Shame! Make people wait like this. What do you think?? If you place the order online and it says ready in 15 minutes, respect the deadlines and especially when you arrive on site on time, dont make your customers wait 30 minutes longer, you ARE RIDICULOUS. Never again for my family! I do not recommend Boustan Delson in any way 0/0
Impersonal Service with poor value for money, sincerely the plate full of cabbage a lot of garlic sauce and humus, no taste, he prepares the plate like I dont know what, I dont recommend it and its not the first visit to this restaurant, its really overflowing.
The food was awesome and fresh! The staff was very friendly and the portions were more than satisfying! I ate the Shitake vegan mushroom as protein and it was really good. I will come again! Food

This Boustan is really good. The personnel who works there is super attentive, respectful, patient, and honest. I love how nice and most importantly clean they keep the place. They work hard, yet they always have a smile on their face. The food is well done and tasty. I have tried several dishes. Today I ordered the shawarma Big Party box for 6 to 8 people for $79.99. They fill the box completely, and God it was good! Keep it up guys!

Standard Boustan with quick ish service, no frills. At the time of the review, no dinning in. Food is constant and tasty. Ordering in advance is hit and miss, especially at busy times. Make certain you go tell your name and the pick up time or you might wait a long time... Recommended dishes
