IT S SCANDALOUS I ONLY RECEIVED HALF OF MY ORDER I WAS MISSING ONE OF MY 2 combos I asked for a refund all this only to get reimbursed $13? It cost me $40 when I try to call them they never answer again

Best sushi in the Delson/Saint-Constant area. Staff is very friendly and polite. Its not the closest to our house but its always where we get our sushi!

***UPDATE*** Following this comment, the restaurant contacted me and corrected the situation. We had excellent sushi, everything was impeccable. Everyone was very satisfied with this new order. Thank you very much for following up. Since the branch (Delson) opened, I often have orders prepared both to take home and for team dinners at work. usually, always excellent service... but today!!!! We placed the order online, very early, to have it by noon, it was ready around 12:20. We had to have dessert sushi and dragon eyes with the gors platter... no dessert sushi The rollers didnt hold together, everything fell apart as soon as you touched them. Little choice on the board. there was a small tray next to it (because of allergies) only vegetables, we asked for no wasabi, more ginger, none of that was done. I wont even talk about the bickering between the employees when we arrived to take our orders. Its really a shame. I can say that at work, they are stuck for life!

We always order takeout from here. Large portions and very reasonably priced! Our go-to poke bowl spot.

Im shocked I just called for my order as usual same time same day and then I get hung up on and told Im too busy we cant make my usual order with an arrogant and rude air The problem is that I was among the first customers to encourage this restaurant when it opened and since they started to make money they forgot the importance of keeping their loyal customers and that business can collapse from there. overnight if we are not serious and if we do not respect our customers If this gentleman did not hang up on me and explained to me kindly, I would have appreciated it more and I will recommend it another time But never again! I am disappointed, really ashamed of the zero service!

Very fair price, the wait a little long. The quality of the sushi is the big negative point, I had the impression that they had been made the day before!! Big positive point, I had extra imperial rolls that I had not ordered. Im not totally disappointed, but not impressed either. They should remove the panels in front of the kitchen, it gives the feeling that they have something to hide.

Good sushi but the owner DID NOT WANT TO GIVE US THE PROMOTION!!!!. With a purchase of $40 or more we would have been entitled to 4 nigiris....he gave as a reason that we had exceeded the closing time (9 p.m.!!!) and that he did not give us the promotion with the coupon !!!! SCAM...HE ACCEPTED OUR ORDER OF $49.52....BUT DID NOT GIVE US THE PROMOTION!!! I WILL GO ELSEWHERE NEXT TIME...HE DONT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS AND TOLD US HE DONT NEED US!!! TO BOYCOT... *Read before ordering* Excellent sushi and the staff are friendly. I removed two stars as in my last four visits Ive had to wait an extra 30-60 mins. Its obvious that they are either i) under staffed, ii) lacking organization and time management, iii) dont mind misleading their customers and wasting their time. The first time my family including young child waited in the car in the cold because the restaurant was full of other customers also waiting for their order. This place has the potential to be a 5/5, but it is managed like 2/5. I tried to phone to ask if my order is ready, knowing they run late, but no one answers the phone. Wasting customers time is a huge insult quite frankly. I may consider not coming back which sucks because their food is really great.

The presentation was good, Im a sushi fanatic and this is the last time Ill order it. The sushi had an aftertaste of old fish enough to make me feel sad. There were two of us and we didnt even eat half. Without mentioning the stomach ache that will accompany us afterwards. Really disappointed. I dont recommend.

We always order 2 hours in advance on the website and we wait 30 minutes longer than the scheduled time. This week, its 1 hour 45 minutes more than the initial time. The organization and capacity due to the lack of manpower must be reviewed to ensure deadlines are met.

Called to order a poke for pick up, was told it will be ready in 20, went to pick it 40mins later and after waiting almost 10 mins to be served realized they never took my order. At this point they prepared it very quickly but was very disapointed with the poke. Portion was generous but WAY too much sauce and lettuce and almost no rice would consider going back to try the sushis but definitely dont recommend for pokes. Update: Went back, service was fine and sushis were good.

Ordered poke bowls with the office. It was my first time eating here. Didnt know how amazing their poke bowls were going to be. Not only that but they gave us some freebie shrimp and imperial rolls which were equally as amazing. Im definitely going to bring my family to eat here. Kudos Sama!!

I think our sushi lacked a lot of love I ordered: Assorted Plate 36 pcs $42.95 - Quantity: 36 16 Futomakis 8 Nigiris 4 Makis 8 Hosomakis. Get 6 pcs of Dragon Eyes for free. But, almost all 16 futomakis were like the one in the photo. Only a few pieces came with tuna or salmon, the rest were tofu . A curiosity is that there was only one piece that had breaded shrimp. We did not receive the Dragons eyes, therefore false advertising. I am very disappointed. The tuna sushi also had an aftertaste of old fish There were 3 of us sharing and we didnt feel like eating everything, it seemed more like a vegetarian meal... 4 pieces of cucumber and another 4 of avocado.

Following the comments, we did not dare to take fish. However, the dishes were good and seemed fresh. We were offered a shrimp tempura starter and desserts. We place an order for $86 at 4:30 a.m., they confirm it will be ready at 5 p.m. At 5 p.m. the order is not ready, only at 6 p.m. An hour of waiting with two babies. They dont apologize, very disrespectful. When we got home we realized that $30 worth of sushi, 3 rolls and dessert was missing. We try to reach them by phone, they dont answer us, filter our calls. The sushi is disappointing in addition to the worst service.

Unfortunately at Delsons restaurant, after 2 attempts to place a telephone order...he would benefit from hiring a person who speaks French because even in English he has great difficulty understanding and being understood. And no I have no problem with the language. Its just a matter of understanding.

Jai pris un choix du chef (28mcx) - cétait délicieux et frais. Service à la clientèle extrêmement attentif et gentils. Il ma même offert une crème glacée au matcha pendant que jattendais (et quelques morceaux supplémentaires). Cétait vraiment bon. Assurez-vous de commander et de faire des courses pendant quils préparent.

Order placed online at 5:45 p.m., should be ready at 6:45 p.m. Unfortunately I waited there until 7:45 p.m.... I believe there is a lack of organization, they should take fewer orders to be able to serve their customers WELL, and above all respect the PRIORITIES. And we werent the only ones waiting so long.
