Great little spot for amazing Korean fried chicken. The Sweet and spicy and volcano are my favorite flavours. Also really nice that they are open later than many of the other places to eat in Ladner.
I've eaten here many times and I love the taste of the chicken. Soy garlic green onion is my recommendation. The seating doesn't seem to be designed for long sittings and not as comfortable, so I usually opt for take-out. They are always quick and courteous.
The chicken tasted like fish. They were incredibly rude. They got my order wrong, got mad at me for getting my order wrong, and charged me extra. Because they messed up my order, they rush cooked my correct order. It was slimy and raw. I'll never return, or recommend this place to nobody. Update: your reply is 100% false. I ordered combo A, which was chicken, fries and a drink. I let you know that I was in the back seat of a vehicle, so I couldn't see what I was eating because it was night time and dark. I let you know I took a bite of one piece and realized it was sea food, which I don't eat, so i spit it out and threw the remainder of the piece out of the window. I returned to let you know that my order was wrong, and the lady at the till and the gentlemen who was cooking got mad at me for getting my order wrong. I don't eat sea food, so i wouldn't ever order it. That also means I wouldn't eat another piece. I appreciate you correcting my order, but I didn't appreciate being blamed for my order being wrong, and treated so poorly. I also didn't appreciate how fast my food was cooked after that. It was clearly half cooked and slimy.
Very happy to see a good Korean restaurant in Ladner. Had the medium sized sweet & spicy fried chicken and filled me right up. Next time I’ll be giving the spicy stir-fried pork a go. What would be appreciated however are some cuts/vents in the takeout container to let the steam out and not cause the chicken to lose its crispiness.
I haven't been here since they called it CM chicken I believe. But I didn't realize till after I order that I got boneless . 8 just assumed based on all the background images that's there was an option . To my surprise when I picked up my order it was a small box (like a happy meal) . Kimbap was smaller than your average sushi rolls. Was not expecting a korean mini meal for 20$ . Might be better to drive out and get it cause this was not it !
Ordered the classic fried chicken, the curry fried chicken and the lemon garlic fried chicken - all bone in and all the smaller size. Very tasty and our favourite was the curry fried chicken which I don’t often see. It seemed to be curry powder mixed into the actual breading of the chicken with honey drizzled on top after it’s been fried - insanely addictive. The classic was great in texture and a little plain in flavouring for me but maybe it should be that way since it’s their original. Pieces were of decent size - you can choose between two sizes and we opted for the smaller size which is about $15. You only get a handful of pieces but Rib & Chicken charges $25 for their half orders so I guess it makes sense that 5 or 6 pieces is $15. I hope this place does well so Ladner has some variety in eating options. Also had ttboekki on skewers which is less spicy compared to the rice cake swimming in its’ sauce.
Went to CM Chicken for the first time with my family. the lady who took our order was very sweet. We ordered the rice cake skewers, the burger meal, and one of the variety fried chicken combo. The chicken was soo juicy, warm and super crispy! Everything tasted amazing. This was my first time having korean food. I’ll be coming back a lot now for sure!
Went for Dine In today for the first time, and will definitely be back. We couldn't decide which flavor to get so we decided to get the Variety tray and get a taste of 5 different flavors, ranging from original to spicy. For those who have a sensitive tongue, the batter does have a but of a kick to it but it does make it very flavourful. The chicken was very tender and cooked perfectly. The presentation was well done and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed a nice green tea with our meal which was perfect for the cold wet day. We will be back again and will most likely do the tray again as it was a great mixture of flavors and more than enough for the two of us.

Ive given this place a few chances because the food does taste really good. But everytime ive eaten here ive gotten deathly sick. And a lot of others have said the same. I can almost guarantee you will get sick if you eat here.
Spicy pork belly stir fry ( )was so good. This place is terrific. Fresh Korean food - not only chicken. Everyone is super friendly too. Highly recommend ..a local gem for Ladner!
Absolutely delicious chicken and lovely staff. Ive come here multiple times with family and have never been disappointed.
Unfortunately my chicken was undercooked :( I tried to eat it but was totally inedible. 4 dollars for a coleslaw that was about 2 fork fulls... Im sorry but my experience here was not good, look elsewhere for a better korean chicken experience.

the chicken is freshly delicious but the one I ordered is with green onion twice they missed the green onion or white onion which I really like. Next time I need to check if there is a green / white onion
Would like to share my opinion about OM Chicken.Korean style chicken that s my favourite go to chicken spot. Do yourself a favour and order you won t regret it
Usually I don t give negative review to restaurant at all, unless it is super bad! 1.One dish I ordered is Korean ramen , turns out it is some cheap instant noodle with little green. (See pic) Guess how much? It is 11dollars! 2.when I talked to the waitress (most likely she is the owner wife) about this, her attitude is you ordered yourself, unlucky for you! She is Not sorry at all! 3. Everything else is cheap out. usually the Korean fried chicken come with a dipping source and one or two small side dishes. None of them! Tea is extra charge. Water will not be served unless you ask for. The waitress s cold attitude is the biggest reason I waste my time to write this 0 star review, she really could done it differently. I hope this helps who doesn t live in the area ,try to pick a good restaurant according to google review.

The kitchen is super clean. I am a plumber, and most of my customers are restaurant owners. I havent written any review for my own customers, but this restaurant kitchen is so clean. The oil in the deep frier is clear The reason that I use my personal account is that other customers might ask for reviews like this. I went there several times for a plumbing job, and today was the last day, so i got fried chicken with a couple of different sauces for my daughter. I drove one hour to get home because I live near Langley bypass. Food is a little cold, of course, but the chicken was still juicy and crunchy. It was delicious. I can trust the food hygiene of this restaurant, which is supposed to be, and food taste is very good as well. I hope that there will be more restaurants like CM chicken in the lower mainland.

Not the KFC you re thinking of. This Korean Fried Chicken restaurant is awesome. I highly recommend everyone to try this place. The staff are friendly and helpful if you have any questions. Make sure to grab a friend and have some beer and/or soju with your delicious chicken too!

We used to come here when it was Mt Fuji, a Japanese restaurant. Now it is a Korean eatery that serves Korean fried chicken in various flavors. We ordered a regular size of spicy boneless chicken for takeout. We were surprised at how small the box was. It barely was an appetizer for two people. The taste was good but the chicken was only lightly done. I usually like my chicken well done like most people. Would I come back? Probably not.
I was excited to try this place out. unfortunately the chicken was not cooked properly and my son got sick right away. he took two bites and immediately ran to the bathroom in there to throw up. I asked the lady if I can speak to a manager or the cook and she said no manager and the cook does not speak English. I asked for the meal to be taken off my receipt since we were not going to eat the chicken raw. and she said no!. I said no problem I will pay and put on a review of such an awful experience. she said ok! I will not be going back to #CMCHICKENLADNER

It s very expensive for what you get. Example, we ordered a $15 squid dish, the container was only 1/4 filled. Bland taste as well
The best Korean fried chicken I ve had I ordered the soy garlic, honey garlic, sweet chilli and the volcano- with a side of kimchi and rice. All were really tasty but the sweet chilli was my favourite. The owners are so friendly and very welcoming, wish them lots of success! Definitely coming back here
Stopped here on a random search of the area while visiting a friend in Ladner. Wonderful and tasty! The chicken was somehow crispy and flavor loaded on the outside, and tender and juicy on the inside.

Juicy and delicious fried chicken. Lots of flavors to choose from. I found the soy chicken with green onion has a little kick to it even though it isnt supposed to be spicy. This is the only Korean restaurant in Ladner and it is a nice addition. We enjoyed our meal tonight.
Really great chicken with decent portions. Had the bone in garlic soy chicken and boneless regular. We used to have to go all the way to Richmond or Burquitlam for good korean Chicken, now we have one next door. Support your local chicken place!

As a Korean, Im embarrassed to say that I didnt know for 4 weeks that there was a chicken restaurant in Radner. Its the most delicious chicken Ive had in Canada, and I like it because there are so many different types of chicken! I think Ill go often. Must go place!!

OMG! Just picked up original boneless fried chicken large & garlic spicy chicken large. I am so happy that they opened in Ladner because I used to go to Chicko chicken in Richmond for fried chicken every 2 weeks. This is as good as Chicko even a bit better than Chicko for the original fired chicken. Its so juicy & crispy. This is so freaking delicious. Spiciness is just perfect for the garlic spicy chicken. I love K-pop. I love KFC (Korean Fried Chicken). This place is as good as in South Korea. You will never regret it. Oh man, cant wait to go back in 2 weeks. The owner is super nice too.

Good flavored chicken and crispy breading. 5 stars for the flavor. 2 stars for the service though. Details of 2 stars: we called and ordered a pick up of fried whole chicken, but upon pick up we noticed a half size was only prepared. We then asked if they can make it a large size and we were willing to pay the difference rather than ordering another half size, and unfortunately we received a firm NO response. Honestly, the difference between two half size orders and one large size order is only a dollar or two, but it was just a no. We were sure we ordered the whole chicken, not half portion, and we heard no apology either. If I were them, I would have confirmed the order details. For some reason if order details were not confirmed and a situation like this occurred then I d try to mitigate the situation instead of giving a firm no response to a customer when misunderstanding/mistakes were found. As a customer, we could ve confirmed the order details at the end of the call too (and we will now, going forward..), but regardless, how they handled the situation at the time of pick up made us feel like they do not appreciate customers.
