To the Management of the Tim Hortons on Ladner Trunk Road: I want to express my gratitude to you and your staff every time I visit. The girls are working hard to diligently preparing my family’s drinks and snacks. My father is in the care home near by and we always bring coffee, sandwiches and sweets for my family to munch on. I appreciate that Anmol and the team of girls working hard in the back. Although I don’t know their names please make sure they are all recognized in some form or another. I highly recommend anyone travelling along this route to drop into Tim Hortons. Once again thank you for the great food and great service. Best, France
I recently dined at this place and was thoroughly impressed with the service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The attendant was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. The food was delicious, and I never felt rushed. The overall experience was great and I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for great food and outstanding service.
The reason I gave Tim's a one star review is because quite a few people including myself have noticed a new trend among many outlets. They are serving either double brewed coffee or splitting the grounds into more servings. This is a blatant money grab, effectively stealing from customers. If your coffee tastes like coffee flavored water, it probably is. Tim's executives should install cameras stealthily to catch these people! I have completely stopped buying anything from Tim's. Boycott seems to be the only way. I've been a steady customer for decades, now this?

I order a double toasted bagel with cream cheese they tried to give me one with just butter on it.They gave me the right one I drove to work to only find this bagel looked like it was dropped a bunch of times.

Ordered 10 chocolate glazed timbits but they just gave me assorted flavors even though they had plenty of chocolate glazed available. Also, one of the timbits looked like someone took a bite already! Disgusting.
