I love this location! It s always clean, the food is good and the manager Craig is friendly and down to earth. I stop in here for food when I m here from out of town. In all occasions it exceeded expectations.

Didn t end up eating anything here. I ordered my mobile order from the wrong location & they weren t willing to help me sort it out! If this ever happened at a Tim Hortons or McDonald s they often call the restaurant for you and make your order.

Ok sooooo Dairy Queen is thought of as fast food, therefore you dont expect or get a dining experience right?? Wrong!!! I was in the other day and Melinda is the team member on duty. She is pleasant and warm and inviting. After making my purchase she tells me to grab a seat and she will bring my food to me. When does this ever happen in a Dairy Queen?? As Im sitting there you can hear her interacting with other guests and she remembers their names and what the like to order and even knows things about their everyday lives. Melinda has made the guests coming in here feel like they are at home. I asked her name as I left (so I could write this review) and she asked mine so she could remember the next time I came in. Melinda is a rockstar of a human and really defines the word community as she makes it a reality. Thank you again Melinda, you really gave me a 5 star dining experience. I hope the owners appreciate you as your guests including me, really do. Thank you.

The assistant manager served us and she was wonderful. In fact she had a full staff complement and everyone was happy. The banana split was huge!! Restaurant super clean and the air conditioning was a welcome bonus.

I kid you not this is the best Dairy Queen ever. The food, especially their burgers, are going to change your mind about Dairy Queen. You order, get seated and they bring the food to you. Hot, fresh, and consistent everytime. It has a restaurant vibe. Try it for yourself. Plus, the owner and the staff are so nice, they care for the community. Overall a big win. Five stars out of five all around; I dont live here, and I stopped here with the family and this place wasnt like any other Dairy Queen. Clean, organized and serviced with a smile, you would feel like youre in a restaurant and not a fast food restaurant if you didnt see all the DQ signs.

This has been the best and most consistent DQ in British Columbia ever since it came out, and I should know because Ive been to almost all of them in the lower mainland! The food is always hot and fresh, the staff are so friendly, and the place is absolutely spotless. Everyone in Ladner raves about how good the DQ here is.

Chris and his staff never stop at amazing, they continue on right to perfect! Kind, caring and always so hospitable every time you go. They have looked after my dads sweet tooth for years now and continue to promote healthy social gatherings and meetups in the parking lot!

Outstanding! Went to have lunch there, not expecting much because I figured DQ would be limited to burgers, so I would just have a Diet Pepsi for lunch while my companion had a burger. Surprise! They had a couple of salad choices. Not expecting much, I ordered the Rotisserie Chicken Salad, which was really nice, just he right size with very cold, crispy, fresh lettuce and moist NOT greasy roast chicken. Service was outstanding, spotlessly clean interior of restaurant and nice outdoor dining area. VERY impressed!

Ladner Dairy Queen is run by super people. It is a very busy location and its very clean, it never takes more than a few minutes to get your order. The icecream is fantastic.

Nice looking place, food is just soso. Would not recommend it. Burger combo will cost around $14/16. And honestly taste no better then 711. Simple combo, Burger was dry, fries were over fried. Spend a couple dollars more and go across the street to FB and no im not promoting FB. Ladner does lacks restaurants, however this DQ is a non repeat for me,

I only stopped here for an ice cream before returning to the States. But the service here was exceptional. Very nice workers and my dipped soft serve was just what I needed.

No accessibility . I must park my scooter outside which is odd since it s a brand new facility this last 2 years. I ordered on line once and the chicken strips were burned at both ends so couldn t eat anything but the middle. I decided to give them a second chance and my 3 year old and I went in to share a poutine, chicken strips and a small milkshake each. I had to stand in line for a long time though there were many staff there only one till was open. I have Difficulty standing for long periods so just more inconvenience on lack of accessibility. $ 30.00 dollars later same problem with the strips. When paying so much for so little with an inability to eat roughly half of the four strips, I decided all things considered never again. Not even for ice cream!

Had the worst customer service!! First time here to this location as I had a coupon specific to here. I waited in line and a bunch of kids were in front of me. No big deal. The one kid had a gift card and Im assuming he didnt know how to Swipe it. But the lady had the nerve to rip it out of his hand and put the card in the slot to swipe it and leave it there for him to do it. It looked like she got very frustrated very fast with this boy. Anyways I get up and order. I had a free coupon for a sundae, and she says ok wait over to the side. I was about to order more but she told me to wait to the side with the stern voice. Like she wanted to keep the line going. I said thats it, yes stand over here and wait for it. I said I was going to order another thing but I guess I wasnt. So pushy no smile and doesnt seem to like her job. I wont be going back here if thats how they treat people. Nice restaurant though.

My Order was NOT taken correctly and I ended up having to pay over $20 for what should have been a $5 transaction. Further more the customer service was really bad, and I feel that this location is poorly managed and needs better customer service, and better management as a whole! If I go to Mc Donalds with a mistake on the order they are all to happy to change it out, and reinburse or charge a difference. Further more when I attended there during pandemic, a customer was very upset that social distancing was not being adheared to.

I just came out of the Ladner BC dairy Queen and before I say anything negative normally they are great. It was very busy there today so I waited my turn 10-15 minutes. When I got to the front I asked to order a cake and they said not today now is not a good time. So ya again they are not bad but if you dont want customers ordering something please put a sign up so I dont waste 15 mins of my life and as well dont waste your time. Thanks

Ordered a birthday cake online for my wifes birthday, and they spelled her name incorrectly.

I came earlier today and ordered $50 worth of ice cream just to be treated terribly by the manager and told that I did not pay for my order. We tried to communicate with the manager but he rudely threw the order behind the cashier and told him to deal with it. i will not be coming here again and do not recommend it to others.

One of the nicest dairy queens you can go to! Good service, nice staff, and a very new, renovated location. That being said, dairy queens food is VERY hit or miss. Their burgers taste kind of like lunchable burgers that you microwave, and their chicken bacon ranch sandwich is really bad in my experience. Their fries, however, are very tasty and so are the chicken strips. Plus the ice cream, of course. Choose well and youre in for a great time

I was surprised by the level of customer service at this location. Ive never experienced it on a DQ before. I randomly stopped here after heading to the delta hospital for a worksite related injury and I had one of the best dining experiences Ive had in fast food. It reminded me of the woodgrove McDonalds in Nanaimo, whose owner is focused on the level of customer service.

This place is very clean, staff are wonderful, and food always delicious. Went there for a cake today for my daughter, so many selections,.....and they wrote Happy Birthday on the cake within minutes.

Dairy Queen Grill and Chill was one of the very few restaurants open at 9 pm in the Ladner area. We first thought they only served Ice-creams and shakes but we were mistaken. We ordered a Chicken Wrap and got a bag of French fries free with it. Then we ordered a Caramel Ice-cream and the contents of the cup was so thick that it did not fall out even when the server turned the cup down for one second. The service was friendly and courteous. There were plenty of tables to sit on at that late hour and the music was entertaining. There was outside seating as well, but it was too cold to sit out at that late hour. Prices were reasonable.

Great ownership and management, very clean establishment and quality service. Its become a ritual for my friend and I to come by on the weekly and chill at our favourite DQ thanks to friendly and welcoming staff, multiple tv screens for watching sports highlights and excellent food.

It s great to have something open late in Ladner! The ice cream is quick and the servers are nice. The atmosphere is really what makes you want to stay. It s got a nice lounge and lighting.

Sometimes you need a burger.

Ordered through skip the dishes today Ordered a crispy chicken burger. Instead received three dropping with fryer oil burnt chicken strips (I ve worked fast food. Opening the strips showed they had been re-cooked at LEAST once if not more) I called the restaurant to let them know I was not impressed. The manager (who never even bothered to greet me or identify himself when he answered) was not even remotely surprised. Nor did he seem to care at all as he immediately and flatly said fine,I ll give you a credit . As if I want MORE poorly served food. DQ used to be one of my favourite restaurants (I even worked at one for a few years when I was younger). But this new DQ in Ladner is putting the name to shame. I have given them the benefit of the doubt before as they were new and maybe needed time to work our kinks and train staff. But it s been well over a year now and 9/10 the food is borderline if not completely inedible and the management doesn t care one bit. Do not go to this DQ. The one in tsawwassen is 5 minutes away and has been there for 40 years. They know what they are doing and do it right. Dairy Queen Ladner. You are a failure to the name.

Ive given the restaurant a few chances to redeem themselves after an absolutely ridiculous skip order. It is what it is. Its Ladner ice cream. Dont bother with the food unless youre down for squished, half-stale buns, undercooked bacon, the green and brown top of the tomato, and generally sloppy burgers.

My first time here my friend and I were talking about what we think could have been improved on the flamethrower burger. The manager over heard us, stopped and asked how they could improve! It was really refreshing to see a manager that cares and continues to try and improve their food/restaurant. on all my other visits we have had flawless service, correct and quick orders and always met with a smile! This is my favorite DQ Ive been too and recommend it to anyone! All other DQs should you use this location as a bench mark for how they should be runnning.

Business hours showing on Google Maps are incorrect. The place is open until 10:30pm EVERY DAY, not just Fri and Sat. Submitted edit requests to Google Maps several times, and received notifications that the edits were approved and posted. Yet still not reflected as of July 2019.
