Burger was great, onion rings were hot garbage. Tasted nothing like they do across the rest of the chain. These were dry, had a different type of batter which was too thick, and seemed to contain zero seasoning. If you want the great onion rings you know and love from other A&Ws, don’t come here. The mozza burger was one of the best ones I’ve had.
Excellent service by Vishu,Pooja and komal. It's was the closing time still they had a smile while serving. 5star for there service.
A&W is awesome and the best fast food joint across Canada. I used my app discount for a dollar coffee, but the machine was out when I arrived. The server was super nice and so I didn't miss out, they refunded me the total value of a regular coffee.
I ordered a takeout burrito, but when I opened it in the car, it was completely different from what I ordered. I wonder if it was because they were in a hurry to get off work soon.
Fast service to the table, outside seating, and self serve pop. The only problem here is the store layout which seems quite narrow. Standard pricing is 3 teen burger meals and one chicken strips coming in at just under $15.00.
- We grabbed this Teen burger + fries. (Burger was really good, however the fries could’ve been a tad bit crispier) ~9$ - service was quick - Their team was super efficient & serviced the order quickly on a busy Good Friday!
It is located in the food court area of tsawwassen mall. ✅ Location was super busy & line up but staff are serving nicely. ✅ Today we ate chicken mama burger 🍔 which is okay not so awesome but manageable. ➖ Apple 🍎 juice was awesome in taste 😋 Fries 🍟 are also good ✅
Located in Tsawwassen Mills food court. Long queues during lunch time. One self-order kiosk. Accepts coupons. Beyond Meat Burger in blind test indistinguishable to meat burger. Washroom nearby. Numerous food court seatings. Limited availability of high-chairs.
Holy cow this location gets busy. Orders can take a long time to complete.

I wanted to say that the manager of this A&W is awesome. I came here and was in line behind a very rude gentleman who the manager was assisting. Despite how rude this person was , the manager greeted us with a smile. That guy deserves a raise or at least some recognition. He is always there and works so hard ! Kuddos to you
This is the second time I have seen someone making food, walk up to the counter, touch the register and return to make food without washing their hands. I love A&W food - but the unhealthy practices of your staff at this location are absolutely unacceptable. I brought this incident to the person whom I was going to order from (which I never did) and let her know of what I had witnessed. She then went and spoke with the female who was making food with unwashed hands and she just stared at the counter looking for who had said that. So I let her know of what I had seen. Ultimately, if you work in the food industry, I know you provide Food Safety training to your employees, but having this being a recurrent incident in this location makes you question the training, the hiring and the management or ownership. This incident happened on March 17th between 1500 to 1515.
My server was incredibly kind!! She was so nice, smiley and made my morning brighter and so much nicer!! After a long drive to the coast! She worked Sunday morning Feb the 18. Her name started with an H. Thank you kind stranger!!! I have never had such nice service before! Food

Behind the counter was complete chaos no strong leadership and untrained employees turning out incorrect orders and making customers who ordered 15 minutes ago wait while they put out food for customers who ordered a minute or two ago. Prioritization is not there. Additionally, yes, it is a food court, but employees were hopping between tills giving people no clear direction where to line up. 3 people cut in front of me before I finally had to tell someone off for saying that they were there first. Not the kind of interaction I want to have when I am just trying to get a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Very frustrating experience and Im definitely not coming back. Maybe this is just the breakfast roster but wow. Very painful.

Awful Customer Service. The cashier asked me what I wanted, I already started to order, she turned back to the kitchen, totally ignoring me, then came back to ask me again what I wanted. Didnt ask me if I wanted to dine in or take out, when I reminded her I needed to take out, she looked very unhappy. When I asked her for a receipt, she was even unhappier and handed me someone elses receipt.

Have nt eaten at any A&W since wife and I were served raw hamburgers at Tsawwassen Mills. Will never eat at A&W anywhere ever.yuck Update: took another chance at A&W Tsawwassen Mills ordered Teen combo sat down to eat and then noticed the lettuce on my burg. Brown spots all over how discusting who told employees to put rotted lettuce on peoples food. This time for sure I will never be desperate enough to eat there again. Yuk

Just ordered and the cashier Pookie was rude and unreasonable. Train your staff properly. She also went in the back and gossiped about me with the other staff who immediately looked at me and started laughing. How unpleasant, why hire people that cant be kind and provide service to customers. If it wasnt for us customers she wouldnt have a job.
Wow just encountered Pookie be extremely rude to the lady in front of me. Such a horrible experience especially in front of her children and then to talk about it with the back end staff. The customer wasnt wrong and Pookie should immediately be let go of her behavior. Such a shame they hire people like her. Staff and service here are horrible
Pookie needs to go! She is an embarrassment to such a great establishment. I have never experienced such poor communication and lack of respect and customer service. Will NEVER go back here. The staff speak in punjabi about customers and giggle and laugh while starring back at them. Zero respect given to customers. I dont understand why they dont hire and train staff to be polite, and professional.

While standing in line, I was told that the customer in front of me was the last order they would accept at 6:40 when the hours of operation are listed as closing at 7pm. Extremely unprofessional.
This location is across the street from Tsawwassen Mills mall. Lots of parking. The food was ok. We had the spicy Habinero Chicken. Bathroom was clean The best part was the outdoor seating.
Great display my kids and I enjoyed it. But no AC. It was really stuffy.

Usually I love A&W but not this location. Went with my husband for lunch, ordered two beyond burgers with lettuce wraps. He got one lettuce wrap and two burgers which one of them was different from the beyond burger because had a different color.. what was that ? Meat burger? Only God knows. Well I am disappointed and I dont think we will go there again.

I usually prefer this location as the staff are really friendly and the food is always good however today was definitely the exception. Between the food being stale and cold the worker preparing the food had her mask below her chin and was using her arm to wipe her face multiple times will handling the food. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to this location.

Excellent fresh fast food. Prepared really fast, hot and totally fresh. Fast food in general is not healthy, but this particular shop, provides you fresh and nice fast food. I compare this with other A&Ws.

Ordering speed is fast. Serve speed is normal and acceptable. Check out speed is fast. Credit cards accepted. Employees are basically nice, friendly, and helpful. Foods tasted not bad with right temperature. Mall public restrooms available next door. Free mall parking lots available. Located at mall food court.
