They've ruined their online ordering system. You used to be able to just quickly order and then pick it up but now they make you sign up for an account. Waste of time, you've lost my business to your competition. And their rewards program is a joke. Spend $250 and get $5 off, ridiculous. Prices of all their menu items has gone up way too much over the last 4 or 5 years.
I usually love the Chopped Leaf. today, however, I got a salad for pickup and had a few mouthfuls of slimy, rotten lettuce. SO GROSS, it was completely nauseating. for the price charged for greens, it had better be perfect and fresh. I was shocked since I’ve never had that happen before. I’m in no hurry to return, so disappointed.
Horrible costumer service. I ordered via skip the dishes for pick up and sadly chose the wrong store. When picking up from the wrong location we stated my name and order and the two employers shrugged and handed a bag. When opening the bag when at my destination I realized it was the wrong order. Called the store and realized it wasn’t mine and they continued to argue that it was my order after I repeated the name and order number. Which at the time they could have listened and realized that wasn’t the order name. A few minutes later the location I ordered at said my meal is waiting. The owner was extremely disrespectful and blamed the whole mishap on my mistake rather than her employees who just handed any random order off to someone without clarifying. Will not be back.
A breathe of fresh air, and healthy fresh food, that separates itself from the competition easily. In a day and age when fatty fast food is around every corner, and readily available, it's incredible to have an extremely healthy option like chopped leaf. I drive right by all the burger and fry joints to get to this place, and leave feeling full, healthy, and extremely happy with my decision. Communities need options like this to maintain our health. Thank you to all chopped leaf owners for bringing this great tasting, and healthy, food into all of our lives. Please keep it going strong!
Just started going here with my salad lovin' sister and I like it. Feel good eating here. I'm satisfied and get my greens without being bored. The chicken that I get is really good. I feel like I'm getting a healthy meal. It may cost a couple bucks more than a burger/ fry combo but you have to be making a healthier choice. There are a couple of Mediterranean themed items that I like and the southwest with chicken is tasty and satisfying.
Customer service is lacking as much as the food was. We ordered a group order ( About 10 orders) They totally missed one order as well as the side salad for another order. Person on phone argued and was not helpful. We went back to pick up... and it was pathetic. A quesada should have visible cheese, this had maybe a pinch...and maybe 2 nuggets of chicken. Definitely NOT up to par with other locations.
Order online 4 times and each time something was missing. Paid extra $3 for chicken but no chicken Paid extra $ 2 for avocado but no avocado. I ordered the sunshine salad with chopped mix, cucumbers, mozzarella, avocado & apples with goddess dressing. When I opened it there was no avocado and no cucumbers. I called to complain and offered $2 off next time I buy, took my name and number , when I come in next time they couldn’t find the $ 2 discount written anywhere. Do not order online or double check before leaving.
Best food and customer service loved it
I asked for very little lettuce , found just the regular amount. I always order from this location but this bowl didn t had enough of portion and not properly mixed. I was just able to find lettuce. Very disappointed
Me and my friend got a nutty cup yesterday, services was fabulous - by Yashmeen. Would highly recommend going here.
Staffs dont wear gloves nor masks while preparing for food. Since when this is a standard of food industry????? Even it s not for pandemic, restaurant employees wear masks and gloves especially they are touching food and cutlery. Plz show some respect to customers. It s really not a good experience.

Food was excellent served with advices and smiles. This is exactly what we were looking for: tasty, healthy and fast. Way too much napkins and forks in our take out bag.

Charged my debit card. Manager advised me payment didn t go through, so I showed her my account was charged. Very rude and horrible customer service. Called my bank who confirmed payment did get charged to my account!
Absolutely atrocious customer service and quality. Would avoid this location at all costs. Would ve given zero stars, if that was an option.

I go here regularly and have to wait while a co-worker buys a salad. Budget minimum 15-20 minute wait. I don t know how they manage to take so long to make salad - its brutal.

Ordered the southwest wrap. I ve ordered this before at other locations and it s quite big. It arrived half the size it normally did. I made it through half the wrap and all that was in it was dressing and lettuce. When my boyfriend went to the counter to ask why there was almost zero veggies in it the lady at the counter decided to argue with him. Even though he ordered the same wrap and had twice as many veggies - we were told they were made the same. Instead of remaking my wrap they offered him a little cup with 3 half cherry tomatoes and a few pieces of yellow pepper.

One of our staple restaurants for team lunches! The wraps are satisfying without making you feel gross afterward like some other fast foods
Members of snap fitness gym are supposed to receive complimentary Chopped water by showing gym pass. Walked in, employee was helping us and a very rude lady (owner?) walked in and said no, its only complimentary if you order food. Confirmed with snap fitness staff that was not the case. Probably dont run your business like that if you want people to return.
Go somewhere else. customer service is non-existent here. Quality of food not the same as other branches. Wish I could give 0 star.
Had the Southwest wrap with chicken. Was delicious. Staff was very friendly and smiling. Will definitely come back when Im in the area

Went to sit down outside they so called restaurant (not busy) and they kicked me out
ordered a wrap and payed extra for avacodo that they never put in (second time its happened) all the lettuce was on the top and toppings and dressing was on the bottom

Disappointed that I ordered a Popeye salad to go and she made me something Greek I think. Was looking so looking forward to it, so disappointing! Next time I will double check my order. I usually go to the Ironwood store and it has always been great.
We originally were going to go for lunch at a nearby restaurant when we saw the sign for the Chopped Leaf. Best decision we made was to stop in for lunch. The service and the food were fantastic. Will definitely be back.
I get the Bangkok wrap with tofu every time. It s delicious and the staff is really nice and very fast.
Have ordered takeout three times now and each time there was something missing and I had to return to pick up the dressing, the chicken or the noodles. Too bad take out service is unreliable because the food is good. I politely complained with little response frim the staff person.
The Thai lemongrass soup was super good.

I love Chopped Leaf but not this BRANCH! I normally drive to Richmonds Ironwood Plaza to get a Bangkok Wrap and some Vegetarian Salad Rolls, since this location in Ladner opened up I thought I would save myself driving time from my house in Point Roberts. After waiting for a few minutes in line I asked for two orders of Vegetarian Salad Rolls. The older lady at the front counter told me that she only has one order of Vegetarian Salad Rolls and that they had been made around an hour and a half ago. 1 1/2 hours? Thats bordering the threshold of contamination, especially with things like salad. Please get your food safety license, lady! I asked for fresh made Salad Rolls but was refused service. When asked why she could not make them if the Ironwood Plaza Location makes them instantly there, she replied that they are not the Richmond location and that I should go there if I want them so badly.
Waited 30 minutes for one wrap and 2 bowls of soup. Group next to us got an apology and some sort of coupon for their wait. We were completely ignored. Will not go back.
Great fresh food. Excellent place to eat with dietary restrictions as you can select each individual ingredient in your bowl or wrap.
Service has been satisfactory considering the location is new and there is a learning curve to any job, but as a regular customer of other chopped leaf locations Id say the consistency just isnt there yet, little things like what belongs in each salad, proportions, only getting one dressing instead of two, etc its the little things that keep us coming back. I will keep trying at this location for a few months, hoping I dont have to trek to Richmond or South Surrey anymore for my favs.
My first time picking up from the Ladner location today. Got my typical take out order of a Spicy Chicken sandwich and the bread is SO stale and chewy that I dont think ducks would consider it edible. Super disappointing. Was hoping this location would live up to the Chopped Leaf name.

spicy chicken sandwich looked and tasted like it was made a week ago and then re heated in the microwave, definitely not worth the $8.
Unfortunately one of the worst Chopped Leafs around. My coworker has gotten sandwiches on two separate occasions and had to throw them out. The service is consistently not the best. I hope they do a management overhaul of this location soon.
Had no issues with this location. Bangkok salad was as expected
Seems like they are skimping on the more costly ingredients. I had a custom wrap and it was mostly lettuce. Any ingredient that was not prepackaged was barely present like the cheese and sunflower seeds. Very disappointing. Food is not as good as it used to be.

Havent been in 2 months and I was raving about it so we go and order 5 wraps. ALL were less than half as full with almost nothing but lettuce or noodles and such. The sauce is absolutely 80% water. Im so sad to see all those negative reviews were right. I tipped them too....wish I could take that back, yeesh save your money!!!

If I could give a zero I would. Eat here at your own risk. Just bought a salad, got home and discovered, after eating some, that all the purple lettuce in the mix was BLACK and SLIMY. This is indicative of old lettuce and bacteria. I called the store and explained this to the manager. She offered to replace my $16 salad (pathetic amount of vegetables for the price as well) which I declined as I would never want to eat anything out of that kitchen again. When I said that I was merely calling to tell them to pull that particular mix as people could get sick she scoffed it off saying I don t think people will get sick so I told her I would write about it as a review so others could save themselves then from sickness. How unprofessional and unsafe. I will never go back and will warn others not to as well.
