Worst dosa experience ever came to satisfy my craving at. 1 am and got highly disappointed. Sambar had no taste and washroom was not attended after a customer vomited there .

The staff is really rude and terrible why they dont do anything with them . They make the overall experience very bad

Extremely impolite staff; I frequently visit this place. A few days ago, girl refused to serve tea, stating that it s not served after 3am. And today, staff refused to dine-in saying it s closed .

We ordered 18 masala dosa last night and that was amazing but the customer service was terrible and they didn t even answer the call properly such a rude service and not punctual as well they handed over our food an hour later. Not satisfied at all.

Ordered Mysore Masala dosa from door dash , it was the worst taste. Even the dosa was not properly packed in the box. Stuffing was collected at one place .Sambhar was all watery . Never gonna order from here again

We ordered rava onion masala dosa and that was the worst Dosa I ever ate . There was literally no onions and spices in the dosa the filling was just plain mashed potato s that barely got any salt in it. This was nothing alike a rava onion masala dosa, It tasted more as an ALLO PRONTHA

Worst food experience. I ordered masala dosa, Chutney is not good masala given in dosa is not good. And everythings is too expensive filter coffee they charged 6$ per coffee. If south indians prefering to have some good food. Never come to this place you wont go home with satisfaction.

I ordered Madras Coffee. Its Bru Coffee actually . Who will charge $6 for a small cup of bru. And The Chutney was watery. If left for some time idle, You can see the seperated water and the small spoon of chutney they have added in water. Worst experience ever. Never gonna visit again. Thank you guys

Last week I ordered chicken briyani and I got some pieces of hair in it.I have ordered the briyani at midnight,I was completely hungry but I found human hair in it.I am unable to eat it and after I found hair I called to the store and they said will refund the money but they didnt .Worst experience ever.I dont suggest anyone to go there.food quality was worst.

The food and service here are good, but the music is consistently too loud. It s frustrating because it makes it hard to enjoy conversation. If the volume could be lowered, it would really enhance the overall experience.

We had an amazing experience at Desi Daso Madrass in Surrey! We ordered the Chicken Dosa and Dahi Puri, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The Chicken Dosa had fantastic flavors and a generous portion size. For just $29, it was a great value. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic and tasty South Indian food. Well definitely be coming back!

Why does a South indian restaurant plays old sad punjabi songs ???? It just puts off the whole vibe and atmosphere!!!! Its dissapointing . Atleast play some soft hindi music . The song was just soooo loud as well .

Worst experience. . They took almost 20-25 mins Even for Chapatis . And then incomplete order .. never gonna visit here again.

I called to order a few roti breads for takeout, and I was told I can t get it . Apparently, you have to order a curry dish to be able to order roti, even though they have that as a separate item on the menu. I am paying for the item I want. Why can t I get it?! Like I don t want a curry, I just wanted a few fresh rotis for my leftovers. That s like McDonald s saying sorry you can t order fries, if you don t order a burger . Places like these should be forced to shut down. I used to dine in here sometimes late night as well, considering it s close to my place, but well, I d rather go down the street to Delight. Never COMING BACK HERE AGAIN

Words are not enough to describe this restaurant. The appetizers, mains AND deserts are to die for. Superior hospitality by the staff and hats off to the superstar chef, Krishna. 5 stars is an understatement.

Don t ever DONT EVER try their South Indian.. pathetic is the word. Dosa was bitter. Chutney was bitter. And sambhar felt very weird, cannot say wat was actually wrong.. they may have good north Indian food that we never tried but not for South Indian.

We came for Dosa and believe me I have never had blank onion rava masala dosa. Stuffing inside was this blank that I could not even eat it. Sambhar was tasteless. I would not suggest this place for dosa at all.

I tried Masala Dosa. It has mash potato inside and with different sauces food was very tasty. I like authentic food and this one was worth to try. I went the with an Indian friend with her recommendation. I will go there again.

I assure you that this restaurant is a disservice to South Indian cuisine. It was once a respectable restaurant, but things have gotten worse.

Good food but not good customer service. Sometime because of uncomfortable environment we ask for table clean to move on other side while the other tables were empty still they make excuse like they punch in order and will be difficult for them to change the table which is very ridiculous excuse. One more thing if the other tables were empty then they must give priority as well give good customer service rather than making these excuses.

They used to make one of the best chilli chicken, but today I ordered it for takeout, straight garbage chicken was dry and the inside was dark and the sauce smelled bad.

They are selling very poor quality food we just order Masala dosa and they gave very bland dosa: ( No salt, No spices) served with the worst quality of Sambhar and coconut chutney even that chutney had white granules and chunks of chikckpea (confirmed by server). I won t visit this place ever again.

Today [March 29,2024] I have ordered Medu Vada with sambhar and Chutney, It was terrific in taste and looks as well. The vadas were not cooked properly, the sambhar was very tasteless and liquidy in consistency. And the Coconut chutney had granules of chickpea (confirmed by the server) which were floating on the surface. I will not go to this place ever again and not recommend you as well.

One of the The best Indian Thai meal in Surrey. 100% worth of money and taste. Thank you for your service. Am adding this after eating from here so many times I love your food but not the loud music. I like to suggest you that whatever music u play in lower voice so we can have our conversation in a better way more over it improve the ambiance.(louder musics are for pub and concerts) And it would be great if u play different music (not just Punjabi songs) Thanks. Aman was a terrific server who took the time to explain dishes and made good recommendations. He checked on us regularly. The dosas were good and the fillings were plentiful. I like my dosas on the crispy side and these were not. But, they had good flavour. The booths are nice and made for a nice dining experience, we could hear each other. Good clean bathrooms.

Went around 12 pm no rush nothing. But the service was so bad. There were food flies around the table. And the guy didnt even gave us anything to serve the noodles. Also the water tasted werid. Tables were also very sticky. Wont recommend if you really like cleanliness and want a good service.

Ordered the Naligiri Prawn Dosa and it stunk to the high levels and tasted even disgusting. Had my husband smell it and he said it smells fermented. Clearly the sauce had been sitting for days and they just decided to use it. The smell was so horrendous that we had to move it from our table. Very disappointed since I had a good experience here before. They really need to do quality control and stop serving rotten food to customers.

I recently ordered the Rasmalai and chocolate shake, and unfortunately, it was a major letdown. What I received can hardly be classified as a chocolate shake. It seemed like a hastily thrown-together combination of milk and Nesquik syrup in a half-filled cup only for 8.99. Avoid the desserts.

we ordered food from this restaurant tawa roti and sahi panneeer.. the panneer vegetable was very tasteless it was very spicy and no taste.. never order food from this restaurant its very bad.. you really dislike like the food.. from next time i will never order food from this restaurant its waste of money..sahi paneer was very taste less..

We are coming here from last 2 years all staff was very good specially kajal but this time we went here the customer service by kiran is soo bad.she served in very attitude and rude way. We will think 100 times before coming here. We greeted in very polite way but she didn t even respond. Although, Amit uncle was good.

Food was decent, music was a bit loud but we told the server and she adjusted. Ordered paneer dosa. Portion was quite big, I ended up taking the paneer gravy as takeout and had enough for my next meal at home!

Not a good place to eat lot of mosquitos service really slow seems like owner doesn t schedule enough staff very low quality food.

It was a decent place where i used to go alot but recently me and my nephew went to this place to have there dosa. We ordered lassi as well which was served 30mintes before the food and was pathetic. Even the the server served it with his bare hands, without using any serving plate. After that we were served with there special masala dosa which was the highlight. They had put uncooked potato in the masala which was bland. We went to the reception and told the lady that food is very bad and she replied that we just started our service and you guys are the first customers. Which does not justify there job. I have no clue wat there chef is doing in the kitchen. The best part was they gave us $5 discount . I have never written any review before but i was so upset today with the food because i was with my 13 year old nephew. Not worth it.

I usually go there after my work around midnight. Few tables always full which shows that place is really good. The food is tasty and I love the masala tea and dosas.

Worst chicken 65 I ever eat in my life

Its my favorite place to go to , loved their dosa and other dishes, I usually come from langley to have their dosa , but last night I went for dine in , service was not good at all. We ordered idle and dosa , we got idle samba first we keep waiting for dosa , finally after 15 mins we got our dosa. My question is did another person keep staring at another person food while waiting for there food . Atleat give both dishes at same time so we dont have to wait and food dont get cold. When I got my dosa the girl litter through the dishes on my table and walk away , SO RUDE . And for the whole time nobody came to ask us hows the food or do you need anything else . Terrible service. Never going back to this place.

So yummy dosa

I ordered bhaji and cauliflower manchurian. I was too hungry and ordered from them for the first time. The bhaji was tasteless, even salt was not adequate and no taste. Secondly, I asked them to keep gravy in the manchurian and the spice level medium. They sent me dry manchurian which tasted very sweet. Very disappointed with the food. It was my first try at this restaurant and will surely never recommend it and try it again.

I ordered , Panner Dosa . It was literally not at all good. It seemed like they just putted gravy inside the dosa. The gravy thing was also not tasty at all ..

First time eating here and trying dosas. Ordered takeout. I ordered the lamb dosas and a side of samosas. The Lamb dosa wasn t very good, samosas average. Very large chunks of lamb and overall flavours not that impressive. Personally, I probably wouldn t order here again. Not recommended.

I have been eating at this place since 2 amd half years and the food used to be soo good but yesterday me and my friends went there and ordered kadhai paneer and chicken currey which comes with 2 complementary rotis each, the quantity of sabzis was very very less and the rotis were literally raw, we told them, they changed it but still the rotis were raw. Overall a very bad experience and really disappointed by this kind of service. We all loved the place but unfortunately we will never go back there now
