Just tried Pork Mafia for the first time. MIND BLOWING. It is incredibly good. The flavors...oh my god cannot wait to go back again!

We had Pork Mafia cater our wedding. We had a number of allergies and sensitivities they were able to effortlessly accommodate. The food was unbelievable. Service was right on time and very friendly. Absolutely phenomenal.

Went to my girlfriends company function today. Tried out Porkmafias beef brisket coleslaw sandwich. It was easily, hands down one of the best Ive ever tasted. The meat was just right, not dry, pretty juicy, and perfect smokiness. The coleslaw also tasted great, nice crunch, slightly sweet. Kettle cooked chips was a nice addition. The staff looked happy, and was super friendly and helpful. Definitely a company to consider in the future for catering.

Worst bbq ever, cleanliness is extremely questionable, would not recommend this to anyone!!

We hired Pork Mafia to cater our wedding this summer and they did an amazing job! Jamie was super easy to communicate with and the staff were cheerful and friendly on the day. We received many compliments from our guests about how fantastic the food was. We had the brisket, pulled pork, chicken, mac and cheese, smoked beans, and Caesar salad. Everything turned out great. We would highly recommend Pork Mafia!

I don t usually write reviews but I felt I must in this case. The one silver lining in the pandemic cloud for myself has been the fact that I was able to meet Jamie and Pork Mafia at his pop-up location in Delta! I used to have to travel to Texas for amazing authentic BBQ. Now I just have to travel from 20 minutes from Tsawwassen and I can indulge in smoked heaven. The beef ribs we had last night were larger than anything I ve seen North of Dallas. I can t say enough about the bark on these ribs, unbelievable! This man has perfected this art and I tip my hat!

The brisket and pulled pork sandwiches are my favourites. But I just discovered the loaded baked potato which is amazing! Love supporting local and even better when they are just down the street. Always delicious and they are always friendly!

Really delicious barbeque. Nice bark on the brisket, tender pulled pork not drowned in sauce, and smoky juicy sausage. Mac and cheese is top notch. This is amazing Texas style barbeque done with love. Search out the Pork Mafia truck you wont be disappointed!

I don t even know where to start. Let s start with the sides. Those sides are mains! They deserve to be eaten alone...that s how good they are. The meat was so juicy and full of flavor that I ate half with no bbq sauce. But then I tried it with the bbq sauce and it took me to another dimension! Loved it and love the family behind all of it. Please keep doing what youre doing, the world needs it!

Jamie and his crew are amazing. I have a lot of food allergies and Jamie went through his entire menu with me to make sure that I could eat his food without worry. The food....MIND BLOWING! 5 stars is not nearly enough....5,000 stars would be more accurate. If you havent tried Porkmafia.ca....DO IT! You will not be disappointed!

Jamie is a master BBQ Chef who will have you instantly addicted to his unique recipes & cooking techniques. I am a big bbq fan, but have failed consecutively in trying to find a decent local bbq joint. Having tried multiple chain bbq franchises & high end restaurants I was not able to find satisfying BBQ. I now consider it my good my fortune that I was able to find such an experienced BBQ chef in Jamie, who was operating in my own backyard of Delta. Take my word for it & try out his food, you will become a lifelong customer. A big thank you to Jamie & his staff for all the deliciousness

The food was amazing and definitely the best BBQ in the Lower Mainland. The smoked chicken and Oyama sausage exceeded my expectations and the bbq sauce was unique and addictive. Worth the trip out to their farm to pick it up and take it home.

I cant recommend pork mafia enough! I own a restaurant and Im pretty picky when it comes to where Ill get food from. But with PorkMafia I have no hesitation and crave it often! The food is above par. The service is great, the ingredients are fresh and top notch and the meat is so tender and delicious. I havent had BBQ this good for ages! The value for money you get with the meals is also outstanding and they are always giving back to the community.

Jamie and his family at Pork Mafia go above and beyond every time. We have been so many times we cant even count. The food is absolutely to die for and the service is top notch! The bbq sauce ..ohh the bbq sauce if they have it for sale in bottles buy extra you will want to eat it on everything. Besides making the BEST BBQ they also help the community as much as they can, they are some pretty amazing humans.

We tried Pork Mafia for the first time this weekend. We ordered the Beef Ribs, Sausage and Brisket with three sides. The food was amazing, the service was fast and friendly. We will definitely be going back again!

The food is so delicious. The brisket melts in your mouth and the Mac n cheese is like nothing you have ever had before. Just the perfect combo of cheese and a touch of smokiness. I m drooling as I write this. And they are so incredibly nice and easy to deal with which makes it even better!

Jamie, his staff and his food are all awesome. My family had the bbq beef bones (they were to die for) some beef brisket (tender fall apart in your mouth delicious) beef sausage (oh so tasty) with baked beans and coleslaw. On other occasions we have had the pulled pork sandwiches and its the best pulled pork we have ever tasted. My family has been ordering from Porkmafia for months now and it s always always delicious. I recommend this place to all our friends and family. If you have not tried Porkmafia yet you dont know what your missing.

The lululemon Distribution Centre was lucky enough to get Jamie and the Porkmafia team to cater our holiday lunch on Christmas Eve and we were all blown away! We ordered the pulled porked and the quarter chicken as well as some vegetartian options and the feedback from the team was all very high praise. The portions were big and no one left hungry. I personally had the pulled pork option and can honestly say it was the best pulled pork sandwich Ive ever had. Jamie has also been a dream to work with from a buisness perspective...he responds very quickly to emails and is very flexible to ensure your event goes great. Thanks Porkmafia!

We arranged to have pork mafia do the catering at our daughter s wedding on July 20, 2019. We had a backyard wedding, and The food was fantastic! We could smell the aroma of the roasting process throughout the day...everyone loved that. Jamie and his team went out of their way For us, from set-up to take down, I didn t have to micromanage them ever. The service was clean and organized, and actually our guests loved watching things unfold. I can t tell you how many people told us how much they loved the food. So delicious! I actually found myself eating a beyond meat burger patty cold the next morning! I have never done that, but it was really yummy and I couldn t resist. I might add, you will not find a better tasting Mac & Cheese anywhere...wow it was good. The pork melted in my mouth. We give pork mafia 100 out of 10, and we are happy to recommend them as a wedding caterer. When service was over, leftovers were nicely packaged up for us, and ready to slide into the fridge. They didn t leave any garbage anywhere for us to deal with. Talk about easy. Not only that, Jamie was pretty fantastic at calming our nerves with all the other things going on. He has a very solid personality, we felt secure in trusting him. We would definitely hire him to do our next daughter s wedding. The best southern-style BBQ ever

Its NEVER a disappointment when you have a Porkmafia meal! Jamie is fantastic and always makes sure you are taken care of at any event!

We had Porkmafia cater our sporting event with 170 competitors. Jamie provided some fantastic BBQ ribs for us to eat. After lunch, we had nothing but glowing reviews from everyone that ate at the competition. Our participants have been to many events that served lunch, but many agreed that this was the best lunch that had ever been provided at one of our events. We have had requests to get him back again, and we will definitely do so!

BEST SMOKED MEAT ON THE PLANET!! (Im not exaggerating either) My husband and I were lucky enough to have Jamie & his family cater our wedding reception this past weekend at our home and lets just say, its three days later and my guests are still talking about how delicious our dinner was & how great the service was by Jamie & his family. We were even lucky enough to have leftovers that we already cant wait to eat at later date, lol! We would HIGHLY recommend PorkMafia to anyone & everyone! Huge thank you from the Irwins!

Jamie came to the rescue of catering a Christmas Mess Dinner for a Sea Cadet and Navy League Corps. It s hard to please 50 people especially 9-18 year olds which were the majority of the Diners. Not only was he amazingly professional but the food was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! The presentation was exceptional. The Cadets commented that it was the best Turkey dinner they have ever had.

I have personally been enjoying this mans NorthWest style of Southern Hospitality long before he became a pit master. The BBQ that Jamie created prior to his training was phenomenal.... what has happened since then can only be described as out of this world!! Western Canada had been deprived of TRUE BBQ until Jamie hit the scene. I have eaten competition pulled pork and Brisket, and I must honestly say that the well decorated competitors from all over North America are lucky that Jamie hasnt thrown his hat into this ring.....YET. A solid man that cooks from the heart (the best ingredient). His quality of food can only be outdone by his quality of person!! An underground LEGEND ready for the mainstream! I would recommend this mans work 1000 times over. Honestly worth more than he charges, and if you dont like his food.... head to the doctor because your tastebuds are failing you!! Let that sweet smoke roll!!
