If you like pho this place is amazing, I havent tried any of the other food though. Service is great and the restaurant is strangely clean for how good the food is.

Food wasnt tasty, not on par with other pho 99 locations We went here for pickup to get some dinner, Asked for 2 beef soup and one chicken soup They messed up our order, didnt include takeout spoons (only forks), and when we got home the soup had spilled all in the bag and one of our soups was mostly gone. When I called the restaurant to try to get things made right I was met with an employee who allegedly had packed the order herself. She said theres no way the order could have possibly been wrong because SHE Packed it. Employee was unwilling to take any reasonable action to work things out/ make it right. (And was kind of rude, assuming I cant tell the difference between soups) More than 70 bucks for two soups, one broth and 6 spring roll. Get your phõ anywhere else.

Food was okay. Pretty quiet during lunchtime even at the weekend. Staffs are friendly, quickly service. Will come back for another dishes.

We go there all the time. If it s takeout then we are invited to sit a table and we are served a pot of free green tea. If we eat in house, we are treated like royalty and the food never disappoints

I only go there for their beef stew and lemon grass chicken on rice

Quick and friendly service! This is our go-to place for pho when were in the area!

We had the [Rice Noodle with Eye Round Steak and Fatty Brisket] x2 large size. The portion size felt smaller than the other Pho restaurants weve been to, but the taste was there. The only thing we didnt like was that the extra dollar size up option didnt look like it had much difference in the amount of food.

My daughter has been raving about this place and introduced me to this DELICIOUSNESS! We have dinner out on Thursdays and this is a regular pic! Did not disappoint! Delicious pho! Fantastic welcoming staff. Cant beat it. I should add they have the plant based meat for your pho here and its YUMMY!

I am very disappointed with the service received, for starters we have dined in once and such small portions for the price, the food is bland and the meat is under cooked. So we tried ordering take out a couple times and boy were we dissatisfied the meat tastes like it s been sitting out for so long and they just heated it up/undercooked, the rice tasted like plastic and gross, poor quality and service as it feels like they cheap out with it and over charge for nothing because the food isn t even enjoyable. Hate to write a negative review but this food is extremely disappointing for the amount of money having to be paid. There is so many other better pho restraunts around and this isn t one.

I used to come here every Sunday and the food ALWAYS hits. Always a great portion/quality for the amount you pay. I will always remember this location for how buttery their noodles are and how perfectly grilled their rice plates are. Service is always kind and fast. Theyre attentive and always make me feel at home here.

Amazing veggie pho. Some of the best Ive had. My only complaint is they close at 8:30. Would be nice if they were open later.

The service is quick and friendly, the (spicy) broth is perfect. So good. The tea and broth sooth the soul.

Chicken in the pho was tough and overcooked. Beef pho was covered in fat and too lazy to cut into manageable pieces. Lady who served us did not want to speak for some reason, did not care to ask if anything else is needed. Despite the bad service, the pho was decent. But there are many other better pho places .

Woman at the front cash was very rude and she overcharged me $16.58 for a vermicelli bow...... I will never return here again they have lost my business!!!

Bought take out. Their noodles are special enough that you can eat them with chopsticks. All broken into pieces like rice that you need to use a spoon to scope it. The cucumber on the salad has mold on it. Its very scary! I threw it away immediately. Should have taken a picture before that. 4.3 stars? Really? Bought it from Google? Another restaurant took off from my list.

I can t believe that my food cost me almost $20 and I got a small portion

Im on a strict diet so was really looking forward to a cheat. I must have been over excited because i must have made the wontons fall apart just by looking at them. Luckily there was so little meat inside my mistake made little difference. The stock was ok at best but the staff were really friendly so thats something. unlikely will be back when next cheat day come around

Im giving 2 stars today which is sad because they used to be pretty good. My family and I have gone here at least 15 times in the past three years We have not been here for awhile, Id say 8 months. The service was good, efficient and polite. The food situation fell right off. They have raised their prices and now skimp horribly on the Vietnamese sub meat they have. I had the pork one which was always good. But today I had to pull out my magnifying glass to find the meat in it. I was not impressed at all. Im fine with the price change but please keep the meat in the sandwiches. I dont like being ripped off. However the brisket pho was tasty. Salad rolls were good but look smaller. Im probably not going back.

Was one of my favourite places to eat at but lately the food has not been up to par as before. The soups barely have any meat in them anymore and the fresh salad rolls did not look fresh, maybe partly because they changed the it from lettuce to cabbage. I will still keep dining in but not as much before.

Fast and efficient, staff is friendly and i come here all the time for the #5 for a quick bite, fried rolls are amazing too.

Best Pho in Surrey and Delta!! Really good portions, amazing flavour and they don t cheap out like most places with the protein portions. Very friendly staff, including the waiter that was there he was so kind to us. I plan on coming here a lot! Just don t expect to pay PHO-99

Very impressed with the friendliness...genuinely good! Just ordered the Pork Vietnamese subs and they were amazingly amazing. A tad too dry but I think thats just the way they are made because Ive never not had one anywhere that wasnt a lil dry! A Definite go back!

Idk if it is just this location but after going to PhoChan for a while I found pho99 broth absolutely tasteless and disgusting

Smallest portion among all the pho places I ve been to in town.. noodles and broth really don t cost that much and we both left still hungry. The restaurant was very cold for dining in. Staff were very friendly but very loud in the back.

First time eating here last night as our usual place is closed sundays . Lots of space in the establishment so its easy to maintain the 6 feet rule . Had the steak pho broth has the flavor you expect noodles are a little starchy . Overall great experience .

Would honestly do zero stars if I could. Came here twice and both times service was horrendous. Only reason I went a second time was because the first time the food was delicious. However, upon returning this most recent time. I could not overlook the lack of service and rudeness. As well the food did not taste the same. Probably in large due to the lack of care. Definitely will not be visiting again.

BED BUG INFESTATION We sat in a corner booth and before our food came we noticed we were crawling with bed bugs. We noticed them crawling on the walls and on the seats as well. We had to leave immediately and strip out if our clothes in the parking lot. We got our food to go and it was the worst Pho I have ever tasted. We had to throw it away.

Dont bother going there worse pho place ever. Food is bad, over cooked vermicelli and the chicken portion is horrible.

Pho 99 has the best Vietnamese cuisine spring rolls and salad rolls,pho soups Taste good I keep coming back for more . So check it out Vietnamese cuisine at its finest!

Horrid. Bought lemongrass chicken bowl. Noodles are stuck to each other and chicken was cooked and reheated it seems. Was definitely not fresh.

The pho was old tasting. The meat balls were cold inside. The broth tasted old, the location isn t busy so I believe saving money is key for them. The food sits around. I ve been to many other pho 99 places and this one is by far the worst.

I would recommend Pho 99, the food is fresh and the staff is very friendly. I personally have only tried the vermicelli bowls. Worth trying if you havent been there before.

Good food and comparable prices to competitors. However, Pho 99 struggles with the technical side of things. Their phones and website often experience issues, making it hard to reach them and get the appropriate information, and theres a severe language barrier, making phone calls unproductive. Signage on the door currently advises waiting outside in a line, but the staff dont keep an eye on the line and youre forced to enter the premises to get any service. Youre better off just entering and asking staff about available seating.

came here for the first time after reading reviews. first off i read in other reviews to expect large portions so i ordered a small pho - for $11.50. comparing it to other places this thing was tiny so maybe the large portions are other dishes. also the sprouts/jalapenos didnt look fresh at all - there was also a lot of oil bubbles noticeable in the broth. i may try here again but stanley on 84/112 is definitely more bang for your buck

Food decently priced and the service staff warm, friendly, and willing to help make suggestions. The decor is not the best, but again, we go for the food not the scenery. Lots of parking and easy access from Scott road or Nordel.

I have been there 3 times now and still LOVE it! The wonton soup is phenomenal (in my opinion). The fried rolls are delectable and the sub I had tonight was epic! The food tastes natural and it gets me full without the icky greasy feeling some(most) phos I have tried gives me. Staff is friendly and efficient, and the establishment seems clean. For my wife, seeing flies is a deal breaker and we have not seen one yet. Highly recommended if u want a good family meal. Did I mention it was affordable? 4 of us ate for around $50.

My favorite place. Lady who works there is amazing. So sweet it just makes going here great because most pho places staff are rude and dismissive. The food is 100 just always consistently yummy. Takeout is very fast and packed well. I recommend the combo roll and the Vietnamese iced coffee.

Food is excellent, pho is just as good youd expect, spring rolls are to die for, even the chicken wings were delish. Atmosphere is a bit dingy, which is why I gave 4 stars, but I would highly recommend!
