I think the quality of pizza had significantly improved recently. The dough had a nice bouncy texture. Toppings were aplenty and delicious. Many of the coupon codes work in this location as well.
So, they offer this promo for a free emergency pizza. What a joke, it just loops you around and never lets you order the actual pizza. Good thing it wasn't an emergency or you would starve. What a rip off, you just lost my business....
I tried to order on-line but my coupon wasn’t accepted, so I resorted to telephone and when I went to pick up I had inadvertently selected wrong location. The staff at Ladner were able to correct and made a fresh pizza for me to carry out. The Assistant Manager was helpful, courteous and professional. I was very impressed by the staff and I received a hot pizza.
I ordered a pizza for delivery from this location got the wrong pizza I called them got switched to 2 different people had to re explain the situation a million times got put on hold 3 times and she left me on hold I hung up called back she stopped answering the phone went there to return the pizza asked for a refund got told I have to go ask my manager then when we asked if we can talk to them instead ended up being no manager there this poor girl is there by herself I’m not sure if she was told to pretend a manager was there or she just lied? Called the manager which name was Gurpreet I asked her for a refund due to the horrible service she continued to cut me off from explaining what was happening than she told me she needed to speak to the only worker there who was making a pizza and her hands were busy keep in mind the guy who got our pizza just came back for our same reason and someone else who came for a different order to pick up but hasn’t even been made yet who also wanted a refund.
I orangized pizza for our Volleyball Club with 55 medium pizza and the STAFF at the Delta location were amazing, organized and so helpful. The order was ready on time, hot and 100% perfect. Big shout out to the staff and they are my go to store for all our team orders.
It’s either a hit or miss with this location of domino’s. Friendly staff and good service. Would recommend to order for pickup if living closer as deliver service sometimes gets too late. The manager Jugraj is a great guy to talk to if you’ve got some extra time to spare.

My son can t eat gluten so we order him a gluten free pizza. His pizza is always made so well, it s definitely his favorite meal! We order from here about once a week and have always been so happy with the food and service!

Always great pizza when I order from here which is multiple times a week. I absolutely love my pizza. Baked with crushed peppers is amazing. I think its harmenpreet makes the best pizza.

Decent cooking. They could spend few more seconds on cutting pizzas so they are actually split when customers try to eat.
Clean. Quiet. Never a lineup or a long wait. Lots of parking. Located near the business and shopping district. Great lunch specials. If you are in the area for lunch, you may want to check them out.

Got my order wrong TWICE. I ordered two large pizzas, got wings and pasta. Had to pay aswell, costed me around 50$ and in the end I only got one pizza and it had mushrooms on it which i also did not order. Dont order here, literally anywhere else would be better
The shop staff are friendly the delivery guys are consistent and appreciative when they receive gratuities and I am addicted to the Chicken Bacon Alfredo Pizza.

I like Dominoes but this branch is lacking. 4 workers inside the store but nobody at the register to greet customers. Also, the pizza I ordered was lacking sauce and toppings. Better pizza places elsewhere in town.
We ordered the new chicken tacos pizza medium size. This branch is so quiet and the clerk was helpful. They have some monthly offer and Monday offer which you can take it by online ordering. But when we get inside the branch the clerk could gave us the offer in store that was great. Their March offer is a medium size pizza plus a Domino s cheese bread for $9.99.

Always over cooked on top and under cooked on the bottom. I tried to tell manager this and he told me to order it well done next time and to call store before I order. I tried it again a few weeks later and same old over cooked on top and under cooked on bottom. If I want Dominos I go to Tsawwassen, they cook ot right there and I never have to give them instructions on how it needs to be cooked.

My husband went to pick up the pizza and they said we had no order. I had to go back after he came home and magically the order was there. I brought the pizza home and it was not cut.
I had the worst customer service ever at any dominos. The manager at the store is very rude and when i came to tell the store employee (manager) about the issue. He didn t just ignore the issue where he blamed me that I did it. I had a large pizza where all the pizza toppings were slipped off and the pizza was cold. I told the manager that i will complaint on the website. He said he don t care and no one going to listen me. I want my voice to be heard but if this still continues than i would recommend every customer not to get pizzas from this store.

Order wings at 6:24 and it arrived at 7:54. Tried calling them multiple time with no answer... and left me waiting on the phone for more then 15minutes. The delivery person came to my door not wearing a mask as well. This is the first time I ve so disappointed at dominos...
I visited this domino place recently, i was with my friends, it was best pizza we ever had. Best clean place and great customer service. Going to visit again soon

I take it back. Their pizzas are actually tastier than I remember, but I do have other options nearby. They had an excellent promotion a month ago which involved a free personal cheese or pepperoni, a free Coke and a free T-shirt, as well as a coupon for a free large. The free large is what changed my mind.
