This was the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. The pizza was soaked with who knows what, crust was dry and overcooked, no sauce, and where is my bacon? I tried to call the store to rectify the issue, only for them to pass off my complaint to door dash who in turn decided I only deserved an $11 refund, even though the pizza was $45 after everything said and done. DO NOT ORDER HERE, this is the most disgusting pizza in Tsawwassen, not to mention the terrible customer service for the uneducated manager that just repeated the same rehearsed lines over and over again.
Tasty pizzas, good service, reasonable prices. Can’t ask for much more than that! We specifically choose Panago because of their community outreach and support. Other commercial pizza chains do nothing to improve the community. Thanks local Panago owner and staff!
We had a taste for pizza Friday night and decided to give our local Panago a try because I used to love their Chicken club pizza. First I'd like to give top marks for the person who took our order, she was very pleasant to deal with. The pizza however was very disappointing. The pizza was lacking in both sauce and tomatoes which when done properly makes this pizza delicious. Some pieces didn't have any tomato at all. Sad that trying to skimp on a couple of toppings will cost this location any of our future business. There are a lot of other choices in the area.
Arjun was amazing! Panago is definitely the best spot for pizza. Arjun should be the manager one day Showed my son how to make a pizza! A life time customer was made by Arjun! 😍
I really like the taco pizza with chicken. The combination of the sauces, meat and ending with crunchy cabbage was a nice touch. The glazed pepperoni was rather mediocre and practically had no difference compared to a regular pepperoni. The fried chicken was total wack as the baked pickles made the pizza almost inedible and the cabbage did nothing. Feels like panagos pizza design is very hit and miss but their smoky cilantro sauce is to die for
Yummy. I have try all pizzas around. PANAGO tastes the best. My kid likes the chiken bites with cucumber and garlic cesar dip.❤
Just placed an order for over $50.00 it was online for pickup. Waiting outside for 20 minutes then went to the door its locked not a sole around inside. So I called 1800 and they had to call the shop still in progress it said 2 guys wander in from out back. Finally I was put to customer Care now its 20 minutes late still not making the 2 pizzas. And I was only offered $10.00 credit for the next order. Needless to say I just canceled the order. The tsawwassen location is the worst for mistake orders .
Long overdue review as this is by far the best Panago location I have eaten at . The staff is all very friendly - owner & employees; I am always greeted with pleasant smiles even before I walk in through the door. What’s even more amazing is that my order is always custom and not once have they let me down. 10/10 every time . It’s ready within 15 minutes or less , tastes amazing and is always hot ! It is because of this amazing service and consistency that I’m eating here pretty much every other day now and I will continue to do so until I get fed up of pizza haha :)
They took care of the problem once we called and they gave us a credit so that was good, the bad was that they put on very little cheese that my son said did they run out and he didnt eat it.

Dont order with Skip The Dishes. They didnt deliver my order and the 2nd time left it outside in the cold without giving me a call like instructed. The Jerk Chicken was great!

Delivery driver is great always faster then expected. Bring back the beef taco pizza!! My friends and i use to order it not cut and then would fold the pizza in half like a giant taco.

MOST HONESTLY THE BEST PIZZA PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE.. the use the BEST ingredients. Look i usually do not like pizza but everytime i get this place i absolutely LOVE it. If you have ever had papa johns there sauce is slightly similar, but just a notch above it in my opinion.

The Tsawwassen location has extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Reliable pizza every time but we also do comment how nice the staff are every time we pick up take out.
Great owners and really nice staff. Vegeterian and vegan options. They also have organic juice boxes for kids.

Incorrect order when I came to pick up. As he was typing in my bill into the cash register I noticed it. He apologized then went back to make new ones with his bare hands. His hands were super dirty ( visibly dirty) and he had just finished handling cash and the mouse and keyboard at the till. Disgusting. I couldt eat the food and the health authority should fine them for unhealthy practices. Wont return.
Love all the great toppings. Fast friendly service. Lots of Attention to detail And presentation. These outlets here in South Delta always have the best pizza. Got my vote! !
