Ordered pizza from Panago Tsawwassen. Get a message “your pizza is on the way” fifty mins later we called and were informed the pizza was coming from Ladner as Tsawwassen was temp. Closed. Pizza arrived cold and almost invisible to the eye toppings. They should have told us before hand and we could have called elsewhere. Garbage. Sooo cheap on toppings what a rip off
I want to say this location in Ladner is so warm and hospitable. My son has an order that is often made incorrectly due to the modification settings on the app but they always come through with redemption. Last night me and the kids went to order a pick up order and they offered my two young kids a juice while we waited. They even gave my son an upgraded size pizza at no charge. The staff are always so pleasant! Great job and thank you for your wonderful kindness. We will continue to come in to order to experience the staff :)
Writing this comment while having the leftovers from yesterday. They made a mistake with my order. I ordered original crust but I was given thin crust. We’re not originally from Delta so we didn’t bother driving back just to complain/make correction. If you order here, do a quick check before leaving. Other than that pizza is good.

I have ordered from this place for years. Only had excellent experience with their service/customer care. The fact that I come back every week says it all. It’s quality pizza, it’s healthy pizza. Update March 2024: I was away for a month and Panago reached out to see if everything was ok with me. That is exceptional great customer care ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Had a coupon for a free pizza they gave out to the Hawthorne graduating class a month earlier and they refused it claiming they don't sell personal pizzas anymore. I will never buy Panago again.
Pretty disappointed with this location so far since we've moved to Ladner. Half the time it's great, as expected. The other half of our visits have lead to us needing to return to the store after picking up due to errors in how the pizzas were assembled. One time instead of veggie crumble, we were given the real steak version of the pizza. Another time, they just entirely forgot some of the toppings and sauce. Both times we were offered remakes of the one pizza, while the one made properly just sat and got cold waiting for the other. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS STORE.
Won't go back to this location at all. The food was delivered to the wrong address the first time when we ordered it online, the 2nd time (I insist on going to pick up as I don't want them screw up the delivery AGAIN) and the wings ain't even cook. The owner then accused me on framing them for a refund when they refuse the wings (in the pic below) is their food.
Nice staff
Crust was hard. Very little sauce in all 5 of the pizzas we ordered. Toppings were tasteless.

Never disappointed with this place . The wait time after you place an order ( walk in) about 15 min. Pizza is delicious and the ladies that work there are friendly. The place seems clean and never crowded.

Overall no issues with my experience. I picked up after ordering online. No issues, standard quality from a panago. Not a lot of air flow for the workers. On a hot summer day with the oven going it is hot inside the store.

My delivery driver just dropped off my order to my home in Ladner. He was so friendly and such a sweetheart, and cracked a couple of jokes. Thanks for making my night!!
Great service
Unbelievable experience today at 4:21pm. We went in person to order two pizzas, paid, and asked them to kindly have them ready, and that a friend would pick them up at 6pm, and the server even took my friends details, and confirmed that the pizzas would be ready for collection at 6pm, which they were, but, how embarrassing for us, they got my friend to PAY for the pizzas AGAIN. This should never happen, what unprofessional customer service.

It was so awful. I ordered a large pizza and chicken through online and arrived there at the time the site showed. It said it would take 25minutes. However, I had to wait for 20minutes more at the restaurant. Your system has problem ?? The worse thing is they gave me a wrong pizza. The staff said to me if I wanted to get what I order , I needed to wait another 20-30minutes!!!! Wow . Your restaurant isn t deserved to get one star. I just brought the wrong one they made for mistakes. I didn t hear any sorry or excuse. Do you know why I brought that? Because it was the last time to order pizza at panago. I wasted my time and money. The pizza was seriously not tasty.
Overally priced for basic pizza.
Very impressed with Panagos improved - updated look and menu. Love the vegan and veggie options. I tried the cheese with faux pepperoni and it taste no different than the regular cheese + pepperoni. So why not just save a life and eat the fake one. Thats what i think. Anyhoo, I was impressed and will pop in for lunch when I visit Ladner periodically.
i really enjoy this place. only thing is i have asked for a chocolcate cheese cake 4 times. they keep telling me they have it. than once i get it, its a normal one. they dont have it in stock, so why offer it

The service has been average. When they make a mistake they dont except it, in fact they blame you, make you pay full price for an order, and keep you on hold for over 20 minutes. I wish they would fix this. I will not be a customer anymore. Good luck to everyone else.

Panago offers generally the same at all locations. I loved that the arugula was plentiful on our vegetarian pizza. The whole time from order to ready took much longer than dominos. If youre in Ladner Village go here versus ordering from Dominos. If youre in Tsawassen go to Dominos.
Absolutely zero parking anywhere near the Ladner location, would not recommend picking up your own food
I have rarely had any mix ups over 4 years and they were promptly fixed by remarkable customer service.
Great pizza which you can order and pick up or have it delivered. Prices are a little higher then other places but quality is worth it.
Really good chained quality. The dough isnt too fluffy or dry.
