We always pay for the large pizza with unlimited toppings and get only Veg no meat. We always ask for extra veggies since we aren't asking for meat which is a pricier cost to the vendor. Always get like three slices of peppers and a couple pieces of Spinach. I'd give zero stars if I could.
I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience I thought I’d write one up as feedback. My first impressing walking in wasn’t the best, they had the signs inside right infront of the door so it was really difficult to get in, quite hazardous for people with injury’s or disability’s. Maybe it was because it was 30 minutes before closing? But if you order a pizza they should expect people to be coming in before closing. So it felt quite unwelcoming. For the food I was disappointed after a spending $40 bucks on two medium gluten free pizzas that I paid extra for the toppings and didn’t receive them as I looked into the box at first glance I was disappointed. When I got home to eat the pizza, the crust was raw. I’ve had the gluten free pizza before and it’s been absolutely delicious, so to take a bite into raw pizza dough was unpleasant. I’m not sure if they weren’t familiar with the gluten free dough so they didn’t cook it long enough? I’m hoping next time it’ll be better, and it was just an accident. I’m hoping this feed back helps so I can write a better review next time.. that’s why I’m out three stars instead of one over all.
I never write reviews, but I really want to appreciate the owner. I placed an order which was not delivered even after waiting for an hour. I called the store, and the owner was genuinely apologetic even though it wasn't his fault. He remade the order and came to deliver it by himself within 15 minutes and also gave me coupons. Outstanding service and genuinely kind demeanor from the owner.
As soon as I took a sip of my hot chocolate, my taste buds started dancing. Best hot chocolate I've ever had. The sugar is a delicious add on. It's so sweet and more importantly, it doesn't taste like hot water. It actually tasted like hot chocolate. My taste buds thank Freshslice. The pizza was pretty good. But very greasy. I do not mind grease but if you do then don't come.
First time here! Ordered a heart shaped pizza online, came in to get it 20 mins later and they didn't make it. They didn't call because it was long distance but instead of making just a regular shaped pizza the exact same they figured to just not make it at all. So I ordered at the counter and the same thing was going to be $7 more for a regular pizza shape!?! Then the phone rang so he thought getting the phone and taking their order for 6 minutes would be the best customer service, while I was at the counter waiting to re-order a pizza that I ordered from home. He finally came back and we figured out a pizza...then 3 mins later (when I figured they might actually be making it) he called me over to confirm the receipt before they made it. What the actual f*¢k!? Wait he's calling me again...asking me to cancel my order online now. I checked and it says "call the restaurant to change or cancel order". I have so much more confidence now that they don't even know their system. I don't think I've ever hit the no tip button harder. Let's hope they don't spit in my, basically not cooked, kid's pizza.

I called to place an order for the first time. Out of 8 pizzas on the menu, at least 3 were out of stock. And why is it that ordering over the phone s more expensive than ordering in the restaurant? The girl who answered the phone s rude too.

I m not one for bad reviews, but this one needs to happen. Mediocre pizza, pushy service and terrible atitude. Had to consistently say that s everything to the person helping us get our slices to take home. After several attempts and looks for that extra slice for only an extra dollar we finally got our box with the slices stacked on top of each other. Never seen that happen. Anyways, very bad service. Such a shame.

Unable to order online, the Ladner location does not even show up as an available location. Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas by phone for pick up. Pizzas were ready on time and thats the only good thing I can say. On both, the crust was undercooked, soft and doughy. Neither pizza was cut. Minimal toppings on both, barely edible. Ranks up there with some of the worst pizza I have ever had. Would have been cheaper and more satisfying to cook up a couple of Dr Oetkers from my freezer. Will never order from Freshslice again.

Not sure if the management recently changed for this location. We buying pizza from this location for a long time but recently the last couple of orders they prepare the awful pizzas. Uncooked and there are near no toppings on pizza just thin the bread they serve. Very poor quality and unprofessional cooks.
