This was an amazing pizza. The service was very professional, and polite. They didnt have an ingredient for the pizza we ordered; so they ran to the store to get a fresh ingredients. I have never had a restaurant do that. Vegetarian options: They have more topping options than an average pizza place.

Been going off and on , honestly just always feel like its not worth the price. Tip options 10/20/25% for someone putting a slice into the oven for 5 seconds or getting talked into upgrading to another pizza size. I get it places are hit hard from covid and failing NDP / Liberal government with the town. Good people own the place but again just not worth $10 for 2 mid level slices of pizza. I gave the 20% tip and said never again.

Love, love, love Mad House Pizza. Their pizza, wings, salads etc are all delicious. But the most important reason we love Mad House is the incredible care and accommodation they take for allergies. We have a Celiac family member. Mad House gets it, 100%. Cross contamination is a genuine fear for anyone with celiac and it can ruin a celiac s day (or three). Mad House takes exquisite care to ensure their food is safe for our family member, every time.

Really tasty pizza! You can customize it to add your favourite toppings! It was delicious. I recommend doing take out because the interior can feel a bit sticky, but that pizza is delicious.

Visiting town and decided to try pizza, so glad we chose Mad-House because my word, that was on e of the best pizza I have ever eaten, Meat lovers and double pepperoni pizzas. Crust cooked to perfection and guess what, the center of the pizza, the crust was done to perfection, not soggy, not limp, and the toppings were cooked just right. Forget the competition, go straight to the champ.

I had been meaning to try Madhouse for a while now, and boy is it good, quick service, really friendly staff, and the pizza is excellent. It isn t greasy and oily at all, the sauce has a nice seasoning to it that tastes very natural, unlike the big pizza chains. Prices are in line with most places.

Owner is amazing. Food is amazing. Staff are amazing. All around a great spot. We ve only been living here for 3 weeks and have had it 5+ times. Ordered the Madhouse Philly cheese pizza with pulled pork, corn and other ingredients. Was expecting an incredible tasting pizza but it didnt meet our expectations. Yes, better than Fresh Slice but almost in the same caliber as Pizza Hut and Dominos. A bit pricier pizza so I had expected a big wow but it came short. Also didnt like hearing a staff member wasnt feeling well but started her shift anyways. Not good for a food server. Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie pizzas. Parking: Shared parking with Save On. Wheelchair accessibility: All ramps leading to restaurant.

Staying in Delta for a family getaway and were looking for a great pizza and found Madhouse to be close to our Airbnb, seen this place as we were at Tim hortons getting coffee and found them online, I ordered 2 large donairs and a medium butter chicken pizza and went to pick them up and found out that they only had donair pizzas and not Donairs, found the pizzas were not in to oven yet and the Owner came up and figured out the situation and offered a perfect solution to the problem, I will have to say that the Donair pizza is the best I have ever had and my daughter also said the butter chicken pizza was the best she had. Amazing service Amazing food And the owner is second to none We will make sure anyone we know in the area or if people are visiting the area. GIVE THEM A CALL AND ENJOY

Seriously, not sure what s happened but we ve ordered here for the last 5 years and have had amazing, mouth watering pizza - I m sorry but today was absolutely horrible. We didn t order a thin crust, nor did we order a pizza on a strict diet. This was all of that and less. We cannot express our disappointment in that we could have gotten better pizza from a 1 sliced pizza service provider. It was super thin crust - with almost zero sauce and super minimal toppings. We hope that a conversation with the manager will correct things - if not I d go some place else. It s heartbreaking to write this, as this has been without a doubt our go to place for pizza in Tsawwessen. Blame it on Monday, or whatever else, but tonight s pizza was a box full of tears and regret.

Yum! Everything about this place is amazing - the pizza crust, the ingredient list, the customer service. Super grateful for a pizza place that caters to plant-based/vegan customers. Look no further if you want a delicious pie. Tons of toppings, fantastic sauce, and oh that crust. I am not a big crust person, but this is like eating fresh baked bread. So good. These are big pizzas too, we ordered two larges and had plenty of leftovers. You cant go wrong, and you are giving your money to a local family business. The owners Missy and Dave are awesome people. Check it out, get hooked. EDIT: 1 Year on- I swear the pizza has gotten even better, which is hard to believe. We are a regular now, and tonight had a Greek and Pulled Pork. The crust is by far the tastiest crust I have ever had... I stand by my comments above. Its a privilege having this place nearby.

The pizzas were excellent! We ordered three pizzas; two medium and one personal sized gluten-free. The gluten-free crust was broccoli-cheese which was surprisingly delicious. My only concern arose when my daughter, who ordered the pizzas as she lives close to Madhouse, queried me about the price when I brought them home. I told her that I paid just over $72 and she didn t think that was right. Based on the website listed prices it should have been around $62 - since I didn t take the receipt, I am a little concerned that I may have been overcharged.

Was having a stop over in Tsawwassen for the evening, discovered this pizzeria, and ordered a large pizza. Oh my, it was a fantastic pizza. Well done, Madhouse. We will definitely stop in on our next time in Tsawwassen.

The Mad Tuscan pizza on broccoli cheddar gluten free crust is the best pizza I have ever had!

Had to update my previous review. It s been a year since I had this pizza and it was not good anymore. Dry, no flavor. Something changed and the quality dropped. Too bad :(

Ordered takeout on a weekend and got a large pizza, mozzarella sticks and a few drinks. The pizza was okay at best and the mozzarella sticks weren t cooked properly. We could still taste a frozen element to them which made them subpar. Their marinara sauce was also only okay at best. However, the service at this joint was hands down one of the best at any pizza places I ve been to. The staff and what appeared to be the owner were super outgoing and friendly. Everything was ready to go for us sooner than expected and they supplied plates/napkins as requested. We re definitely willing to give this place another try if we re in the area.

I can t believe I ve never eaten Madhouse Pizza before - 10/10 for taste, crust and topping options! Really hit the spot after a day of moving furniture, thank you again!

My wife and I met with Dave, the owner, to discuss having Madhouse cater our wedding reception this summer and try out the highest rated pizza in Tsawwassen. We were not disappointed! The Super Meat pizza was amazing - perfect crust, tons of toppings, and great flavour - and the wings were excellent as well. Were excited to share their fantastic pies with our guests this summer!

Solid 4 stars. Great ingredients and always fresh. Would give 5 but the bottom layer is always a bit on the soggy side.

I haven t had a better pizza in the lower mainland. Such a delicious crust, crispy, moist and what a good flavour. The best of the best. Excellent customer service over the phone and in person , hard to get that now a days. You will not find anything comparable to this anywhere. I have been to Madhouse Pizza multiple times over the past few months because they have the best gluten free pizza crust I have ever tasted. Their pizza menu is top notch and we are enjoying trying a new flavour each time. Tonight though I received some of the best customer service from a restaurant ever. If you have not tried Madhouse pizza you will not be disappointed!

We stopped here as suggested by the pub across the street since we needed food for a celiac. The staff where insanely helpful and almost everything on the menu could be made gluten free. We had two pizzas with different bases, one cauliflower and one broccoli, both gluten free. The pizzas where amazing and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was amazing, they even delivered our pizza to the pub across the street. The pizza has changed sometime in the last year. It used to be much better. It now has a very thin crust with less toppings. It tastes just like Fresh Slice now. Because its so thin its not filling, so you have to order a size up. Given a large is $27 its hard to justify when you can go to Marios just a few buildings down and get a higher quality pizza for the same price.

We finally tried Madhouse pizza tonight. Was incredible. We ordered split pizza so two pizza with 4 flavors. They were all great.

Stopped in for a quick on-the-go lunch and Im glad I did! I ordered a few slices ready-to-go and they were delicious. The cheese was perfectly cooked. No pale, undercooked pizza. Toppings were fresh and plentiful! The guy at the counter was super friendly and served everyone quickly without feeling like you were being rushed out the door. Good place, good pizza!

Had to try this place after hearing so many great things. I enjoy pies of all sorts and the more I try, I always circle back to the Greek style loaded topping filler of a pizza that had you feeling satisfied and with leftovers to eat cold the morning after. Pizza that good! This is same same but different. In a great way. Great crust and flavorful sauce with generous high quality ingredients. Took one slice and immediately took a picture and posted this review. Bravo! Molto bene!

Since discovering Madhouse pizza, my pizza intake has exploded. I often find myself craving their pepperoni pizza. The crust is perfect: crunchy exterior, soft fluffy bite, and great flavour. We love to try new flavours every time and never get disappointed.

Good but not the best. Its an imitation of an Italian fire-grilled pizza but without firewood grill. The problem is that all the toppings fall off easily and the ingredients are not the most fresh.

This is the best pizza place I behave ever found from Toronto to Victoria. And the owners are the friendliest people you could ever find anywhere. Keep up the great work Dave and Missy.

I love everything about Madhouse. From the very first phone call to order, to the friendly call that your order is 5 mins from being done, giving you the perfect window to pick up your order and get it home so that its still hot and fresh out of the oven. Honest and hardworking. Every person who works there is so friendly nice polite and helpful. Ok so the pizza... We have tried almost every pizza on the menu. Our favourite is the meat lovers, and the fact that you can add as many extra toppings as you want at no additional cost. We order at least once a week!

Best pizza in Tsawwassen

The pizza is fantastic! I especially love the cauliflower crust! I can eat pizza again! If you re staunch on Covid protocol though, most of the staff did not have a mask on and the ones that did, were wearing them pulled down under their chin. Even owner was out from behind counter chatting with mask under his chin. That was a bit disappointing :-(

Me and my partner went for the first time today to grab a snack before we headed to the park, we were intrigued they had donut holes! Which were supposed to have caramel and chocolate drizzle(Basically an upgraded timbit). Unfortunately our experience wasn t what we had hoped, we waited 25 minutes for 6, not 8, like listed, donut holes, which were burnt, and SMOTHERED in a chocolate sauce, and no caramel, and they gave it to us in a medium pizza box (?). The staff is super friendly, but they re very unorganized with their system. There were many people waiting for pickup orders, and trying to order in general. The place is very clean, the pizza looks great, but staff need to work on organization and communication. Hoping our next visit is a little better than the first.

I will start off by saying I am a huge pizza nerd, I love pizza. I make my own dough and sauce and try to use what I think are the best ingredients. Always working on improving flavor of dough and experimenting on different techniques. So I may a bit more critical than the average customer. We ordered a cheese pizza, garlic cheese bread and chicken wings. I ordered the chicken wings based on the photos on their website. Unfortunately the wings I received didnt resemble the pictures on their website. To me they looked and tasted like frozen factory pre battered chicken wings. The cheese pizza we ordered had a white sauce instead of tomato which was unexpected. I am not sure if this is how it is supposed to come but we were expecting a normal cheese pizza to come with tomato sauce by default. It might have been a mistake on their part which is fine, or maybe this is how they do it and I didnt know. The cheesy garlic bread was good but we couldnt really taste the garlic. The pizza, it is a fairly thick, soft/doughy pan pizza. I liked the taste of the crust. The cheese was a bit overdone to my liking, but I find that common with chain conveyor oven baked pizza. The white sauce isnt usually my thing so I wouldnt get it again. A couple of slices is really filling even though it was just a cheese pizza. The order was ready on time, staff were working hard and doing a great job.

This is the BEST restaurant pizza I have ever had. Not to mention I got a gluten free crust which is usually just OK- blown away! Good job guys dont change a thing! Oh and the wings were great too, and actually the bigger sized wings not the little dinky ones most places give. Thanks!

Ordered 2 pizzas: one regular crust and one cauliflower crust. Both excellent. These guys will do well and give Marios and Alphas some competition! I ordered the cauliflower one loaded with meat. The regular crust was pep, green peppers, feta, green onion and sundried tomato. Will be ordering again.

This is a very busy pizza place for a reason. Its very good. You pick your own toppings as many as you want for one price. They also have low carb crusts!

Dropped by here in a rush to get some ready-made slices before catching the ferry. The guy serving us was incredibly kind, service was super fast, and the pizza is delicious!

Ill go straight to the point. The Primo Italian is mad good and is hot fire! Greatest pizza topping combination resulting in the most amazing flavor.

Delicious pizza. Lots of toppings, super friendly staff. Only thing that stops me from giving a five star is that when the delivery man brought it, he stood in our yard yelling instead of knocking on our door. It annoyed our neighbour and us. It took us a couple of minutes to realise he was yelling pizza? in our yard. But at least the food is good.

Delicious, filling pizzas. I usually max out at 2 large slices, so 1 pizza goes a long way. The crust is a little sweet, but still delicious. Great proportion of cheese to sauce to crust. Can tell they put a lot of love and care into each pie. Its also fantastic they offer delivery in ladner and tsawwassen. The only thing is they really need to get their online ordering system set up. They always seem so so so busy and most of our pies have an ingredient switched onto another pie. Theyre probably missing out on business by not having online ordering at this point.

I meant to share a review the first time we ordered from Madhouse, so better now than forgetting again. Not only are the pizza options delicious and well executed, as someone with celiac I am extremely enamoured with their cauliflower crust ( I will get to the Broccoli/cheddar next)! Its delicious, has great texture and if you have severe celiac they even implement a protocol where they close the kitchen to ensure minimal chance of cross contamination from any of the ingredients. This place is awesome. I ordered the the double cheese. Loved white garlic sauce, wasnt expecting it but it was a pleasant surprise. The gluten free dough was fantastic. Will be ordering again for sure. The staff was super friendly and the pizza was ready pretty quick too..

I have seen some pretty great reviews of Madhouse Pizza, so I thought I would give it a try tonight. I ordered a medium Super Meat, and a medium half Double Cheese/half Hawaiian. I have to say at first bite (of the super meat) I was overjoyed with the flavour. The crust is nice and thick, yet remains light. The ingredients are piled on (they obviously dont skimp out on toppings), and they choose quality ingredients. I was full after 3 pieces, and I typically eat 6-7 pieces. I got their super early before my order was ready and just observed the owner/manager and staff working fast and efficient even thought it was crazy busy. Everyone was super friendly and I am so glad I took a chance to order from this establishment. I will most definitely be ordering from here time and time again.
