First time here,June 21 2024.. I ordered 6wingHoney garlic . 6 wings BBQ. 2Garlic Toast. The wings were cooked well,but the sauces weren't put on. I returned them both thinking they had forgotten to add the sauces..She just squirted BBQ onto the one box No napkins given out for Wings or forks..Sad really! These would've been grand,if sauce was added before cooking took place.. The BAR counter I say at to wait,was very dirty ..The owner said she would wash it when I left

A Tsawwassen staple. They have been around for a very long time and taste delicious. Their sauce is our favorite. They even have super tasty and flavorful samosas. However, I definitely recommend ordering in advance especially online as their system can be a bit finicky.
The top spot in town for a quality pie. Great selection to choose from and more of a fresh home made vibe compared to other pizza chains. I recommend trying the bacon cheeseburger. Also I'm not usually into meat free pizzas but ... the vegetarian pie absolutely slaps
Tried their Shahi Paneer Pizza. The sauce was definitely the best I have tried so far. It felt so good and gives a homemade taste. Staff is very friendly and loving. Prices are quite reasonable as well. Keep up the good work.👍
Overall, my experience at pizza factory Tsawwassen was exceptional. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, staff is really cooperative&polite and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. With its unique features and high-quality dining experience, I highly recommend this food court to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.
Ok so, we've tried this pizza several times and maybe once or twice out of 20 times, it was good. But all the other times it has been terrible. The cheese is flavorless and rubbery, the meat toppings are bland, the sauce has no taste and the crust is dry. We will never order from this place again. We gave it a fair shot because it was convenient and inexpensive but its just inedible garbage at this point. Brutal. Stay well away.
Best pizza in town open late . Monday tues deals . But some low end toppings used , skip the bacon. . Meats . Stick to vegetable options
We got into town starving and I ordered from Pizza Factory based on the fact they were still open and the pictures on website looked more appetizing than the others. I never order pizza because it always disappoints me and the family. Well not these guys! The pizza was fantastic! Gooey. Cheesy, great toppings to sauce to dough-cheese ratio. When it got cold it was still great; meaning dough didn t dry up and the left overs turn into cardboard. If you re looking for good zah, I highly recommend Pizza Factory in Tswassen. More over, there was a mistake on their end for my online order and they were not only transparent about it but also fixed it and had the pizza delivered within 20min. Support this business. They re wonderful.

Really really bad chicken wings. Walmart forzen wings are way better than yours. PIZZA !!! ITS NOT A PIZZA ITS FULL OF SALT LIKE SEA WATER. CHEESE IS SO BAD AND TOMATOES ARE SO BIG AND SQUARE (other toppings as well ) WHO WOUL CUT TOMATOES LIKE THAT FOR PIZZA . COME ON GUYS YOU CAN MAKE MUCH BETTER PIZZA.

Consistently great pizza with quick delivery! I love their variety of veggie options. Every time I call, the ladies are super quick and organized. There is no judgement; there is only pizza. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options that taste really amazing. Not just your standard olives and spinach! (Although there is that too!)

Pasta was dry and contains meat sauce thats not saucy. The container was half full and bread was also dry. Pizza was mediocre but edible They also quoted a price then added two dollars for sauce.
Pizza was very good tried butter chicken it was good not as flavorful as i was expecting but still good will definitely order from here again.

Terrible pizza. These guys make and freeze their pizza, then throw it in the pizza oven for 15 min and pass it off as fresh and newly made. It is not. Its dry, barely warm and bland. Do not eat here.

Pizza was of low quality for the price, but if you have children they will probably enjoy it. If you want to save some money, the freezer isle in any grocery store is a good bet for 1/3rd the price. I should give a lower score but only had it the one time and would feel guilty to do so, knowing children like it.
New owners took of about 1.5yr ago. This pizza is one of the best in Tswassen! Great job by the ladies cheffing this stuff out daily as they are very busy but never mess up the quality even once. Must try pizza for Tswassen locals
Ordered a Hawaiian pizza.. had barely any toppings on it. Only 1 or 2 peices of pineapple per slice. A bit cheap. Was super sloppy and I had to bake it again to crisp it up. Flavor wasnt great either.

cant even answer the phone to say your busy, just hang up on customers instead...... if youre too lazy to deliver a pizza just say so.... use to order from here weekly.... will not be trying again. seems to be a poor attitude on the youngins here.... nice ladies i spoke to in the AM and never had a problem with.... entitled youth....tis a shame.

I ordered a veggie pizza, and they provided great customer service. The pizza was well-made with healthy toppings and tasted amazing. Social-distancing was also in place so I felt very comfortable going there. The staff was also very friendly. I recommend this place, and will definitely be coming back to order from here again.

prices are cheap and thats probably the only good thing about it. Tried ordering a combo and it took 15 mins on the phone and the employee was very rude as she was talking down to me and raising her voice. Unimpressed by the service and not worth putting up with such a fuss from poor employees to only receive mediocre food
Have ordered pizzas on a regular basis. Great pizzas compared to their competitors. They dont scrimp on ingredients; service is great. Not disappointed even once!

Delicious, Savory & Amazing Service & what stood out the most for me was the location.... after coming off of a late evening ferry and realizing Tsawwassen mills was closed for the night, we went to Pizza Factory , which was down the street and had the best dinner ever, Thanks Guys)) I would recommend the Chessy bread which was Incredible!!!

Best pizza in town! The new owners are great, they even know you by name. They make their own crust in house, they way it should be made. Its not doughy like all the others, because its not pre-made somewhere else, and shipped frozen. Every where else I have to have gluten free crust, but not at the Pizza Factory. All the toppings are fresh, and cover the complete pie, an excellent value for the money. The pizza is also cooked in a REAL pizza oven, and is always just coming out as I arrive to pick it up on my way home after a long days work. Try one..... What do you have to lose. Ill bet youll never order another pizza from anywhere else again.

First of all the service was really slow and secondly they screwed up our order i asked for a 2 large double tandoori chicken and green peppers the employee ended up making two mediums pizzas. The double chicken topping looked like a single topping I counted total of 14 pieces of square dice chicken. An on few slices of pizza didnt even have chicken on it. And the pizza tastes so blah on taste dont recommend to eat from tht Pizza Joint.

We ordered take out. Showed up 30 min later. They forgot our pizza. We were asked to go back home and they would deliver free of charge 30min later. 60min later nothing... Called, they said 30 min... Now starving... Guy shows up, wants full price. We said no they yelled at us and stormed off. NEVER WILL WE EAT HERE. We advise you to not to as well.

This is a decent pizza place; better than most chains but not as good as some non-chain pizza. The Classic Italian is quite good, and the Double Pepperoni really does have double pepperoni. The Ranch Chicken and Spinach Lovers are also good choices. I do like that they offer meat samosas, but they are fairly dry; they flavour is there if only they could make them more moist.

Worst pizza in Twassassen. Theres a reason why its so cheap. Rather pay more and get a better product elsewhere at Panago or Pizza Hut than saving a dollar and getting terrible bland pizza!
