I visited here for the first time today. Spicy pork was really delicious and soup was also really amazing with homemade. I will visit again.
I came here for lunch got in line placed my order 7 people came in behind me for the lunch rush each and every one of them was served food prior to me and I ended up waiting for 2/3 of my lunch break to actually get my food. I’m not sure if it’s because i ordered to go but i was barely acknowledged by the lady at the counter before watching every other person get through their meal before actually getting mine. After getting back to work to actually eat my food I was disappointed to see the 15$ sandwich and soup I ordered have disappointing portions for the cost barely able to feed a small child.
Sandwiches are alright, considering were in an industrial area. The clam chowder has lots of thickening agent and not much cream.
Odd choices for their recipes. Clam chowder that has no cream, crab wrap drown in wasabi. If you're open to spend a bit more, Hadis is right across the street. If you're not looking to spend more, canco gas station on the corner has heavenly pizza slices.
DISAPPOINTING!!!!!! According to Google, "Divine" means "of God or god-like, heavenly" or, informally, "excellent, delightful" - the two sandwiches (club house and montreal smoked beef) were anything but!!! Barely enough content to cover the miniscule, cheap white bread (see photo with a pen as a reference to size) along with nothing but a microscopic and stale carrot stick! Horrifically disappointing!!! A toddler would be left hungry! A poor excuse for a sandwich shop / deli. Paid close to $30 for basically 5 slices of Wonderbread! Tim Horton's quality AT BEST, and that's really pushing to be complimentary. Website very deceiving.
This hidden gem is not what you’d expect to find among all the surrounding commercial buildings and is amazing! Amazing Bibimbap for their Wednesday special and Soup. Highly recommended!
Ordered the Bibimbap - it was yummy, and very filling. Good portions of each component. The spinach was a little tough in the way that spinach sometimes gets. I wish the egg had been over-easy, but that's just personal preference. I have no similar bibimbap to compare this one too, but I will try there again. They now also have something called "cup bob" on the paper menu - I look forward to trying that next time.
The wrap had a strong wasabi flavor, a few shrimps on it and bunch of lettuce....
Friendly staff and service
I discovered this sandwich shop by chance, run by a Korean couple. One hearty meal is enough~ All good for your meal!
I called the 2 location twice to ask about the sandwich and the lady just hung up on me after my question. Poor customer service.

Not really fresh
Great little diner in the Tilbury Industrial area of Delta, it s a mom & pop shop, they have excellent sandwiches and fresh homemade soup. The breakfast is very good as well especially the breakfast wrap. They have different specials everyday. Not very many gems like this around anymore.
Best place to stop for breakfast or lunch when you are in the tilbury area. Get the breakfast burrito in the am. Their mushroom, Thai chicken, and corn chowder soups are amazing. Wraps and sandwiches made right in front of you. Hot entree specials every day. Hard working people with great food!
Been in this area for just over a year, Far and away the best option locally if you value fresh food and good service (Most options around here are more like old diner/greasy spoon style eats). The family running the business is friendly, They always have competitively priced specials, The food is always fresh, And the wait is never long. This is my lunch Go To and Im frequenting it 3-4 days a week, I cant recommend them enough! (Corn chowder is awesome, chicken and beef wrap specials are must trys, all the sandwiches are solid choices with fresh ingredients, and those cookies... so good).
Cheap sandwiches and decent value. You arent going to get any crazy flavours, but for the price you honestly cant go wrong. Was it a sandwich? Absolutely. Could you make it at home? Sure! But when you need a cheap lunch this is the place to go. The clam chowder was a bit gritty but...eh. If you want a fine lunch come here!

Nice and affordable lunch place
ordered a chicken salad sandwich it was hard to find any chicken on it what I could find looked like canned chicken a couple shreds of lettuce and a one ultra thin slice of tomato and toasted not sure why all for $8 I even opened the sandwich to show them there was almost nothing inside but they were not interested in looking at it , worst than tims you could get a good foot long at that price bad value for your money and got a soup to go got to work and no SPOON not sure the good reviews they recieved were from anyone that ate there
Very well mannered and polite staff. A variety of daily specials. A little on the expensive side, especially the extras on sandwiches. All in all a good place for lunch.

I found this restaurant on ubereats not that long ago and decided to try their menu. The shrimp & avocado sandwich is delicious, good portions and always packed and made with care. Ive gotten my friends and coworkers ordering from them as well, and everyone who has done so has loved the place!
Tucked away in Tilbury Park, this little restaurant serves anything from Soup and yummy sandwiches to full on delicious entrees. Like any eatery in the industrial park, it s busy during the lunch hours. Customer service was great and the staff were really friendly.
Good price
not a lot of food choices in Tilbury park but this one is a gem. opens early for breakfast where you can have a burrito that will keep you full all day. excellent lunch menu and the family service is awesome.

Felt very comfortable eating here. Food is as good as if you made it at home, but are too lazy to put in the time and effort to make something above average.

Just got lunch for my office, for our quarterly meetings, our first time from Sandwich Tree. This is now the prefered sandwich shop in the Tilbury area by my sales reps. They would rather get future meeting lunches from here than from Subway. Good value too!
