went to subway at 7 pm...saw they had one half a bun left...asked the server is it fresh or hard,and old? she lies says it was soft/fresh,go home, hard as a rock,will never set foot is Ladner subway again..last time turkey sub.zero taste, gross eats.👎
This Subway in my opinion is the best subway in B.C . I think i have eaten at 90% of the locations. Every time I come here the owner helps me and is always so nice and gives a very good quantity of meat and never charges for extras like other places . I always order the Rotisserie chicken wrap in other subways they charge me 15 dollars here she only charges me 8 . As well the quality of the produce is always the best . I love this place ! If you're ever in the area I would recommend checking it out :) Thanks Nabina!!!!!
Selling half filled bowls, worst subway store. The size of bowl is just make customers fool, one-two scoops of rice and countable veggies. Avoid at any cost, if you value your money.
I understand that every small business owner has to save money where ever they can. If you are going to hire minimum pay employees, can you at least spend some time training them in basic courtesy and more importantly teach them the Food Safe basics. You are in the food industry. Handling cash, cash register, printed paper and then going right back to making sandwiches without washing hands or putting on gloves!!! Have we not learned anything over the last 4 years about infection prevention? Will never ever return to this establishment. Anyone reading this review, next time you are at any Subway, please spend a couple of minutes observiing the person making the sandwiches before you place an order to ensure they are being careful with hand hygiene. I have started thanking them if they are doing it the right way.
Last week, I went to go buy a quick early dinner for the family. I ordered all 3 subs for the 3 for 24.99 offer on the app. However, when I went to go pay the person at the counter didnt know how to use the app and refused to honour the deal. I agreed that I would just pay full price. Then he asked if I wanted a bag and charged me for it. I agreed...when my food came, he literally THREW the bag at me and made me pack my own food. Service is very embarrassing, Why would he not put the food in the bag for me if I pay for it. PS- They were out of MUSTARD!..what sandwhich place runs out of mustard...why not just go to the Freshco and buy some. Very poorly run.
It's a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Had a great experience with Tanya, a staff member. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes great food recommendations. She is quite good at her job.
never posted any bad review for any store before . but really felt like today . the bread was not fresh. maybe day old. service was so slow . waited there for atleast 10 min even though no one was infront of me and sandwich makers were free. the guy made sandwich so slow . just didnt liked it . need to change a lot of things.
I find the subs well stacked and taste fresh! To order a subway sandwich, it is usually pretty quick, except during lunch hours, they are always extreamly understaffed and the wait is far too long. If it is not busy staff is never really in a rush to come up from thw back to help take your order. I would say all in all its a great place to have a healthy, or unhealthy sandwich!! The prices seem pretty fair still in this day where everything is going up in price!

Idk what is up with them and what kind of superiority they feel. Just poor customer service and back laughing at its peak. There is this associate named tanya. Please tell her to calm down. Her attitude and her 90 s gassy makeup aren t working. That sardar guy is on another tangent. Like be atleast 6ft to have an attitude. Just poor customer service
Thursday at 9pm, still 2 hours of service remaining, and there are no customers in line. One employee is mopping the floors and the other is in the back.. so I had to wait a few mins for service, no biggy. I order two footlongs and when we get to assembly, Im told theyre out of tomatoes. No tomatoes in a sandwich shop?!? Theres a grocery store 50ft away and another across the street!! If I had arrived in the middle of a rush and they JUST ran out of tomatoes Id understand... but they were not busy and just decided the rest of their customers that evening would have to go without one of the main ingredients in their sandwiches, despite the pile of tomatoes available just across the parking lot. To add insult to injury, I was still charged full price for my incomplete sandwiches. Willfully terrible customer service.
After they remodelled there menu, the food is terrible and they don t let you make a sandwich to your own liking

Never had a welcoming shout once, for last 8 years of visiting this location but now the staff upgraded to next level of talking back if you have a constructive feedback. Staff needs serious retraining on customer service properly. Not visiting this location again. PS owner: check your cameras to see how welcoming your staff is.

I love the chicken noodle soup. Its so good, love the flavour, love the chicken bits. The crackers they give are yummy. But the problem is they dont make enough chicken noodle soup. Please make more batches of it. I WILL BE BACK SOON TO GET MORE SOUP!

Gross wrap way to much sauce I told her not so much and she covers it I can t even eat it and the wrap got stuck to the wrapper so there s wrapper on my wrap

Very slow, almost 30 minutes to get a subway with one customer ahead.
Used to be subway lander was automatic choice, good service proper portions. Maybe management change, but now its down hill. On a footlong I get 3 peppers, always having to push to get proper amount but your prices went up. I now find myself rather drive to tswassion for my meal than subway ladner. Your getting very cheep
Subway is subway. Decent sandwiches. Employees dont care though and tend to take very little care and do a poor job with making your sandwich.
Great salads
Ive been going here for about a month or two for sandwiches, the food is fine. However they have never once had their optional flavors for soda available(strawberry/vanilla/etc. syrups). Why cant they get these refilled? Very disappointing that I cant ever have the drink I actually want from them.

Average. Service was fairly poor unfortunately. Young guy who seemed very disinterested, probably the type up to no good immediately following his shift. Kind of threw it together and moved on. I tried a wrap, it was average.
This Ladner subway has been outstanding for a physically distanced book club for my wife. They put together individual meals for take away for each book club member so she could host the book club in the park. They were flexible when there were changes or additions. Excellent service - would recommend!
None of the employees were wearing masks and when asked about it they replied that they had run out and were waiting for an order. Puke.

I go to subway once a week they have good food but the person making my sub touched vegetable and meat not changing their gloves before making my sub or after touching the meat and vegetables
I used to eat subway every sunday. Food taste quite good. Whole staff is nice but I noticed one Asian guy who never change his gloves. I requested him to change gloves for my veggie subway. He was touching all food stuff with same gloves.

My kids love subway, but the bread seems often dry and falling apart. Service is always fast and polite.

I just went in at 3:55 PM Saturday afternoon asked for a wrap and got a sorry we dont have any. Its Saturday afternoon Your sandwich shop how can you not have any bread well wraps!!! Thats just Bad...

Music was not appropriate for the restaurant setting. A lot of Vulgar lyrics were blasting from the speakers. The sandwiches always seem to fall apart.
I ordered a BLT wrap. I was told I was only aloud to put 3 veggies on it...what! Since when is that a rule? I also counted my change when I got home and I was shorted a dollar. The staff was rude, and for some reason feel they dont need to speak, just mumble. My wife warned me the place when downhill, she was right. I wont be back. $8.25 for a BLT wrap and a couple stale cookies is a joke.

Its a subway what did these people expect a steak on a sub. Had a cold cut and it tasted the same as any other subway.
I was here about a month ago. The dark-skinned sandwich artist with glasses and braids was very rude. She doesn t speak English well, didn t smile, couldn t explain anything when I asked her questions, didn t apologize after making a mistake. It s easy to tell that she doesn t want to work here and doesn t want to serve you. Bad service.
I came into the local subway for a late night dinner around 10pm, all of the staff working there were so unwelcoming. The only thing I actually heard being spoken by the workers that were there was do you want your receipt? No hello, no what can I get for you, no would you like it toasted or would you like cheese, I literally did the talking the entire time, I even waited for the next girl who took my sandwich down the line to the veggies, and still nothing so after awkward silence I proceeded to tell her what I wanted. There was literally not a word from either one of them......
Always great service no matter how busy or slow they are ! Also, very clean both inside and outside the restaurant.
After being served by an either untrained, unintelligent or indifferent sandwich artist on my last visit to this fine establishment I thought Id bring my concerns to the manager. I described my experience to the manager at which point he looked at me with no emotion whatsoever (saying basically nothing) as though we were in a Stephen King movie. I left feeling like my business was unimportant to them so from now on it will remain unimportant to me and my family.
What a waste of a lunch hour. Went here today to get some lunch. The chip reader on the machine wasnt working group and after resetting the machine and it still not working. The guy wanted me to wait so he could serve other customers in hopes of confirming my new chip card was faulty and not his machine. Dont waste your time or money here. They are too cheap to even keep their equipment up to date
Nasty service employees did not listen to what i wanted and made my sandwitch very poorly bread was stale and so was lettuce. Waste of time and money
