Not getting regular taste of SUB! Always less fillings and sauces idk why but they’re technically giving dry sub breads!
Very divey location with some sort of closet style convenience store built in, staff was very frugal on toppings and even more so with the peppercorn ranch, they put one small drizzle down the middle. Go to the other location down the street I feel like I got robbed blind and I even tipped 10% Never again.
I mostly prefer this location . But there many times grill machine is not working and workers are very rude behavior . Not put inside all that in the wrap and bread. Every cutomer pay full amount and why she not provide full meal???
Hii ordered from here many times I never got disappointed but this time, the subway sandwich was stale and specifically the bread was so hard ……whoever made please don’t use stale bread and make it properly… I even add good review on uber because I was happier with you food quality but this time its really bad.
I can’t believe I’m writing a review for subway- but this place made me mad. I ordered the Suprimo and the “not so nice” lady gave me 4 pepperoni and 4 small, thin capicola. I kindly asked to at least add 1 or 2 more pieces- she got mad and said they would charge me extra! Like $4 a piece extra. 🤦♂️. I said don’t be cheap I just want what I’m paying for, but she said nothing. Then passed to veggies. I had to ask twice just add more lettuce. I asked for it toasted- it was not toasted and cold when I walked to my car. C’mon, do better for $15+ sub. I read the rest of the reviews, and they are common for bad service and quality.
Worst behaviour by employees and my rice is under cooked.
I would really appreciate it if they don't lock up ahead of time and don't leave the food outside on the floor. This was the second time I found the my food outside at 8.30 pm
I went there around 10.48 am to pickup my order , they told me your order is ready @ 10.50 you have to wait , she pointing finger towards sitting area & told me sit & wait ,the way she told me that not the appropriate way to say something , really bad customer service & Sub we got is too messy see attachment

Vegetarian options: Veggiee patties sandwich. Employees very rude behavior to customer. She angry every time to put all the souces inside the sandwich . This is not good.

Gone are the sandwich artists subway built their brand on. Sandwich butcher is more like it here. Ingredients are not usually super fresh, vegetables often look somewhat old. I dont feel that my $15-$17 is well spent on a sandwich at this location. Parking: Parking lot only has one entrance, few spaces available.
Why the staff is in hurry/rush I don t know whether there is only one customer. Moreover, the staff didn t listen to what customer said, she was in rush to create her own wish. And the uppermost her facial expression looks like she was on cremation
The two girls working were very rude and inattentive. They put the wrong sauces on my order and took no responsibility nor offered any recourse when I quickly informed them of their error. Ontop of that they were constantly speaking to each other in a different language while serving me and were constantly laughing loudly to each other. It was a rushed and unfriendly experience, despite me being the only customer in the store. Will never be returning to this location.

one arrogant girl standing behind the counter (ravinder) making customer s fool by just saying they don t have the proper ingredients. I want the higher authorities to jump into this matter. And when I asked them why you made my order wrong, they were giggling, rather then explaining or apologizing. It happend on August 1,2023 at 2:20pm. Not even deserve 1 star for the service. There was couple of witness who witnessed this incident.
Gave me an old 5 bill as change but wouldnt accept the same 5 bill the next day then refused to change a different bill
workers here are extremely rude. everytime i ask if they have soup and the answer is no but i think it s because they are too lazy to put some soup out so they just say they are all out. sandwiches are sloppy and veggies look like they have been sitting out for so long. they never switch gloves when touching stuff. tables always covered in food and the floors are disgusting. this subway is gross and the workers looks miserable. don t waste your time going to this location.
Had the best sandwich ever made for me today from this location...it was delicious!! And the lady behind the counter was so friendly, fast and efficient...Infact I think I might go back and thank her on my next break...as I work close by

Ravinder Kaur is so rude while making sandwich she is arguing regarding veggies . When we want to correct her mistake she is left my sandwich not finished up and other two girls are laughing on us and not provide napkin as well all over service is too bad not satisfy..
Ravinder was a sweet person to me. Seems like the other reviewers were the problem. They have a snack shop sharing the space with a subway. Has Tylenol, phone chargers, chips candy popcorn chocolate etc Parking: Lots of street parking for truckers

I don t get why the store hours are mentioned as 24 hour s for Sunday when the location is not open. Completely wasted my time by coming here and the store is closed.
Very fast service. Under renovations right now, so not a lot of seating, but friendly staff and quick service.
Solid subway. Location can be busy at times due to lunches of local bussiness.

Pretty slow service for a subway. Most of the veggies look pretty wilted or otherwise dont look too fresh or appetizing. The eating area is typically pretty dirty, they could really focus some more time on upkeep of the place.

Great location right in the industrial area near Tilbury on Progress Way. Clean well kept Subway unfortunately I couldnt eat here because they were out of gluten free bread so cannot rate the food I went to a different location to eat

Sufficient enough service. A little slow when theres multiple orders but otherwise not a big deal.
Small and crowded during lunch rush. Overcharged twice in one week for a promo meal advertised on the front window and had to correct the employee. Touch screen soda fountain is nice but the last time I used it I had to dump out 2 flavours that dispensed without any syrup before finding one that worked.
