We didn't eat here. We decided to leave because it was just too cold inside to sit down and really enjoy a meal.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of my recent visit to your Subway location. As a loyal customer to subway restaurants, I have always appreciated Subway's commitment to fresh ingredients and customizable sandwiches. However, my experience during this visit fell short of expectations. The amount of ingredients of all 7 subs were noticeably lacking compared to any other subway location.

The employees are always smiling, demonstrating a positive attitude. They offer quick and knowledgeable service. I have observed them going the extra mile to satisfy their customers' expectations. SUKHDEEP is outstanding. I highly recommend Subway as a healthier type of meal choice. I recommend this particular Subway because of their memorable service.
Always fresh always fast and kind service. Love it here, the sandwich artists are the best. Never had a sloppy sandwich and they also greet me right away! Ps the cookies are the best!!
I used to really dislike Subway sandwiches because I thought they lacked good flavor. But their new Subway series is amazing. I really highly recommend Green Goddess Chicken (fresh and full of flavor plus avocado) and Stanpede Brisket (crispy onion and heaps of yummy bbq meat). I got the Mozarella Bella and the Steak N Egg too and they were also pretty good but I just absolutely loved Green Goddess Chicken and Stanpede Brisket. Wish I had more pics but I ate them too fast. I customized them just a bit to add desired sauces and salt+parmesan.
My son and his friend visited this place after working out at the gym. They ate their sandwiches while sucking their fingers. The staff who prepared the food were also very kind, so we ate in a good mood. They love the sandwiches and choclate chips.
I saw the sandwich artist, sorry murderer squish the life out of my poor foot long steak and cheese. Its my second bad experience at this specific joint. It ain't a Roti man, don't roll it like that 😶😶 Spent 20 minutes waiting in line out of 30 minute lunch break at work.
Go there with coupons they do not honor and become argumentative with customers.

I get a Subway sandwich several times a week for my mom and regularly use the App. When I pick up the food they are AMAZING! The sandwich is always ready and perfect and as soon as I walk through the door Jaspreet and Brinder greet me with a smile, immediately say hello and hand me my order. These ladies are terrific!

Edited: this one is for the new staff at this location. What a change over. Very polite, always smiling, welcoming staff. Orders always on point, efficient staff, cleanliness of the store. Everything is great. Great power to all the staff. Abhi I wanted to give 0 stars to this locations staff. I am a big subway fan and have never wrote a bad review for subway. But this locations staff and their preparation of food made me do this for the very first time. RUDE STAFF. Cold food. No veggies in your sub. I had to throw my sandwich. Even my 9 year old son was asking me that why this lady is yelling at people. Apron was missing and staff was wearing dirty t-shirt. Please avoid this location at any cost. There is another branch near Tsawwassen mall at canoe pass way. Go there if needed. Even though this location is just 3 min away from my place, I would NEVER visit them again. Shame on you.

Probably the best Subway experience I ve ever had. The woman serving me was beyond polite and had top notch customer service skills. Subway food is fairly consistent across locations in terms of how good it can get, but the customer service makes the real difference, and this place has the customer service side of things on point.
