Super oily the amount of oil in the food makes you not have the best experience. But customer service was great 10 out of 10

Everytime we come here the food is never anything less than %100 phenomenal. The meat is the best I ve had in a looooong time the sauces are the best the portions are awesome the prices are fantastic ms donair js an absolute gem of a place! Was craving donair at 9 pm, I do not know if it s because of closing time but the wrap was completely DISGUSTING and I could tell that it was not made good and fresh. As a foodie, it did not taste good. The wrap was fully with overload of sauce and too much content in it that the wrap couldn t even hold. Very disappointing. I know now not to order towards the evening. Please change that for future customers if possible.

Asked for pita bread, that was not pita bread, it was a thin wrap. The tzatziki sauce was thin, watery and tasted awful. The donair was 50% wrap and the meat and lettuce inside was cold and wet. Sad to say it was not a good experience. Food

Very beautiful sitting arrangement set up when you enter the shop. I would give 10 stars to cleanliness and interior design. I would say that is the most clean and well maintained donair shop i have ever been to. The food taste was good. They prepare fresh fallafal balls. Will visit again when in the area.

For the price you pay you get a good deal. Atmosphere is much better than an average schwarma shop. They have board games and a couch to have a coffee shop style feel.

Flavor was there. The portions were small. But the problem was with the wrap. Totally wrong pita for this wrap. Falling apart after the second bite. To soggy, you just cant hold it! Answer: my friend when you order wrap, means that you wanna eat something without using fork! If I need a bowl & a fork, isnt a wrap anymore! It should keep the ingredients inside without having to add a 2nd pita. To much bread.

Donair is not bad with decent price and good portion. But their POS system is set up in a different language and you have to choose a tip to proceed. Im not sure they did this on purpose or just a set up error. I dont mind to tip a good service but setting up in a different language and force you to tip is a different story.

We were eagerly anticipating the opening of Ms. Donair in Ladner. It has exceeded our expectations!! The best food weve had in a long time!! Excellent flavour, and good value! Friendly owners, and enjoyable seating makes a very relaxing visit!!

The food is ok but not fantastic. I had better ones. The service was bad all 3 times I went. They dont communicate why it takes so long for them to take my order and walk away while Im ordering my food without any explanation. I went there cause its nearby and overwhelming reviews but its overated. Id rather go to Donair Affair in Tsawwassen.

I usually don t leave reviews, this is my 1st actually lol I ordered the chicken wrap and falafel wrap, I was told the falafel were made fresh and would need to wait 5-7 minutes. No problem when things are fresh. While I waited, I could see 2 already cooked in the deep fry basket while the employee made fresh ones to cook. the deep fry basket did not go in the fryer, I watched as they made my wrap with the already cooked balls. I proceeded to eat in my vehicle in the parking lot, and my falafel balls were cold, so not fresh cooked, not even warm. Very little choice in veggies that also were not fresh for the day imo. The chicken was very greasy, the pita was soaked through and soggy, even the little white paper it was wrapped in was soaked in oil. I threw most of chicken wrap out. Both wraps were falling apart before I even took them out of the package. Maybe they need a better pita bread to use. I will not return. I will say they have clean and modern place though, so there is that

Falafel was fantastic, and the employees were very nice. They easily accommodated my vegan-ness. Recommended. Vegetarian options: Vegan options too.

Everything was great! Food tasted so good! Only issue was the staff, the couple in the front need to realize this is a business and to put customers first. There is no need for that much PDA during working hours, young love is always cute but not when so many customers are clearly uncomfortable.

If you know Lebanese / Turkish food you will be disappointed. They are missing basic key Ingredients. -No Tabbouleh Salad.. -No Lebanese Turnip and Beet Pickles. -No Batata Harra They just opened so I hope they correct the errors.

The food was good and service was great! I hope to see halal chicken on the menu eventually, as currently only beef and lamb are halal. Overall, the taste was good. I ordered a spicy wrap and it could have used a bit more heat but it was still tasty. It was a bit loud inside as there was music playing very loudly. So I personally would not eat in but the inside was clean and looked nice! Pricing is fantastic compared to other donair/shawarma shops.

My daughter and I went here for lunch the food was not fresh. This place had music blasting with too much bass I couldnt enjoy my lunch . I aint being a Karen it was loud and annoying, this shows me this establishment has no respect for there customers.

Sunny, the owner, was really nice and honored the student $5 donair deal for me even though its summer vacation (off school hours). Their portion is humongous and is definitely a bang for a buck. One of their workers, Prabh, was very helpful too! Will be looking forward to visiting here often!

Ive been twice now. 1st time I had the daily special of the falafel & veg pita donair. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my order because there was no falafel ready. Youd think as the daily special they would have some ready,but no. It was tasty but nothing to write home about. The 2nd time, I walked in & waited at least 5 minutes for anyone working to appear! I told the gal, I was just about to leave. I ordered a small chicken donair to go. The chicken wasnt taken from the rack like Ive seen in other donair restaurants, but pre sliced & taken from a warming drawer? I asked for the original Halifax donair sauce, which the guy referred to as sweet sauce. He added it & said normally we charge extra! I couldnt believe it after waiting in an empty restaurant without any service & just about walking out. A squirt of sauce on my donair is the best he could offer? Yes, the food is healthier than most fast food options, but Id rather go to Donair Affair in Twassassen Commons. Its worth the drive!

The meat could use a bit more salt but overall the sauces are ample and delicious. Kid-friendliness: As long as your kid is not loud they would be very welcome, staff is inviting and friendly.

What a great place. Travelled from Burnaby to try the Halifax Donair and they NAILED it. The atmosphere and decor is literally gorgeous. Great staff and insanely good prices. My sister had the falafel and it was made fresh to order. I am shocked this place doesnt have a line out the door. I will be back. 5 stars.
