Warm and Inviting....a MUST to visit! I stopped into the quaint town of Deseronto to see this place called United Resturant a staple in the area for 40 plus years. Wow, a fantastic ambiance and warm atmosphere. Everyone was inviting, cheerful and full of laughter. It was a fantastic experience. I finally got my hands on one of their "PANZO'S" and Deep Fried at that!! I had the Meat Maniac (I believe it is called), bring on the meat sweats. Lol I was completely blown away by its shear size, the amount of fillings and the overall joy it brought me to eat it. Crispy abd delicious! It did not disappoint at all. Don't drive by, stop in and enjoy some delicious goodness and warm personalities. Kudos to all!!
This is the kind of local restaurant we like to find when were away from home, nice folks, good food. Just a nice place to join the locals and have a relaxing meal.

September 2024 A nice local restaurant with decent prices. Their lunch specials for $10 and $12.50 are crazy. More like a two for one deal. It looks like the place has been newly renovated.
Love the food I Have got from here no complaints only one I have is not staff but delivery driver older man who is rude ignorant thinks he can talk down too people while trying to rip them off Actually called me a idiot nice talk from a delivery guy so because of him I will not be ordering from here anytime soon and i spend alot of money here as a customer I do not need attitude from a driver delivery guy and next time he makes accusations he better be prepared to prove his words may b an older man but knows how to try and extort from united restaurant customers Check your orders people if dealing with the guy and possibly record dealings with him
Amazing food! The panzerottis are made with such love and care and it shows. They are also quite large and very filling. Would recommend this place to anyone travelling through the Deseronto area.
Yes it's a bit on the pricier side. Yes the wait is long. But is it worth it? An absolute third Yes! Our panzerottis had real Italian mozzarella cheese balls stuffed inside, they were filled to near bursting with toppings and it was better than I had in Italy. These ladies love food and it shows. If I wasnt too busy enjoying my food I would have shown a picture just how full this monster was. I'll never be able to enjoy a panzerotti from anywhere as much as I did this place. I hope to be back soon
Most excellent and flavourful food. The staff are terrific to deal with. Although we just had takeout with a few items, everything was a terrific hit. Panzorrotti was stuffed and well worth the price. Poutine I could have bathed in their grave. And the small ceasar salad was packed full of flavors. Definitely made us wanting more with a soon to be return. Also looks like a cozy little restaurant to dine in with a liquor license.

Just go and enjoy it, down home atmosphere and great prices. We go back every chance we get.

Me and my friend ordered a pizza from this place and it s been over an hour and we called back and they said it was on its way but we have kids that are hungry and it s been over an hour .
3 stars because you need to cook the bacon before you put it in the panzrotti

Hubby and I have been in for lunch several times in the last few months. We have always had good food with good service. Only suggestion is a wider drink menu for dinner...and a bigger facility. Lol (for more customers even though we have always found a table.) Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.

We had some Tuesday special wings with honey and garlic sauce and a large canadian pizza. The crust was nice, and the toppings were chopped up. The sauce was very good. Had some for leftovers to.
We wanted to share a pizza for 2. The waitress took our order and after 3/4 of an hour of waiting we understood that they were not interested. The waitress walked past us without turning her head. We finally left the place without eating.
Came in to grab a drink while working on a job in town and the waitress (older lady) was super friendly and helpful while ordering our drinks, however as soon as we told her that we were not ordering food and that we were just having drinks the waitress seemed unfriendly and even spoke poorly about us to the younger waitress that she was working with while looking back at us with a dirty look on her face I found it to be an unpleasant experience

I enjoy every meal at United Restaurant Inc. Located in Deseronto, Ontario. The service is friendly & food is always perfect. It is a clean, family, friendly atmosphere. The pizza is fantastic. They serve many items, appetizers, main meals, alcohol. Everything is always great. The Cesar salad I had with chicken was much too filling. It was their small size, but its meal size to me. There is a great assortment of kid items, vegetarian, something for every taste bud.

Great place for all the classics and more. We had the pizza and a crispy chicken caesar wrap. Yummmm. Ill be back for sure. They sell slices at the gas station in deseronto . I asked the cashier where that pizza was from. I was on a mission to get more a!!!

I visited this restaurant with my mother in law and brother in law and from the moment i walked in ,i felt at home. Every staff member was kind ,polite and accommodating. I usually keep an open mind when it comes to family owned business but i can honestly say this one has gone above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be returning with the rest of the family .

My family loves United pizza, they re a staple of the community. We ve tried most things on the menu at this point, and they have never disappointed us. The stuffed crust and panzerottis are particularly amazing. The price is very well justified, and the staff are always friendly. Would highly recommend!!
Always the best panzerotti ever
Bought 2lbs of honey garlic and 2lb of bbq wings. They were all overcooked so much the meat was actually crunchy. The internet menu does not concur with the in restaurant one as internet one just says 9 bucks a lb on wing night whereas the one in the restaurant says 12 bucks a lb with a beverage and without a beverage 15 per lb. So to make a long story shorter I paid 60 bucks plus tax for the worst wings Ive ever eaten or tried to eat. Very disappointed because Ive heard rave reviews about this restaurant .

Staff and driver were all very friendly. Food was sooooooooo delicious. Had a panzerotti that was crammed full of toppings and cooked to perfection. Delivered super hot even though Im not in town, and right around the time they told me it would be. DEFINITELY ordering again!

56 bucks 2 hours late. Cold pizza. Was told it was pur fault they wrote the wrong house number down and didnt answer an unknown number from the driver. Never again United has become garbage

SO happy these guys will deliver to Shannonville! Ordered a panzerotti and a lasagna. Both were absolutely delicious. The lasagna is the best Ive had from a restaurant and the panzerotti was GINORMOUS and loaded with toppings. Delivery driver was very polite and friendly. Thank you so much!

Best Pizza even throughout both closest Cities. Deseronto is lucky to have this place. Not the cheapest place, but even a penny pincher like Me still finds myself walking out with a pie.

Honestly cant name a better place to eat ..as for being from prince Edward county where custom to prince Edwards pizza and for the longest time they where key word where my top pizza place this place blows them outta the water great pizza great Putin and good mozza sticks from what I ordered these guys need to expand and take over bahahaha thanks for a great meal my son loves it too

The fish and chips was good but the onion rings were soft and mushy, its like the onion wasnt fully cooked or something. Also the nachos were horrible...none of us wanted to eat them after the first bite and it made my friend feel weird that night and than got sick the next morning...

Had the panzarotti for the first time today. It was HUGE, delicious and 1/2 of it was enough for me to have for lunch and supper and share 1/2 with my partner. Will be to try the pizza next!
The United is that restaurant in any town. Theres always one in a town thats been there for years with a traditional fare. Try it and experience downtown Deseronto, ON.

The United Restaurant is a local place in Deseronto that has been there for many years, run by the same family for over 40 years. I stopped by there recently and had takeout pizza. The pizza was hands down the best pizza I have had in a long time. I give the pizza itself 5 stars... Unfortunately its also expensive, which is why I gave it a 4 star rating. If you are not overly concerned about cost it is worth stopping by if you are in the area.
Good quality ingredients prepared and served by friendly staff. Building is old and shows it in their bathroom facilities.

Atmosphere was excellent. Service was excellent. The best Panzoritti I have ever had. I grew up on these in London Ontario eating panzs. The portion was huge and could not eat it it all. Great little place to eat off the beaten track in the Quint region. If visiting this area summer make put it on your list of eateries.

This is the best pizza...Italian restaurant around. We love their pizzas and panzerottis .they have other stuff too but I guess we mention that what we like first. Their poutine is awesome too

This place has been popular for many years, and for very good reason. There is a wide variety of menu choices at reasonable prices. Daily specials are inexpensive but plentiful. United is especially well known for their Italian dishes.. all of which are superb. To top it off the staff are speedy and friendly and helpful. Its a great place to bring kids, or groups. The staff was really patient with my elderly mother when I took her there for lunch today! Kudos to United.

This place has great service and awesome food. Ate there tonight and had their famous Panzzoroti with meat sauce. So good and highly recommended.
Honestly our experience was not that good. My friend and I ordered soup we each got less than half a ladle of soup each. They said they gave us the order of toasts free because we only got what we got in regards to soup we were charged $5 per bowl of soup for five pieces of macaroni and about a quarter of a cup of tomato juice. I think it was outrageous they told us they had one bowl of soup and the split between two of us yet they charge just for two outrageous. Wouldnt recommend lunch there ever again
