Honestly I wouldnt dare give 1 star because I know the value of a bad review for a small Franchise. On the other hand, I want to give a frank and constructive opinion. I was there for the first time, I had a doubt, it didnt taste too good, I gave it a second chance a few months later, the food was not edible. The color of the hot dog sausage was questionable, the onion and cabbage taste and smell peculiar like it leaves things smelling bad and that smell is absorbed into the food. The hot dogs are just not good. I advise you to review the quality of food, the way of storing (refrigeration or expiration) or even the cooking time of food etc. I will go back in a few months, I hope it will improve.

Very dry fries, no sauce, no cheese I will tell you that it is in my top 3 worst meals it tasted a little like poop in the bottom. a poutine is not just fries in case I think you you forgot

Hello to you the owner. Yes, we were the ones who went to eat at your restaurant on Sunday. I ordered a club sandwich with a liquor that I paid for with my debit card. My daughter ordered 1 steamed hot dog with ketchup. She paid you with a $20 bill. You gave him $12. She went straight back to the cash register with her receipt. You refused to give him the missing $5. So you made him pay $8 for his hot dog. Despite your camera above your cash register, you refused to give him his $5. Its downright theft. Youre very lucky I didnt file a complaint. My daughter is on welfare. She also has to manage her anxiety and she is slightly autistic. Moral of the story, I will never eat at your restaurant again. I gave him $5 to cover your flight. Well done champion. You may still have customers but we wont be part of it anymore. I found it frankly disgusting to do this to a 23 year old. Think carefully about it next time before you do this to someone else. Best wishes!

Very very disappointed with the fries. I dont understand, they are usually delicious. Very dry and lots of little bits. No flavors as usual. I took the Very large format, a special for Fathers Day. Luckily there was sauce to camouflage it. I called the same evening and was told that they changed the type of potatoes...they are red potatoes now and no longer white potatoes. Dont go there anymore. Me, Im going to go to the paterie on Ferré even if a little further away. I would have appreciated a refund or credit

Fried with a burnt taste. Almost no sauce in the poutine (like the fries underneath were dry) and barely any sauce in the Michigan hot dogs. Sad.

I got a $55 order with a MOLDY blue/green hot dog I went back to the restaurant and all they offered was to give me a free hot dog or a 10% discount on the next order lol. Really disappointed. I cant believe I had moldy bread. I have photos as proof but I cant put them here.

I loved this place, I recommend it to anyone who likes fresh fries and hot hot dogs.

Very expensive for the quality of food served. Poutine with soft fries that lacked sauce, tasty hot dog but with sausage that lacked cooking with the bread being so wet. I didnt say anything and I threw half my food in the trash.

Big doubts about the quality and freshness of the food served; hot dog sausages were gray, horrible presentation with mustard spilling all over the package; I eat on the road in my pickup, no napkin in the bag. I dont recommend the place.
