Walked in at 9:50 the girl working said they were about to close and I said there is still 10 min left for closing which then a guy that idk if he worked there or not answering "oh nah it's closed bruh" then if it's closed why are you sitting there or why the door is open ?

THIS IS THE LAST TIME I TRY TO GIVE THEM $50. After spending time to order on the app, then driving there, "your order was cancelled because the ovens are... closed" !?!? At 8:40pm? Great job. As if it wasn't enough that every online order has always - and I mean ALWAYS - been wrong. "Sandwich artists" they aren't. Ha! They can't even toast the limited-option bread (2 in total) an hour and a half before closing time. On a Friday. Life's too short. Go elsewhere. I know I will.
-0 care -0 quality -0 customer service I ordered a Steak sub all dressed. 15$ for a sandwhich and it arrives with NO meat whatsoever. Toppings were thrown in with no care, the bread was barely cut open, no sauce even though I asked for two different kinds. I can live with topping issues, but no meat? I am not exaggerating, I did not get a small amount of meat, I got a veggie sandwhich. After I received my order and complained to Uber, 45 min had passed and the restaurant was closed, so I did not even have the chance to fix it.
As of August 27th, no initiatives in place to deal with the COVID-19 situation. This Subway is a disaster waiting to happen.

Friday May 12 at 6 p.m. There were missing employees and there were a lot of customers. On the other hand, the employees in office were smiling and efficient. Well done !
I passed on Friday May 12th. I had coupons and got the wrong sandwich. At the counter, the lady at the cash register found a way to modify my sandwich so that it matched the promotion. Tell me about that, a staff who knows their promotions well. Impeccable service and well-made food.

Closing time is 9 a.m. Monday in the door, at 8:15 a.m. they were closed. But the cashier let her friends in to make them subs. They stayed until close when me and other customers were waiting in front of the door and chatted about their lack of manners. She refused several clients. If I were the manager I would fire the cashier from Monday June 6, 2023 tussuite.
Dont be fooled by opening hours. Arrived at 9:40 p.m. on a Saturday. Even though the announced closing time is 10 p.m., the sandwich artist refused to serve us.

Very slow service. Since it is fast food, we expected to be served within a reasonable time (10 minutes). Even though there were only 3 people in front of us, it took us 25 minutes to get our order.

I went to this branch this Friday, November 24, 2023 around 9:20 p.m. Little Lily who works there, WOW! She received us and took our order. Smiling from start to finish, despite the late hour we arrived. I have a cheese intolerance. I asked for extra bacon, but the container had a few bits of grated cheese inside. I kindly asked him if it was possible to have ends without cheese. Well, to my great surprise, she went to get slices from the bottom of the dish to be sure! First good impression. 2nd good impression: Our 2 orders were perfect. No errors, no missing vegetables in our subs, well packaged. 3rd good impression: We wanted to get some Orangeade Crush from the machine but there was none left. We gave her a note about it and she immediately took care of it. At some branches, at 9:30 a.m., the staff is sleeping quite a bit. But HER! Really bright and helpful. In conclusion, our entire visit to this branch went well. We expected to be served by tired young people who give less effort at the end of the evening...but in the end, we received the warmest welcome in a Subway ever. Lily deserves a good little pat on the back for her work. Helpful, courteous, diligent, fast. I took it upon myself to leave her a good tip to thank her. I hope this note reaches her.

We were a group of students. Since the locker had someone go first, since there were several orders waiting we asked how they would know what everyones sandwich was if it was all mixed up? Immediately the lady (the oldest of the whole team) threw each of us sandwiches and said here we know how we work . It was a question and the reaction to answering us was to throw the sandwiches at us. Ok saw his loss of patient, Very bad experience, thats why I dont recommend anyone to go there. Not while shes working. (Day shift). The rest of the fairness were courteous

We only eat in this subway, because they have a good promotion, excellent before the increase (-1 star), which my partner and I LOVE. Its perfect for evenings when you want to eat outside, without it being McDonalds. We recommend this subway to our loved ones. We mainly go there in the evening, because this subway closes late anyway and the employee service is always excellent. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.

I am changing my opinion from 5 stars to 3. Change of personnel and I am disappointed. The assistant manager is really rubbish.. Negative attitude, stupid, unprofessional in short and bad customer service. A smile or a minimum positive mood would be appreciated. We asked her for an extra lawyer and she was out of breath saying we should have asked for it in the beginning. She doesnt like her job and its unpleasant. Its the assistant manager!! Its unbelievable this cannot continue, a meeting with her is necessary.. The portions are correct, I develop I only had a small pinch of Monterey jack cheese.. 4 green peppers and the bread was poorly cut it was all crushed and the sauce was of course dripping on my hands.. The service received is not like before, I guarantee it. Disappointed a little but potential is still there, cleanliness, other employees are good and the food remains good despite everything. Its Subway, the concept remains the same, the parking service needs to be reviewed.

I like to occasionally go to this restaurant, we are served very quickly and it is very clean, unfortunately the wifi has to ask for the code. The toilets are very clean and there is free parking.

First time I went to this Subway and the last time! I had a combination of cold meats and my partner had ham. The same evening I have never been so sick in my life and so was my partner! We took turns in the criss toilet! I complained to Subway but they didnt seem to be interested. In any case, I got so sick that Ill never eat subway again, just the smell makes me sick!
