It's not really related to the restaurant itself but more subway at large. I just came back from the US and the sub there are like twice the size regarding portions. Here it's like small portion of meat, barely any cheese (I had to add myself some cheese at home to taste anything). When you ask for something a bit different it's extra this extra that. You end up paying 55$ for 3 x foot long with barely anything inside. Subway Canada is the shadow of itself. I'll eat at subway in the US never again in Canada. Such a ripoff

Peobably the only subway in the world that decided it was a good idea to cut the bread empty before putting items inside... when you get your subway everything in the middle falls out... tomatos, lettuce, meat, cheese, etc.. all uncut... cant break your subway in half.
Used to be good. Meat feel fake and rubberish. Not a good place to go anymore...

Closing the restaurant doors 10 minutes before closing is unacceptable. If it says it closes at 8 p.m. it must close at 8 p.m. Respect your hours or change them
Welcoming, friendly staff and the food is excellent
Not very cheerful and friendly service. Employees prefer to talk and make jokes among themselves rather than talking to us. Plus the place is getting more and more expensive.
A young cashier greeted me with a mouthful of sub in my mouth. She didnt respond to me when I greeted her. She seemed like she didnt want to be there. She even let out a very strangely exasperated oh my god while she was preparing my food. In short, very average service for a purchase of 2 subs and 3 cookies for $43! (we are far from 12 inches for $5). In short, if you are the owner of the franchise and you want to remain profitable, make sure to explain basic etiquette to your employees (small note, the date of this review agrees with my unpleasant experience).

Subway is not what it used to be. The meat doesnt seem like meat. And for this position, the trainer is very rough with customers and with employees in training...
