Currently eating, order 11:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. I ask where it is. Oh forget to do it. No apology from the manager, they give me my order cold! Everyone looks at you askance and looks at you insistently. Its not what it used to be! Apart from saying its the temperatures there is a wait. No, my order was validated without being made... Forced to eat there, no more time to leave... You shouldnt come and complain if it closes one day... and to say that I worked there for 5 years, the managers as well as the directors were very respectful of the customer, well today its over and for a while of time in fact, which is why I very rarely go back there. To please the children, that s all! Customer service for today doesnt even deserve 1 star!

Staff not very friendly, where I was sitting with my son I saw the girl eating pieces of meat that she was cooking. When I received our orders it was all cold. The cheddar was still hard on the meat and in the fries cold bacon and hard cheddar. I made a complaint and no one came back to us or after 30 minutes I put everything in the trash and we went to eat elsewhere. and to close at the exit my son fell on a more than wet floor I went to tell the counter but nothing moved. a very friendly gentleman came to help me pick up my son and said to the waiter he deserves a little gift. but no nothing, not a little note for my son, nothing at all. and toilet very very room. The order terminal is not sheltered; the vehicle is soaked during the order. The sauces are not put in the bag or offered, out of 3 menus ordered, 1 was not the right one (we were the only ones at the drive-thru) And your mc fleury are really very poor in caramel coulis.

Quick order After seeing the return of the Mac Rancher, I wanted to test it, I found it good but the difference between the advertising and the real result is big!! The meal remains OK.

My recent visit to the McDonalds in Dieppe was an extremely disappointing experience, both in terms of product quality and customer service. One Friday evening, I placed a drive-thru order for two McFlurrys, one of which was KitKat/caramel. However, to my dismay, I discovered that the KitKat/caramel McFlurry was a real disappointment. Not only was there almost a complete lack of ice cream but also of topping (photos attached). I decided to kindly go to the restaurant counter to express my displeasure. However, instead of being greeted with understanding and empathy, I was confronted with an aggressive attitude from the gentleman, recognizable by his glasses. He immediately dismissed me, abruptly telling me that it was just a matter of doses and that there was nothing he could do about it. As a customer, I expected quality customer service and products that met my expectations. I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to improve not only product quality, but also staff training in customer service.
