Worst lunch experience I’ve ever had. Waiters are not reactive, they made us wait around 10mins to give us the menu. After that we waited for more than 30mins for 3 meals: For two of the meals: The French fries were cold and dry. The meat was awful. (I ate half of the meat and didn’t touch more than 1/4 for the French fries) For the other meals it was barely the same problem (badly unfrozen or cooked). Don’t go to this restaurant.
Dieppe is such a beautiful harbour town. We found this restaurant the last time we were there. The views are great and the atmosphere is excellent. We had some of the best food at this restaurant. Probably the best oysters I have ever tasted. The bar up the road is also very cool. It’s called Epsom. Fab cocktails.
Food was great here and of course a stunning view. Service and atmosphere were average unfortunately (it likely did not help that the restaurant was not very busy whilst we were there). If you’re in a nearby hotel it’s a convenient location to grab lunch for sure.

You can watch beautiful sunset. You need to reserve window side table early enough especially for the weekend. Quality of food and service were reasonable vs price.
Food is ok, but the service is atrocious..slow,and with bad attitude. I can't understand why the waiting staff are still employed,when it was more important for them to go out to smoke rather then serving clients or cleaning tables..when there was "service" it was an absolute mess ..wrong dishes were bought after huge delays,no cutlery,no wine,no water.... ridiculous!
There are far better restaurants in Dieppe. This place is badly let down by appalling service and attitude of the staff. Their lethargy is unbelievable! We waited and waited at every stage , waiting for menus,then to placing the order...and on it went! Food flavours are fine but portions are very mean so you will feel like going out to a restaurant after this! The prices in no way represent value for money and the place, to cap it all, is devoid of atmosphere and on a sunny evening you could be blinded by the sun through huge window that have no sun blinds fitted. So, on balance, this restaurant is not recommended as the town has so many far better choices and if you go elsewhere, you will avoid being both ripped off and disappointed ( as well as hungry!)...
We have booked just 10 minutes before the arrival, seems like the bar girl doesn't realize the new booking. So, she split out the word " Putant" after we noticed her about our reservation. The food is good, the server(girl) is work hard and smiling.
The experience was great! A perfect welcome with (we imagine) the manager, impeccable service with attentive servers full of attention and smiles! An excellent meal, the fish is fresh and well prepared, as for the blanquette of veal a delight!!!! We are passing through but must come back, we will return with our eyes closed! And the addition is more than correct! After reading the comments and speaking with the manager, we can only invite you to go there, give it a second chance and have a great experience!!!!!! Dinner during the Saint Jacques and herring festival, too bad we werent able to enjoy the magnificent sea view, well have to come back at midday. Round table as requested. A menu accessible at 35 . Beef tataki, haddock and mille-feuille everything was perfect and the white wine, a very affordable chardonnay. To recommend

The meal was good, the young man in charge was very friendly. As for the very deplorable quality of service, waited 20 minutes for the aperitif (which we received at the same time as the wine and the main course), too bad, we had to ask the waiter just before waiting a little bit for enjoyed the cocktails. Forced to send the dishes back to the kitchen. Dish subsequently arrived cold for my part, cold balottine and dry mash (shame to leave such a good dish in the past) Served afterwards hot and it was a delight. It s a shame that the lack of communication is so blatant in this establishment.
A great place with a magnificent view, however we thought that the dishes would be better in view of the menu..... your dishes are basic 18 euros for a linguine dish while I had penne with tomato sauce... . it was really not great.... plus you have to ask for everything: water, bread, cutlery, ice cubes.... very long service..... and thats not a big deal.... on the other hand, a big congratulations for the desserts they were sublime..... congratulations to the pastry chef I will try again next year good luck to you.....
Well no! Nothing is going well at the casino restaurant anymore. No room near the windows because everything is reserved but no one has ever come to the tables in question. We were stuck in the back room. 30 minutes of waiting for a dish even though the restaurant was empty. Cuisine to be reviewed, product not fresh (mussels). Red wine at 7 euros a glass and really not good at all. We avoided dessert because we didnt want to continue. When paying, it is impossible to pay using ANCV connect, the person at the checkout does not know the system even though the establishment is listed on the site. I have to show him the app so he will believe me. Question also asked at the hotel and here is the answer: we have been waiting for months for the equipment! So why is the establishment mentioned as accepting this type of payment? Morality, catering absolutely not worthy of a casino. Its a shame, especially since the setting is very nice.

I ordered a Caesar salad with shrimp..... I was very disappointed with the lack of generosity of the cook especially 19 EUR. the salad was tasteless. I looked for the parmesan shavings. and the other ingredients.... . honestly zero points for the cook on this dish.
Very very disappointed for a Casino. Excellent cuisine: the school canteen is 3 stars, the service is limited. No cloakroom for a coat and you are even made to pay for extra rice when the pasta is inedible (cold, without salt, without sauce, not even a knob of butter). As for the price, no idea but there were still 8 of us as a family for a birthday meal that had been booked for a long time. The icing on the cake was that our table wasnt even ready when we arrived, we had to wait 15 minutes and show tolerance and ingenuity. To avoid when you expect to have a pleasant time with your family at the Casino restaurant. Very disappointed! Menu at 35 with only 2 choices of starters and main courses. Endless waiting between each dish, supposedly homemade fries... big doubt???? Left without having dessert or coffee, for my part 2h30 for a mussels and fries, my partner having made the mistake of taking a menu. There were 20 seats that day?? Only the millefeuille was ok. Never again and it was the third time we came.
RUN AWAY! 2h20 to make a starter, main course and dessert, it s catastrophic. The room is 2/3 empty and the waiter tells me that if there is a wait, its because its normal and that there are people. I will not dwell on the artistic tantive proposed to present the fish, see photo. No server in the room. Glasses with traces of limescale. Not up to the standard of a casino restaurant, disappointing.
Completely disappointed We had lunch there this afternoon. There were 7-8 tables no more. Instead of being attentive, the waitresses preferred to chat among themselves at the bar. Quite a wait. The salmon tartare was good. My pasta with shells much less, pasta overcooked and not very tasty, sand in the shells which were overcooked and rubbery. We ultimately never got the 2nd carafe of water we requested. Service to review

Customers of this establishment where we always have a good lunch, this was not the case this time. Tasteless dishes served, overcooked dry meat, no sauce offered with the dishes, only ketchup, mustard and industrial mayonnaise... very average dessert. we found the service average (chatter at the bar), polite wording not in the repertoire at the time of the bill....! More than 1h30 at the table to eat 1 dish when there were only 6 tables taken. We are wondering about a change in the kitchen because it is so different from the other lunches or dinners that we have enjoyed in this establishment. ? ? ?Too bad we wont come back.
Hello, we came to stay here at the casino and given the rain we came to eat at the casino for dinner.. We ordered bolo pasta It looks like ready-made bolo pasta from the store.. and its not long ago and I got it cold.. half the plate.. disappointed... I do a lot of restaurants but in terms of quality and price it s not that..
We went to discover the clover restaurant following a meal for two to win. The value for money is correct and the quality of the dishes is quite good overall. The salmon tartare is delicious (fresh and well seasoned), the butchers cut is tender but be careful with cooking (we asked for rosé it was blue, its not at all the same) the fries are hard due to lack of cooking and the sauce had to be peppered, we had béarnaise without asking, no luck I dont like it, the mille-feuille is crispy and well caramelized. The big negative point is the very rapid succession of dishes which leaves little time to enjoy the meal. As soon as the aperitif was served, the starter was brought, we were not able to enjoy the aperitif in peace because the starter was very fresh. Barely finished the plates and here is the dish. The only time we took a break was for dessert which could wait a bit. We felt like they wanted to throw us out quickly. The meal cannot be enjoyed in its conditions. Its a shame for a first experience.

Dish not in accordance with the menu (Milanese escalope served without tomato sauce... or a veal escalope with parmesan on top, very dry, with white rice also without sauce), time to long wait, no apology or gesture following the remarks. The quality of the meal is the negative point, high price not justified for my taste. A Burrata for 14 which wasnt even whole, bathed in a tasteless frozen emulsion and supposedly served with croutons which I looked for. Then Caesar salad with shrimp, I wanted to try being a fan of the real thing. Avocado announced absent (I had to ask for them), frozen shrimp and green iceberg salad, here you go. At the price of the salad and being by the sea, fresh shrimp would be most appropriate. Negative point also on touchscreen tablets instead of card menus. When we know to what extent phones carry dirt, bringing back tablets that are not even disinfected with all the fingerprints of the day is just not possible (Info from the waitress) which by the way I take my hat off to her , very understanding and patient with a mother-in-law at my table who was not tender. Basically more than disappointed, we chose the restaurant being above the casino for the practical side.

We came on Sunday May 26 but we were disappointed by the menu at 35 euros.. I had asparagus..6.. Just placed on the plate with a sauce to add.. Little flavor.. no presentation. .banal... After the bar. Place on the plate.. No presentation... With a small ramekin of ratatouille... A garlic sauce... Same no presentation.. Few vegetables. Little flavor Disappointed it seems expensive for 35 euros... And to finish a raspberry mille-feuille dessert.. It was okay.. Very good... I find it not attractive and not up to what we expect wait for this price... We pay for the frame... We went there a few years ago.. Very good.. Nothing to complain about but the.?? A restaurant that really doesnt live up to what it advertises. the table that had been reserved near the window for a birthday party was not available and we had to ask for one. The photos of the dishes are not at all identical to those served. With the aperitif (not chilled champagne) no amuse-bouche. There were none left... and two different appetizers were forgotten. Tomato pasta for a child was way overcooked. we were charged for a side of rice for the fish dish, even though we had asked for a little rice and ratatouille. In short, Im certainly forgetting more, but Im extremely disappointed, because it was for a birthday, that of my 80-year-old mother. It s a shame, I won t come back and won t advertise!
Dinner last night for an event, what can I say..... An hour of waiting for the starter which was a club sandwich sample, meat (passable) with fries on the main course and a horrible béarnaise sauce, unless you confuse béarnaise and bland pepper sauce, a tarte tatin absolutely too sweet , too much cinnamon therefore inedible, ultimately only the wines were good. We booked for my partners birthday, having seen the reviews on different sites, I thought we would have a good evening. We arrived at 7:30 p.m. and had the Le trefle around wine menu. The starters are all classic and quick to make (club sandwich) arrived at 8:30 p.m., an hours wait. It wouldnt have been for a special occasion, we would have left long before anyone deigned to serve us entry. Especially since the room was clearly not full. Concerning the meat, my partner asked for a béarnaise sauce instead of the pepper sauce. The sauce did not taste as requested in any way. At the end of the meal, the waitress came to apologize for the service and the wait and offered to buy us a drink as compensation. We accepted and had a pina colada, much too sweet that we didnt finish. When we paid, we were strangely not asked how the meal went. My advice, run away!! Dont spend your money in this restaurant.
What a joy to taste your dishes! After very difficult times I went to dinner with my children and my mother! We were served by a wonderful team at the restaurant and at the casino! Welcome to our waitress (who is Parisian) who was basically very professional, smiling and the servers always took care of us! Good restaurant with good service. Appetizing piece of beef with a good pepper sauce and fries as an accompaniment as well. But unfortunately the burger which also looked good was cold, at least not hot in any case, which made it lose all its flavor. Small bread that we were offered but which is dry. Mille-feuille light, fresh and good. Some small point I think has been rectified otherwise good restaurant just disappointed with our visit.

We are made to choose dishes on a tablet with a photo. The dish served has nothing to do with the photo, where is the carrot puree with the duck breast? Inedible pepper sauce. We waited in vain for our dessert for 40 minutes, it was brought to us as we were leaving after paying.. Thank you however for the commercial gesture at the time of payment, but we will not come back. It s a shame that this magnificent view is not better exploited.

Its no longer what it was, the quality/price ratio is no longer there, recently came with a friend a piece of meat full of fat, pepper sauce too strong, uncooked PDT, we didnt complain about it that evening but a lot of people did it... We came back with my partner because we had won a voucher on the networks, it was good but not excellent like with the old chef, there is no longer the lightness in the presentation, we asked to change the dessert in the menu but this was refused even though there were not many people in the restaurant. We will not be coming back again unfortunately.

Plant a group of 25 people on a Saturday evening at an event planned and booked for weeks. (Evjf and Evg) The waiter, annoyed at his inability, ended up saying kisses to us! Unacceptable for an establishment that claims to be neat. We will probably never come back and spread the word.
Restaurant to avoid for any important event! Lack of professionalism and deplorable welcome. We came close to disaster! With the aim of sharing an unforgettable moment surrounded by family members and friends of our future bride and groom, we selected this restaurant to celebrate a bachelorette party for a table of 25 people. Reservation validated one month in advance with the restaurant manager with a special mention of the fact that we can all be gathered at the same table. Specific request validated by the latter. But what was our surprise when we arrived around 8 p.m. on this Saturday, April 13, 2024, finding that 4 tables had been arranged back to back via imposing benches, de facto breaking all forms of communication. It should be noted that no manager was on duty during this evening. The only interlocutor was a waiter who told us that he was not paid to make decisions, that the instructions given to him were these and that the capacity of the restaurant did not allow any other arrangement of tables. I ignore the hysterical and familiar character of this same waiter, obtuse, who never ceased to keep his speech looped in a theatrical manner, ignoring our suggestions that were altogether possible to allow us to pleasantly share this moment and preferring to leave the room on multiple occasions to go smoke cigarettes, leaving us with a fait accompli. After more than 30 minutes of waiting standing in the restaurant we were forced to find an alternative at short notice and warmly thank the restaurant Au Bureau in Dieppe for their warm and professional welcome, thus allowing our future bride and groom to enjoy their evening surrounded by people who are dear to them.
Share your experience what can I say?! 25 guests, reservation planned several weeks in advance with telephone exchanges, menu reservations, transmission of orders even before the day to facilitate the organization of the team as best as possible and be sure to spend an exceptional moment in a so-called exceptional establishment. Prices which turn out to be expensive for the choice offered. What a disappointment to see that our only request, which was to be on a common table, had ultimately not been respected (4 tables back to back for a layout that allowed too little conviviality, even though it was sought after during a bachelorette party and bachelorette party ). Our dissatisfaction transmitted to the server who welcomes us only leads to sterile exchanges, without taking into consideration our proposed solutions which are nevertheless feasible and reasonable. Its also deplorable to see that one Saturday evening, the team is left alone, without a manager capable of communicating with us to manage the situation, which ends up becoming heated and leads the exasperated waiter to the familiarities. Too bad for them who planned the order of stocks according to our reservations and who deplore a shortfall of at least 1200 . There is no doubt that we had an unforgettable experience but above all an experience that we would have liked not to have to remember!
Reservation of a table of 24 people arrived on site we noticed 4 tables of 6 people separated therefore people had to eat back to back excellent no on site no manager the waiter unable to find a solution and really not respectful towards us finished by telling us (well I no longer speak with you I am resuming my service) and left us like that I really do not recommend this pseudo restaurant. Dismal experience Reservation for a group made several weeks ago, with the condition of all being seated at the same table in order to spend a warm and friendly time together. Condition accepted by the manager. What a bad surprise when we arrived when we noticed four separate tables! No arrangements possible despite several proposals made to the days representative of the establishment, who was further annoyed by our dissatisfaction and ended up being familiar. We had booked a table for two couples at this restaurant with the intention of having a wonderful Valentines Day. We had high expectations regarding the setting, service and food. Unfortunately, although the setting was exceptional, the service was not. I had the unpleasant surprise of finding the end of the bottle of red wine in my glass. Also the perfect egg starter was far from perfect, the yolk was hard instead of runny as it should have been. Although the beef chuck and carrot puree were tasty, the presentation was not exceptional. We had ordered four cheese plates but were disappointed to receive a board with only six pieces of Camembert, more or less done. In this type of restaurant I was expecting a plate each with several kinds of cheese accompanied by a little salad. For dessert, the white chocolate for the white chocolate yuzu tartlet was nowhere to be found. 2h45 for starter, main course, cheese and dessert. With each course our plates had been empty for a while and the waiters seemed to ignore our need for attention. It is important to note that the restaurant was virtually empty that evening, so the lack of service could not be attributed to overwork. In short, we spent 194 euros for an experience that disappointed us, where only the setting lived up to our expectations. Many elements need to be reviewed, I do not recommend.

However, having already come to this restaurant and always very satisfied, Monday evening it was a fiasco. Its 7:30 p.m., we want the menus of the day, but only two left out of 3 requested... For the starter, we have 3 half shrimps, surely not enough shrimps!! The pepper sauce accompanying the meat was really very very very peppery... So inedible. Our table neighbors who had ordered a perfect egg, received the starter without egg, another starter without sauce and then yet another, a cold dish... A real fiasco, never seen that in this restaurant... Very unfortunate because I appreciated it

Few vegetarian choices. A disappointing experience. We came as a family for dinner and spent 2 hours in the restaurant which gradually emptied while we were forgotten. The food choices were very limited: needless to mention, you welcome vegetarians when all your starters have meat and there are only two main choices. So I opted for the risotto which was too dense and whose mushrooms were not cooked, then the cheese plate which was ridiculously empty. Around the table, no one was really convinced by their dish, meat or fish combined. Only the drinks were acceptable and some of the desserts. Regarding the service, we had to practically beg for water and collect bottles that barely filled two glasses for six people. As mentioned, we spent two hours in the restaurant but this wait was not voluntary. In short, a great culinary disappointment, fortunately we were together to laugh about it. Hello, we came for dinner and we are very disappointed because we made our choice of restaurant based on the price of the menus. Nothing was said to us when we were welcomed. Once seated, when choosing the menus, we are told that there are NO formulas at 21.90 and 25.90 available, it is only 7:15 p.m. and only one person is seated. We stayed and ate well but for a little more than 40 per person (without wine). We didnt find it okay, bad experience.
Ashamed ! You have achieved the feat of disappointing Customers twice on the same dish! Once not cooked enough and the second time the rest of the first plate recooked and crushed to perfect the cooking!! Without forgetting that the first time the famous duck breast (third of the breast was cold) the famous foie gras is none other than a duck mouse. Absolutely avoid!
A shame from start to finish carpaccio of scallops (half scallops for 17 euros) a duck mousse instead of a foie gras at a great price and Ill say the discount will not be able to make us forget this catastrophic moment unfortunately
After consulting the menu, we reserve since the menu of the day starter/main course suits us. It is 8 p.m., the waiter tells us that there is no longer availability for this menu, and does not offer us anything in replacement. We argue, he offers us starter and dessert of the day, which we refuse. He will inquire and finally the menu is exceptionally available again. We had an aperitif without an appetizer while waiting for our dishes. We ate our bread while waiting. When the dishes arrived our toppings were cold. We ordered 2 glasses of wine which we are still waiting for. Too bad because there werent many customers. We will not come back!!
We had dinner last night with my partner and we were warmly received by waiters who are passionate about their profession. The food was excellent. The only downside is that the quantities are not necessarily huge for the price. I understand that quality has a price but it deserves to be a little more enriched (comparison made with other establishments)

The price does not correspond to the service. Too long (1h15) to have your aperitif (without any aperitif or tasting biscuits...). Vegetables that are almost cold and tasteless (steam cooking is good but you have to master it). And the dessert we wonder if the cook tasted it (5 people out of 6 were not able to eat it). No bread served. Charred fries from the childrens menu....(joking aside, no cream for the fish from the childrens menu....or if you want it it will be cold!!!) To avoid

We arrived at 8 p.m. and were told that there were no more appetizers. Then the pina cola, Im still looking for the taste of rum. It took 3 calls before anyone came to address the problem. Plain and bland food despite a careful presentation which seemed to advertise better. The tuna tataki was dry and tasteless, the vegetables of the day were clearly not fresh vegetables and the tatin was ultra sweet. The service is not better and not particularly friendly or cheerful. The waiter who brought us the drinks didnt know which glass corresponded to which cocktail and instead of putting the glasses down, gave them to us in person, carrying them from the top as if we were among friends. When a friend called out to him and said excuse me to ask for bread, the waiter replied excuse me. In short, apart from the nice decor and the bay window with a view of the sea, not at all up to the standard of a casino (at least the idea we would have in a film).

Wow, it s very good, I took the 35 menu, with the spring roll, the tuna tataki and the tarte tatin, it was incredible, the sauces were fantastic. There is only one problem, there were so many great options on the menu that I had a hard time deciding . I was able to eat in my room because I was sleeping at the hotel. The super professional and friendly service, the tastefully decorated dining room with a magnificent view of the sea, I really recommend it.

A menu for 45 with 2 glasses of wine: we expected much better. Extremely long service, served out of order despite our kind remarks.. The dish without wine then the wine without the dish. And a big delay between the 2. We waited 1 hour between the glass of aperitif and the starter. When we arrived, the restaurant was not full and we took the menu, nothing exotic... The ice cream for dessert was melted at his service! The dishes are not copious. Certainly quite good but definitely overcooked. If there was a manager he didnt do his job. The waiters and waitresses did their best to be pleasant but the task was difficult as everything was as disorganized as possible. In conclusion, very poor value for money. Ill move on next time.
If the view is pretty, the atmosphere very calm and the service impeccable with waiters and a very pleasant waitress. We are a little disappointed with the dishes, also by the lack of vegetarian choice and the prices which are too inflated, especially on the dessert for a small quantity (Lemon).

The food served is quite good however not at all adapted to the prices for certain dishes. The service does not catch up with the dishes, a lot of waiting (2h30 for 2 dishes and 2 desserts), the requested cooking options are not honored and we had to go find the servers ourselves when we had problems with our dishes. The servers seem to be starting out, thats not the problem, however they lack confidence and still a little professionalism. There was also a problem with our order and we had to wait more than 40 minutes for two desserts. The setting overlooking the sea and the decor are very pretty, however they are not everything; it is possible to find much better at a much more reasonable price in Dieppe.
We had a good time and ate well, with a lovely view of the sea. We did, however, regret the somewhat cold side of the place and the somewhat long wait following our installation and after having finished our dishes. Disappointed, personally, by the Café des Délices (not everything was there, compared to the menu, and very soft millefeuille).
A second disappointing experience!! tasteless foie gras with a lot of fat, poorly denerved and a ridiculous quantity for the price! The bread was not cooked, the fries, lets not mention it, extremely cooked, almost brown! Chipped glass, free carafe of water, a deposit in the bottom of the bottle and deposits in the bottom of the glass of course, the all chocolate dessert was excellent! An impossible wait to be served. More than 2 hours for a bill of more than 200 euros without wine, 1 Ricard, 1 Perrier and 2 cokes!! We understood at the end of the meal that the cook had changed!! We will not repeat our visit to this restaurant.
Big disappointment! However, I have already come several times and there has always been impeccable service and a good atmosphere. I book as usual via a reservation site for Tuesday August 8 at 9:30 p.m. for the last service of course but Im used to it and it always goes well. But here we quickly feel the difference. The cocktail is undrinkable, certainly made by someone who doesnt know how to make it. But the worst part is the service!!! One of the waitresses (probably the head waiter) pulls the bell, rushes to get rid of us at the end of each bite and refuses us the cheese for the kitchen is closed ; it is now 10:15 p.m. Meal shipped and I felt like I was in the way. And of course she tidies up the room in a nervous and noisy way so that we understand that it is time to leave, so my husband refused to order a digestive as usual for fear of scandal. In conclusion, a dinner that we are supposed to enjoy becomes a countdown, if I come to eat I go to fast food it will cost me 6 times less. So bad value for money, I don t know if I would come back, too bad I loved this place
Closer to a tavern than a restaurant. A festival of mediocrity. A tartare with what piece of sole? Pasta like in the canteen. Norwegian salmon from GMS. The service: A blonde with dirty clothes... Ditto for the waiter with his white or yellow or gray pants who forgets the cutlery......no comments but he needs to retrain in hairdressing. The addition to be controlled because it can be salty (again the blondness). AVOID.

Sauce blander than ever, pasta overcooked, which is therefore sticky, heavy, which gives a stomach ache. A porridge that tastes like flour. Its rare that I dont finish a dish in a restaurant, which is how inedible the dish was.

Great setting and magnificent view, but then for the dishes and the price zero zero zero for my part I had taken: a so-called burrata is more like 1/2 burrata lost in the sauce, veal dish is rather flat tasteless and its 3 tiny pieces of veal, the dessert beautiful presentation but no taste for a lemon dessert. The other two people who were with me thought the same thing. Expensive prices for a tasteless meal and too small a quantity. Never again.
Beautiful panoramic view with a nice setting. The staff was very friendly. The cod was a pure marvel. The wine was of good quality. On the other hand, huge disappointment for the Normandy entrecôte which was too nervous and not cooked enough. Considering the price (30 ), it left something to be desired...
It could have been a great culinary experience (starter, dessert, etc.) but none of our dishes had the meat cooked correctly. Damage. The display and pretension of the place does not live up to the experience one has the right to expect (whether for the service or the cooking).

We came for dinner at 4. At first I dont find the menu on electronic tablets very practical but hey... savings on paper and easier to change the cards. We order two menus with drinks included for the starter, main course and dessert but we have to ask the waiter for drinks for each course and several times. The wait between courses was very long despite the presence of very few customers this evening at the casino restaurant. In summary, the food was very good but the dishes were a little cold... probably due to the wait. A very neglected service especially seeing the waitresses making cocktails, drinks at the bar and sipping them quietly in front of the customers or even eating small desserts always in front of the customers.
Clover has become one of our canteens. As a couple, with family or friends, we are always well received there. The dishes are always great, the desserts too. And what about the view....We come here frequently and we will undoubtedly return.

Our experience at Le Trèfle restaurant was mixed. We ordered a watermelon salad, the name of which was enticing, but unfortunately it lacked depth. The watermelon was not ripe, and there was a lack of seasoning. The cooking of the veal medallions was uneven, with some pieces overcooked and others undercooked. The fish also suffered from overcooking and a lack of seasoning, and the accompanying mash lacked finesse. However, the service was friendly, and we appreciated the goodwill gesture in response to our comments. Overall, we found the value for money to be below our expectations.

Impolite Manon comes to see us asking us what we were waiting for?! Nothing Manon, we came by chance ! We are annoying guests don t worry we will still pay . We were waiting for our main courses which clearly had not been launched yeah!! big night! !! Manon and our waiter apologize (the waiter) and explain (Manon is a good story ) to finally offer us our two glasses of Coteaux du Layon We informed our waiter that we were going to take advantage of the preparation of our dishes to go down to smoke a cigarette (arrived at 7:30 p.m. it was 8:45 p.m.) we took the two small elevators, half a cigarette (it was curdling, it was raining) we set off again towards the restaurant at Manon (we left 6/7 minutes no more) Hang in there! The height of offense and disrespect! . When we came back, our dishes (60 euros) were cooling on our table!!!!!!!! my husband asked for rare, his meat was raw I asked for well cooked I got rare what can I say about the poor parsnips reduced to a coal state leaving a harsh taste throughout the dish! The sauce and mushrooms, however, were excellent. Our very nice server came back to clear and complete our order for desserts and possible coffee but for us it was already way too disrespectful for an evening. We had the honor of being cashed by the little chef Manon, who had the audacity to point out to us that SHE was offering us two glasses of wine , I imagine that according to her its an honor for us to have to pay you for his service and that we should be grateful for his great generosity ! Naturally without saying goodbye, or have a good evening! Like what the class . We know that this experience does not reflect the image of the Partouche group, however we find this experience in Dieppe particularly deplorable.

We had a great time with colleagues, for an end-of-year dinner at our boutique located in the city center. The welcome was very pleasant, the staff attentive. The dishes and desserts were refined and delicious. Special mention for this excellent crispy dessert with orange blossom mousse, pistachios and crunchy hazelnuts. A pure delight!

Disappointment with the limited choice (proposal and quantity) of all dishes from starter to dessert compared to our previous lunch in August 2023 where we were satisfied. Lots of fluff on the presentation. Finally, we leave with the half-consumed bottle of wine, we ask for a bag, response from the manager, we do not have a bag, but you can leave with the bottle in hand. We went to the Casino restaurant at the beginning of November as a family, and we loved it! This restaurant is very beautiful! The meals are plentiful, well presented and very good! Additionally, the service was quick, which is always nice, and the servers were welcoming and kind! We will come back with great pleasure as a family next time. Thanks again!
