I cant even say that the person is not trained, we are relying on logic, common sense... repeated disappointment, we will end up not coming at all Small clarification regarding the photo, the pot of vinaigrette sauce was requested in addition, imagine without this pot the g**** of the plate

Come today in the evening I will not return there again. As an aperitif product not available it is however listed on the menu, board to share abuse for the price. For those who concern the dish we ask for 2 hot dogs with 2 plates of crispy chedar fries the dishes arrive 2 hot dogs of which one plain fries without sauce is the other only chedar the joke.. my explanation was rather clear. We decide to cut down on dessert the fabulous cookie 2 super hard cookies cold not even warm with an unfortunate scoop of ice cream in the middle not even time to finish the waitress slams the bill on the table... not to mention the lack of an unfortunate carafe of water not offered... when I ask for it an ah yes I forgot buffalo has lost some.

We took the dish to share for 2 barbecue parties, very disappointed. Everything was cold, the baked potato 10 times overcooked... for almost 40 euros per dish. And just one finger rinse for two. In short, we were impatient to come back after the work, but we wont go back, too bad....

Came yesterday with my partner, I ordered a tacos, 3 unfortunate little wraps. I asked for extra wraps, I was told yes with a supplement of 0.50 cents the problem is not the supplement because I accepted it, it was that the wraps were frozen I had to reheat them on my fries. Sunday evening. We arrive in Dieppe late. My colleague is hungry. Go for the buffalo. The place seems stormed. It s 7:30 p.m. We leave when the waiter informs us that a table is free. 8 p.m., they bring us the cocktails we ordered: no taste, apart from sugar. The rum must have been skipped. Finally, at 9:00 p.m., they bring us the board to share, barbecue party. Everything is cold: the meats, the sauces, the fries. Given the time and the chaos that seems to reign, we are not reporting it. Its really not good, only the ribs are okay. Wine by the pitcher: piquette. We try dessert: a cookie and ice cream. The taste buds are once again saturated with sugar. A disaster for an addition of 80 . Its pitiful and more expensive than places where you can enjoy home cooking. What is incomprehensible is that people rush into it. This type of place should not be called a restaurant. There is an error. And the worst part of the story is that we are both going to be victims of nasty stomach pains during the night. They will persist for several days. Not great.

Arrived at 1 p.m., restaurant half empty. I wait at reception without a glance or a hello. 5 people walk past me as if I wasnt there. The 6th grade says hello to me. I am seated between several uncleared tables. I wait almost 10 minutes for my order to be taken, and another good 10 minutes to get a beer. A moment later, my entrecôte finally arrives, ordered rare and served blue and cold. The meat is good though. Laborious checkout and I finally leave the establishment 1 hour after my arrival for a live steak. Unoccupied tables are still not cleared.... In short, redoing the decor is good but thats not why we come to the restaurant. Thats not enough. Not about to set foot in Buffalo again

Very nice since the whole restaurant has been redone. The menu is a little different from usual and it s quite pleasant! The service went well with Sarah, who was very friendly and the majority of whom we had to deal with (it was her first days and was supervised by Cindy). Only small downside: my mothers dessert received a red fruit coulis instead of a caramel coulis but we were offered coffee as compensation.

I stopped by this evening for the reopening of the Buffalo, but I was very disappointed. The wait was endless (more than 2 hours for a meal), the prices were disproportionate to the portions served, and there were missing ingredients in the dessert. Too bad, because overall it was good. I reported these problems to the waiter, who passed on my comments, but I still paid a high price for an incomplete menu due to errors in the kitchen! At the next table, after two referrals to the kitchen and an unbearable wait, they even chose to leave to have their dessert elsewhere. It was a very disappointing experience. I wont come back.

Give me a real manager who knows how to take care of his customers when they arrive. Arriving at the entrance I was barely told. Last night, mediocre quality meat, certainly frozen, dry and tasteless, and to top it off at the end of the meal a group of three brats under 16 came and sat behind us, as noisy as possible, having a spitting contest! ! In short, 54.80 to eat steak with the consistency of cardboard and watch the let-off of the Val Druel bottle class!! Fortunately the waitress had a smile and was very friendly!! Personally Buffalo in Dieppe, I will forget!!!

Friendly staff except the last time when the waitress literally didnt give a damn about what we told her about the bill where the 10 euro reduction birthday voucher was missing, she insisted on charging in full of the amount by saying I dont know anything about it 49 euros less 10 euros I dont think its a lot to drink. I had to point this out to the counter who gave me a credit. Barring this incident, I would happily return to this establishment.

Good morning, We came last week, we had a pleasant time, the meals were delicious as well as the desserts. The servers are also very friendly, nothing to complain about all that. The only minus is the ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard at an additional 0.50! That the other specific sauces are extra I can understand thats normal but the so-called basic sauces I find that a bit misguided....

Waiting 10 minutes before being seated despite an empty room, 20 minutes more for taking orders for aperitifs, a mouse interrupts our discussion without anyone lifting a finger, or coming to apologize. The dishes arrive with cold fries as well as well-done meat for a rare order. During the bill, the manager is hidden behind his bar. He ignores everything that happened and when we come to talk about all the events he only listens with one ear, responds unpleasantly to customers and always without apologies for the disastrous service and for the harmful overview. He doesn t budge it s not my fault . no sense of business, no questioning... its very unfortunate because despite the botched cooking, the meals were good.

Very good evening at Buffalo and I wanted to thank the server Jérôme. For his kindness, his smile, his efficiency in his work and listening to his customers, thank you to him.

Frankly, given the comments, I was skeptical, except that I went there and it was super good and more generous than the one back home. We had a burger, which was well cooked, and a fish and chips with a good portion of fries. Just a shame its not fresh bread. As for the service, it wasnt long at all, after all it was a Sunday and the staff was very friendly. I recommend.

Charred meat, even though we asked for it just right. Plus I think you had to pay to get a smile from the waitress.

We were received as simple strangers, a very average welcome and the service was not of a different atmosphere (a smile does not sell, be careful!) the dishes were poorly cooked and brought cold (lets not mention of the quantity of fries on the plate). The restaurant lacks seriousness and service that should not be overlooked. Fortunately, the premises are pleasant and the atmosphere exudes good living. I wont come back again (affordable price anyway)

We left the restaurant today: frankly a very nice surprise which really deserved a review! Although there were many of us - 6 adults, 5 children, 2 babies - we were very well received, we waited 20 minutes before juxtaposed tables became available so that we could be seated close to each other. The childrens table was ready with a bag of games for each. Salads (generous) served upon our arrival, order for children taken as a priority. Everything was very good from the meat to the accompaniments and above all impeccable service, all the staff were smiling, friendly and attentive, we are not always as well received and served in certain restaurants with reservations. It deserved a review, THANK YOU!

This is the second time I have come and I have the same observation, it is the cooking of the meat which is unfortunately not respected, we asked for well cooked and we had two different dishes with the meats rare, although in the kitchen they are not able to respect this while it is low in the kitchen perhaps we should remind them how to do it, otherwise the waiter was very nice and we were well received.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Buffalo Grill and would like to share my experience. First of all, I was pleasantly impressed with the decoration of the restaurant. The warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the design elements undoubtedly contributes to a most enjoyable dining experience. In addition, the comfort of the seats greatly contributed to making our meal even more enjoyable. However, despite these positive aspects, a few points are worth highlighting. I found the quantity of food served to be quite fair, which could potentially leave some customers hungry. Additionally, the limited selection of drinks was a bit disappointing, especially for those looking for a variety of options. Finally, although the slight delay in opening the restaurant was not very inconvenient for me, it could negatively impact the experience of other customers who are more sensitive to punctuality. In summary, although the Buffalo Grill offers a pleasant atmosphere and notable comfort, improvements in the quantity of food, choice of drinks and punctuality could help make the experience even more satisfying for customers.

Industrial chain where low-end frozen foods are heated, appetizer salad served in bowls that are not washed after each customer, its a chain that I frequented once today and lets not talk about especially not no catering but a mediocre establishment reheating bad products. You are gourmets, flee this mediocre factory where the welcome is there too, like the food, with minimum service. Barely defrosted fries, basic dessert weighed by the ready gram, meal in general almost undrinkable, thats the end of this disgusting factory. Parking: Easy to access and thats the only positive point

We are used to coming regularly to this place because we have always been satisfied so far. Last night for my birthday. I admit to being disappointed on several points. First, no more rolls as before, simply slices of baguettes, then the trappers plate gave me a beef skewer, the meat was tough, the sauce was very good but in a trickle, and then disappointment in the dessert, logically a nice iced cut. America not presented at all as on the menu and especially no pecans. The waiter too busy to ask him. Moreover, when he brought us dessert, he took our bottle of water with a little left in it. I thought he was going to bring us another one to finish our meal, but no. We saw it again just to give us the addition. We smelled speed. I admit that there were people but not great feeling that we had to clear the table as quickly as possible. We have gotten used to much better! What is happening ? Change of direction ? Change of personnel? We know times are hard for everyone but for customers a moment of pleasure and these things should not affect us, sorry.

Dinner last Tuesday March 19, disappointed by the service: cooked salads, mediocre sliced baguette bread nothing to do with the hot rolls and not very fresh baked potatoes. I even forgot my -10% voucher on the bill...

Here s to a great evening waiting 45 minutes at the table for more steak! I decide to take a so-called 400 gr rib of beef which is very disgusting, cold and bad! for 25 euros, frankly zero! The manager doesnt even bother. The only good thing is the very nice waitress making it better
