If you are looking for a restaurant in Dieppe, Haumea is the place to go! The whole team is incredibly kind. They kindly accepted us with our two dogs. The food is really very good, the skate wing was a delight, as were the fish rillettes and the chocolate mousse. Thank you again for your welcome.

It starts with a very warm welcome with friendly and attentive staff. We were able to have lunch on the terrace on this beautiful (but rare) sunny autumn day. We asked to have our aperitif quietly and for once, the dishes did not arrive too early (the waiter waited for our green light). We chose the Dieppoise scallops with risotto. Perfect cooking of the shells and a very tasty dish. To finish, a little homemade chocolate mousse. A treat. All accompanied by a glass of light white wine. A small note, you can sometimes feel like youre waiting a bit between courses. It is undoubtedly a (bad) Parisian habit to want everything to happen quickly. The other guests (many regulars) did not complain about it. In short, a very nice discovery.

Very good restaurant, I took the chefs menu suggestion of fish terrine, then fish with vegetables in lemon sauce and chocolate mousse. Everything was very good and very fresh. The lady who served us was very pleasant. The only downside is that it was a bit long but thats okay we werent in a hurry however the table near us, the couple left, they were tired of waiting. Its true that the restaurant was full.

Cuisine to review: à la carte, fillets of dried red mullet (visibly frozen and overcooked) accompanied by slightly overcooked ink pasta fortunately made up for by a good sauce. I complete this review by noting that this establishment is not capable of hearing the slightest criticism and has no respect for the customer: in fact rather than apologizing for this poor service and taking the opportunity to improve , he replied that I was in a bad mood and that I would have been better off staying at home !!! The food had barely arrived, we were asked to calm down our son who was disturbing, although not turbulent, 10 months in his stroller (no crying or tantrums) we stayed on those with a bitter taste and did not bother any longer after paying the bill (all the same) without eating.

Extremely friendly help from a lady who did her best to speak to us partly in English. Fortunately there was still room for us, we had not made a reservation and it quickly became busy. We were helped quickly and while we waited for our food we were treated to some starters. The final dishes (escalope) and pollock (lieu jaune) were very popular!

I am very disappointed by the reception of this restaurant it is unacceptable to refuse access to a family simply because they have a baby with a stroller. An original and very well decorated restaurant (for the atmosphere, the theme is astronomy) on the Quai Henri IV in Dieppe which is a change from some restaurants on the quay which can be tourist traps! If you want to eat mussels and fries, this is not the right place, move on. First of all, the welcome: a real hello full of smiles, the pleasure of receiving customers. The service is warm, simple and efficient, friendly. Then, the table, the menu based on fish and meat is good and generous. If I have a downside to bring up, it is the dose of aperitif in relation to its price. On the other hand, with the aperitif the appetizers are served generously. And finally, the prices are reasonable: around 20 per dish. A big THANK YOU for contributing to the success of our evening in Dieppe and for making me want to go to the restaurant in Dieppe on the Quai Henri IV which is a beautiful place full of memories for me. Correct cuisine, nothing more. The Pollack (fish) was dry which showed that it was frozen (a shame in Dieppe though). For information, dinner on Tuesday January 30, 2024, with a group of 10 people (Olatein reservation). That day, you served a scallop menu and another osso bucco. The location was available (and I think still is) on the map.

I took advantage of the mild weather on Wednesday and had dinner on the terrace. Entrée: Foie Gras, then the Assiette de Mer with 3 types of fish, mussels and vegetables and for dessert the Moelleux au Chocolat. Everything was very tasty, attractively prepared and decent portions. I can unreservedly recommend the restaurant. Parking: Parking spaces in the immediate vicinity are rare and chargeable. There are plenty of free parking spaces about a 10-minute walk away.

Short day trip to Dieppe on May 18. We present ourselves at the entrance of the restaurant with our 2 dogs. Very warm welcome, we were placed on the terrace. 20 minutes later we were offered a more shaded place which had just become available, really great. A boss who listens to you, is super friendly and takes the time to talk with customers. The staff is great too. We ate very well there, everything was perfect. Widely overrated restaurant. The kitchen is nice but nothing more. The dishes are drowned in sauce, which is a shame because the ingredients are well cooked. Perhaps the sauce should be presented separately? The service is very pleasant but not perfectly professional either: I discovered when leaving the restaurant that there were daily specials, the aperitif glasses remained on the table throughout the meal even though they had been empty for a long time. I dont understand the average of 4.7 at all... It remains a decent and pleasant place.

Very long service, poor quality charcuterie platter. We are far from the local delicatessens, lack of taste... andouillette not cooked and with a more than doubtful taste. Fortunately the potatoes and the Camembert sauce were edible. We got a discount on the bill but at no time did they question it, yet a table close to us had the same dish and we noticed the same thing as us. I am very disappointed with this restaurant and will never set foot there again.

Short visit to Dieppe. Difficult choice of restaurant and we chose Haumea based on the reviews left and the menu offered. Very pleasant and smiling staff. From the start we were warned of a risk of waiting, there was a shortage of staff in the kitchen. In the end we waited less than in other restaurants we visited. Attentive staff, polite, fast and helpful. I enjoyed myself, the dishes were copious and very good. Very well cooked sea bream fillet. And to finish, a slightly tangy red fruit crumble, a delight!!! Now if customers want the service to be as fast as at Mac Donalds then they stick to fast food. THANKS

We went for lunch with four adults on Saturday September 3, 2022 and with four on Wednesday September 6, 2023. Very good address. Dishes, welcome, setting, atmosphere... Congratulations, everything is perfect. We had two very pleasant moments. I recommend this establishment without reservation .

As a weekend in Dieppe, we booked Sunday lunchtime somewhat randomly. Very nice surprise, a wonderful welcome, the owners are very nice and we ate very well, fresh products and very well prepared. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

Located opposite the port of Dieppe, the place is perfect, quiet. The food is nice but its a shame its frozen.
