We returned after a while, we found that the service was not like before and the food too, in Dieppe there is much better I do not recommend everything apart from the play area for the children, staff not friendly at all and serout the chef restaurant

2 times I have celebrated my sons birthday and always satisfied my sons were delighted, the value for money is great

Steve the server is very nice, friendly and helpful, attentive to the customer. Thanks to the chef for the special fruit dessert which was excellent. Very nice moment for our daughters 6th birthday. See you soon. I highly recommend

In the top. We had a great meal upstairs. The children were happy to enjoy the playground after their meal. The staff is pleasant and gives good advice. The fries are excellent, as are the meat and the chocolate mousse. I find it very clever to have indicated on the wall the village of origin of the cooked food. By the way, thank you for putting local artisans to work. We will come back with pleasure.

Very nice little brasserie. The plate of melted camembert and cold meats is killer. As a bonus it s local and short circuit. The welcome is impeccable and the staff friendly. The only downside is that the brewery is adjacent to a childrens play park. The gremlins run around and have fun... but nothing irremediable! In short, I recommend.

We decided to go on an outing with our 13 month old baby who has only been walking for around ten days, so we thought why not the pirate island. We are very disappointed to have seen on our bill a full of childrens games... our son played for a maximum of 10 minutes in boules, nothing extraordinary for him, he is too small... it doesnt make you want to come back one evening in time. Profit above all.

On this day, April 24, 2024, we were at the pirate island with the little ones, we came across a waitress, host but very unpleasant, a young thin brunette, with a purple suit jacket. Quality restaurant! Copious and very good quality cuisine, we have been there for more than 5 years and still just as satisfied. The waitresses are adorable, fast service. The children are more than delighted with this large play area. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Well, its average, average. Of course its nice with the game But the cooking is mediocre, the chicken breasts have been so cooked its complicated to eat. Childrens menus not great. The waitress is nice... But the atmosphere is just horrible, no small words its freezing.

Family reunion for our granddaughters birthday. Already the choice of aperitifs and meals on 1 tablet is not great when there are 14 of you. Very disappointed with the dry meat hamburger meal. Pizza with uncooked meat and armored with peppers which are also raw. It looks like the pizza was already cooked and we added the meat, peppers and cheese and just reheated it. In one word very disappointed and we will not be returning.

We did the Pirate Island with a friend and the kids loved it. The decoration is great. Prices no more expensive than elsewhere for a similar service. They had so much fun that on the way back it was radio silence :)

Cuisine: apart from the dishes which are not very copious, yes it is a little tight but the quality is there so I give 5 stars for the good products! Service: the tablet system is a disaster we have to wait until each person at our table has chosen on the only tablet to start the order. In short, its too long, imagine a table of 10 guests..... Give a paper menu in the hand of each person at the table then one person at the table validates everything on a tablet, we would save time multiplied by the number of guests.... but the goal for you, we understand, is to sell a board with our aperitifs to keep you waiting..... Atmosphere: too noisy to avoid! And the final highlight: its forcing the customers hand to give tips when paying by credit card! As usual when there is a piggy bank I give coins, asking for 10, 20% as a tip is inappropriate!!! I have never seen this practice and above all I pity the cashier who has to announce this to us customers when paying! Put up a sign and a piggy bank, I will happily give! I know that catering staff are poorly recognized and above all poorly paid, this practice is not to their advantage! Change this system: They deserve good wages and tips!

We often come to this restaurant for our two daughters. The food is good and the service is very good. Big black spot THE TOILETS!!!! We came to spend the afternoon today and it was not only very dirty, no more paper and 2 clogged toilets... Perhaps it would be good to limit entries so that we can be on all fronts. I had already brought this information up several months ago but I see that it is still the same... very unfortunate... it has always been like this. I end up telling my children to go to the bathroom at home before leaving and I cross my fingers that they dont want to go there....

Imagine a baby who is not very resourceful, or who is just starting to move around and who doesnt know how to catch up?? Finally, we leave after barely 10 minutes, a new hostess gives us a 1 hour/unlimited rate ( 6), I point out to her that I thought 30 minutes was 4, ah yes indeed I had didn t see the arrival time. The poor were overwhelmed but it s a shame that the computer software doesn t calculate that automatically

Two years in a row where we come to celebrate our daughters birthday who is always delighted and so are our friends. The only downside this year was that I didnt like it at all when, just before leaving, the waitress handed us a trash bag and told us to put everything in it (to clean the table)??? You have to explain to me when we eat at a restaurant or when we come to have a snack on Pirate Island we dont clear the table and there yes?? We pay for a birthday and to be served and not to do the work of the DSL employees, this is abuse and in the package it is not indicated that we had to do the cleaning because we are in a restaurant and we are paying for a service!! . I, who work in catering, find this unacceptable. Find the error.....

Great place for children who can play in the play structures. The adjoining Le Cap Horn restaurant offers very good dishes, made with fresh produce. Extra homemade fries, among other things! Access to play structures is offered to those who eat on site. Thats a big plus!

We went there with our daughters aged 4 and 6. The decorations are nice, the structure is good. But its very small. The manager wants to do everything alone so he is quickly overwhelmed (he serves new arrivals, people who want to order something, people who want to leave, all of this is very confusing) even though he has the necessary staff. The toilets are dirty and smell bad. We had one-hour entry vouchers that were offered to us, we had to insist (very heavily) that they agree to take one of the two... Its definitely worth buying CE vouchers if you cannot use them. Weve done a lot of structures and in terms of decoration, its nice, having the restaurant upstairs is great but its so small and noisy...overworked staff, etc. In short, I wont set foot there again, even if I have a voucher left!

The manager arrives 10 minutes late for opening at 10 a.m. He is in bad faith because he says he has been there for 3 minutes. If that was the case, why didnt it open right away? He says he finished late yesterday, thats no excuse. And if everyone does like him at work, well do better. There were 2 customers at the opening. I ask for a minimum of a commercial gesture, he mentions that times are hard, in this case, that he arrives on time. I think its hard for everyone. And not even a commercial gesture when we take chips from him. I do not recommend this establishment at all.

Visited for the first time today. The waitresses are really nice and they made us feel really welcome! On the other hand, I find that 6 euros for 1 hour of play is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! I come from the central region and there the Kizou adventure is free for children under 2 years old! Lets be logical, babies will stay in the game for 5 minutes and parents will inevitably consume! Then I found the place very, very dirty! (clumps of dust everywhere under the structures, dirt in many places on the games, etc.) and the balls should still be checked and changed from time to time... deep cleaning should never be done! It s still a place where children play on all fours and crawl everywhere a minimum is required when you have a structure for children especially at this price! Shame !

Family lunch for 8 people including a child, a tablet to order (1 for 8!), a real fiasco. But where have the paper menus gone? We are told that it is easier to manage and that it allows the card to be changed daily. 40 minutes later, before we decided to leave the establishment, the lovely waitress took the order the old fashioned way, in 3 minutes it was done and with a smile, what a tablet will not be never able to do. Changing a menu daily is very ambitious, shouldnt we make sure that everything in the kitchen is mastered before embarking on such a gamble? I had my 4 year old daughters birthday at the Pirate Island. We had a table in the corner. At the same time, a Christmas tree for a company was held next to us with a lot of adults (around 30 people) who remained standing blocking the passage to go to our table (Ill let you imagine some 4 year olds trying to to sneak in..) We had no visibility to monitor the children. I spent my time away from our table to keep an eye on them. Before accepting so many people.... Think about a room plan adapted to the age of the children.... I dont recommend having a birthday party there at this time.

We ate very well, perfect for the children, no problem with the reception, there were people in the restaurant and the higher tasks. There was a reserved room which did not interfere with the service or the kitchen. Its perfect for children. we didnt see them all evening. I think that s the goal and it s perfect because they were sad to leave at the end. So for me five out of five.

Disappointed with the birthday service for children, reservation a few months in advance to be placed where we want it, when I arrived I was not in the right place, fortunately the very kind lady did what was necessary. What I deplore is that at the price we pay for the service, no entertainment planned for the birthday, not even music for the cake, nothing... disappointed

We arrived around 2 p.m. and the restaurant side was closed. We could no longer order food. Otherwise, good time spent in this brasserie. .

What a bad experience. Nearly 200 Euros for 5 including 1 child for pizzas that were inedible because they were too salty, meat ordered blue and arrived more than cooked. The desserts are industrial and the wine low-end despite the price. On the facade, the owner shamelessly displays working with local producers, fresh products... I want to throw my filter in the outside container and there, too bad, the boxes from the local frozen food supplier. Add to that dirty toilets and the circle is complete. Too bad for the children.

A great place, the concept is super nice, a quiet little meal while having a view of the childrens games, ideal for a family outing, something to please both adults and children..

A very pleasant experience during our work break We opted for the dish of the day A table next to us found it too salty For us it was crap The young waiter was responsive and we ate in a very quick time despite several of us arriving at the same time. I called this morning to book, she told me the restaurant closes at 2:30 p.m. I book for 1:30 p.m. she told me the bottom and close but the top is open I ask if the games are open she tells me yes but the kitchen closes at 2:30 p.m. I asks him if the parents can stay upstairs for 1 hour drive only to be told that everything closes at 2:30 p.m. 62 euros for 1 adult and 3 children the children are very disappointed as well as me given the price so as not to have access to the games I wont come back

Very pleasantly surprised! Its a budget but the meal is excellent, a choice of fish for the childrens menus would be a big plus!

The places are nice but parents who leave their children without any supervision and who make a huge mess should take their responsibilities

Friendly place for children. I still find it expensive given the surface area and the number of games compared to Youpipark. Concerning the childrens menu it would be good to offer breaded fish for those who do not eat meat. For the adult dish we feel that the products are of quality. The staff is very friendly

The place is super nice for children, but for a 22 month old baby, we must at all costs leave the socks on knowing that she had difficulty climbing with them alone since the play surfaces made her slip a lot. The age limits are not respected neither by the children nor by the parents, if the space is at least 4 years old, it would be wise to take a tour in the space and remind the others, the adults who go super fast and scream, scare the little ones. Overall we had fun, it was a great discovery for us. On the catering side, however, we will no longer order, our pancakes were bland and elastic.

The games are very good for the children but the meals are really not good.. expensive for what we eat and no heating we have to eat with our coats on because it was so cold.

I was scared at the sight of some comments in the end everything went well I deliberately chose the room downstairs where all the children were playing Well yes there is a little noise but that is the purpose of a playground especially since we are asked if we want to eat up high (we are told that it is - noisy) The room staff seemed a little lost (I think seasonal) but did their best to respond to everyones requests For adults the dishes are very well served and well cooked For children the only criticism is perhaps that the plates could be a little more generous. But hey I recommend the value for money is very good the air is very well appointed

I go there often with my grandchildren. They love the place to play. You can have lunch or dinner too.

The playground has been redone, very well, the decor very nice, and the meal very good value for money. I was disappointed a few years ago but the managers efforts are paying off. Well done.

We came for a drink. We said hello! And the person behind the bar ignored us. We sat down at a table. We waited almost 10 minutes without being served. This is shameful!!! It was the first time we came to this establishment and the last.
