Great food and an exceptional waitress by the name of Tamara. We told her she had a great personality and that we very much appreciated her quality of service. She was very attentive to our needs. Didn’t have to ask for a thing. She was on it!!!! Couldn’t have ask for anything better. So hard to find good people that do their jobs so well. We give her a 10+. Thanks again❣️
Yearly, we come to the Dieppe location To honour our staff for a great year. Tina, Joel, Madeleine gave us impeccable service. They handled our large crowd like champions. No one’s glass was ever empty. Every piece of food that came out of the kitchen was delicious hot and full of flavour. Thank you to the Swiss Chalet team for always making our visits memorable.
We had a pleasant Thanksgiving dinner. The staff were polite and welcoming. They helped us to give a surprise for a birthday. Overall, the food and service were awesome.
Margo and Melissa did a great job getting set up and being very helpful.. did a great job serving 43 people in this birthday supper..was a good big room which was pretty much private from the rest of the restaurant..highly recommend going here for any big event you want.. thumbs up 👍
Ordered online as it was rain out for delivery. 2 hours later this is what arrived. Not very happy. It was worse inside the box. Restaurant and the 1-800 line did not seem to care. Driver was sarcastic and he likely stepped on my food. I am traveling from out of town and did not appreciate this after a long day. Do better!!! It appears most deliveries are like this, after reading the other 1 star reviews. I guess dining in is the only option for this location. Management only replies to positive reviews so they not not care about the service they offer.
Had an AMAZING take out experience tonight at Swiss Chalet in Dieppe. I usually place complicated orders as I have a gluten allergy. There were actually alot of gluten friendly options. The food was perfect and I even have left overs! Not to mention the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff member that served me. Shout out to you Luc! Best customer service I have had in a long time!!!!!!!
Great place for a meal with family and friends. Came here for a Bridal Shower and had some great food. Our server, Dali, was amazing!
Been dining on and off here for over a couple of years now. Always get a delicious meal well worth the value for money paid. This latest meal was no exception. Always look for forward to dining here when in the area. Only problem is that there is an equally excellent Swiss Chalet closer to our home. Should we ever be out and about in this location we never mind dropping in. Always welcomed by a gracious host. Always attended to briskly. Never a bad moment.

Dali was our server at the Dieppe location and she was excellent. We remarked on her efficiency, attention to detail, pleasant service and sense of humor. The food is always great here, but Dali is a gem! Maybe we can get her transferred to this location. Wheelchair accessibility: Staff was very accommodating and found space for our walker.
Wheelchair accessibility: The staff set up a table in back which not only served to keep traffic flow unrestricted by my dads large wheelchair, but was also in a quieter area facilitating my mothers ability to hear family conversation. They choose this location in particular as they have always been so well taken care of. JOEL was fabulous as was the lovely hostess whom I am sorry I didnt retain her name. Keep up the good work Dieppe!

Last 2 times I ordered take out an item was missed on both times. Avoid take out at all cost.
Food was good, however, coleslaw seemed to have no dressing and was very bland. The restaurant is very nice and clean. We have been to this restaurant many times. We go with our 87 year old parents, older brother and we are all of the age that hearing can be a challenge. Every table has a speaker above it and on three different visits we have requested the music to be turned down, which although waitresses were polite, responded that they cannot control the volume or the music selection. The music is so loud that we have a hard time hearing each other in a conversation. Since this location is unable or unwilling to turn the music down, for the 35 or 40 minutes that we are there, unfortunately, we will probably have to find somewhere else to go, so we can have a quiet family supper which is too bad as we all like Swiss chalet. Wheelchair accessibility: My Family member is confined to a scooter and entrance and placement within. The restaurant is very good.
Welcomed and seated promptly. No plates arrived for appetizers, waiter said he would bring them, and we also asked the person who brought them from the kitchen. Never got them. No one picked up the appetizer dishes until after we finished our meal. Some dishes were left on the table even after the desert was served. It was not overly busy and there appeared to be enough staff. Poorly trained or just getting trained? Thankfully the food was delicious.
