I had the smoked its so good the service is incredible the staff is welcoming the burger was so good the meat is of good quality I highly recommend.

Burgers were mid at best, and definitely dont justify the insane price. Not to mention it took forever to get my food given how un-busy the restaurant was. Also, horrible service. The taller lady that served me had a very poor attitude. Her tone sounded like she barely wanted to serve me, let alone be there. Wont be coming back, nor would I recommend this place.

Terrible service with overpriced burgers that have no taste.. its funny they put about 12 ingredients per burgers and it still tastes absolutely bland. I do not recommend this place unless you love paying overpriced for tasteless burgers and get no service while youre at it.

Total disappointment for a first and last time going to Allons burger. The wait for 2 burgers and onion rings was overs 40mins. We also ordered a milkshake which we received after almost eating. The patties were thin like smashed patty. The chicken burger was terribly greasy with all the oil drpping out. So expensive for burgers. Mcdo is doing far better for the price you pay and food you get

This place is terrible. Extremely pricey. They have the worst hot dogs. They charge for each extra condoments and extremely bad customer service. The lady kept on telling us to leave. Never coming back here again.

Food: Mac and cheese tasted extremely bitter and had black char in it. I had a couple bites and threw it. 13$ in the trash Burgers are decent but 13$ is insane for a regular cheeseburger. I paid 50$ for 2 mid burgers and an inedible Mac and cheese. Service: the lady that was taking my order finished the order everytime I said 1 item and would just cut me off when I continued speaking. Bad service. I waited for 20 minutes for it aswell which sucked. Horrible experience :(

Burgers are amazing. They actually seasoned their patties. Poutine with the ground beef and carmalized oinions was amazing as well. Services was friendly and efficient. Would definitely return and recommend this place.

Order on good too go I drive for 20 minutes to get there and people dont speak French then they dont even know what good too go is and I cant get a refund on top of that

This place is worth the try they have a lot of options on their menu. The burgers are good and big. We also tried the wings and they were just as good. Staff is very professional and kind. Will definitely be going back !

I was there Feb 20 at 1645hrs, first impressions as you walk in ,is that its clean, I ordered the brie burg, I sat right beside the grill and watched as the cook kept on pressing all of the juice out of the burger, now I get my tray and they put like a 200g block of brie on the burger, and the onion rings are frozen with the shrapnel coating. Burger was way over cooked and it fell apart due to all of that brie. Also they just opened and my pepsi zero had a expiry date of March 2024, its old and I knew before looking at the date. If you want a better option , you can go down the road to five guys.

The New Swiss Smash, one of the best Burgers I have eaten. don t think two time to make u order. The atmosphere inside is very chill and staff are helpful. Thanks to the team for keeping this place

If I could give a zero star review I would, called to place a pick-up order, I got told that they dont do phone pick-up orders anymore but given my small order they would make an exception...when I arrived I got told that they decided to not make the order after all, not like they could have called me to let me know the second they made this decision, no, it was a better idea to make me come all the way there to tell me in-person then make me wait another 20 minutes for them to actually make the order, this place is a disorganized dump, if you like that kind of customer experience then by all means, this place is for you.

Amazing food!! Came in as a large group and the order was difficult but they nailed it!!! The restaurant is super clean, staff very friendly and the atmosphere was great the plates are a great portion so if you are hungry this is the place to go!! Definitely will be coming here again!

New burger joint in the area..Food is good and lot of options for side. The jalapeño poppers are too good. Staffs are friendly.

Walked in to this new burger joint and was greatest with smiles. Felt very welcomed. Purchased the Armenian burgers and I must say amazing. Im from that area and Ive seen many restaurants come and go in that plaza. I think this ones here to stay. Thank you guys keep up the good work.

The burgers are huge, maybe 2.5 times the size of Mc Donalds , slightly messy to eat but super delicious! The restaurant seems very trendy and very clean as it s new. I m glad there is a build your own burger option, will be back to try that!

My husband, little daughter and I stopped by here on our way back to Ottawa and were so impressed. We loved the vibe of the place and the amazing quality. The quality was really good from the food to the actual restaurant itself. I got the blue cheese burger and it tasted so good!! Didnt feel heavy at all or too messy. My picky daughter even ate her whole cheese burger!! And my husband really enjoyed his. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Allons Burger, please learn from your competitors how to package fries for delivery, your wax lined containers have zero ventilation and the fries arrived completely wet and disgusting. Also, your advertising is deceptive, you show a burger with what looks like real bacon on delivery apps, but the burger ends up with something completely different; small rectangular strips of barely cooked, definitely not fried, rubbery meat substance that tastes bland and weird, and nothing like real beef bacon. I dont care you let your religion dictate what your customers cant eat (pork), just dont ruin the burgers with this abomination you call beef bacon, especially when your stock photos of your burgers clearly show something else...

The beef burger meat was really dry,not juicy at all,also no salt n peppers was added to the meat ,so it tasted plain ,the toppings like blue cheese was ok,also the fries they offer with the kids meal is full of spices which is really not cool for all kids, Philly cheese steak was ok but not the best ,you can test the bill peppers more than the meat.

First time at this location & Sadly wasn t a good experience, normally laval is way better than this. I ordered 3 different kind of burgers, all the Burgers are very dry & salty , Mozerella sitcks very dry & tasteless, wings very small & very cheap on sauces for some reason even if we paid over 100$ bill. The girl on the cashier has zero customer service and zero helpful. I expected way more from them.

Another premium burger joins the fight! I tried the Brie Burger, and it had a comical amount of brie. Im not gonna complain, but I think they put a whole small wheel of brie on the burger. I had clumps of brie just oozing out constantly. Perhaps the $18 price tag warranted the excess amount of Brie. The poutine is not worth the upgrade. Plenty of cheese curds but they gravy is virtually flavourless. With inflation raging, the price of eating out is getting ridiculous. I may have to start reviewing grocery stores and recipes lol Happy eating!

Had a heavily customized basic burger and it was delicious with mushrooms and onions and the rest. The chicken wings werent great though, not crispy at all, and all the sauce was just sitting at the bottom of the container.

Burger was great. The meat needed a little salt. Ketchup would have solved that but I went with their mayo sauce and simple dressing as I wanted to taste meat. Fries were excellent they put on sub light herbs. Non aggressive taste. Very nice. Will go back.

First time at this burger joint. I gotta say the prices are insane, even for a recession. Fast food at full service sit-in restaurant prices. $25 for a trio. The burger itself... alright... but nothing to rave about. Its mostly bread. The patty is actually slightly smaller than the bun... The fries are ok. Theyre dry. I guess trying it once is ok, but 5Guys is where its at.

I really dont know how this place got such a high rating unless I just went on a bad day. No comparison to Laval. The meat in both my burger and my friends Burger wasnt fresh. It was like one of those frozen burger patties you get from Costco. The fries tasted like McCain fries. It was those airy fake types that had some kind of spice on them. It was so disappointing. And this isnt really too much of a big deal but instead of napkins they had us use hand towels to wipe our face from the messy Smashburger meal and it was just really uncomfortable. You would think paying $20 for a hamburger combo you could get some normal napkins but I guess not. I wont be going back.
