While you must commend the majority of lovely workers at this McDonald's (during the week the customer service is wonderful), the quality of the food today was not at its best. The BLT had no T but egg after I asked for no egg, the breakfast burrito was hardly what was usual, my sausage egg McMuffin's egg was half missing and burnt. I was also chastised at the first window for not giving my code when I ordered through the drive thru. When I explained that I had to come to the window because I could not hear the voice taking orders, i was told that it seemed to have worked for everyone else. Really? Then why did I not get butter and a knife with my muffin? I called to complain ( or to leave a message) but no answering machine. I WAS NOT expecting someone to pick up. Going back was not an option.
Everytime I go through the drive thru McDonald’s. They always seem to mess something up. Lately it’s been my everyday latte before I go to work. Today I decided to go inside and order my latte and still they gave me a hot cup of water, no taste. How hard is it to click the button for a latte and make sure the rinse button isn’t on. Do your job well or don’t do your job at all. How are McDonald’s employees paid and still manage to mess SIMPLE things up. also I’d like to let everyone know that McDonald employees don’t wear gloves while handling your food or making your burgers. Let that sink in!!! AVOID MCDONALDS AT ALL COSTS And AGAIN I GO AND GET ANOTHER COFFEE AMD THE COFFEE HAS SUGAR IN IT AND I STRICTLY DON’T HAVE SUGAR IN MY COFFEE. I’m so FED UP WITH THESE KIDS THAY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS. Please hire people that do care. Thank you. This is my last time. No more McDonald’s again for me. It’s POSION ANYWAY. I will never walk back into this McDs location ever again. I was craving a small cone and my girl friend wanted a small wrap. We walked in at 5h08pm to place our order on the digital menu. Only two other people had been waiting ahead of us. Several moments later other clients began walking in and placing orders. My order was number 986 and after twenty minutes of waiting , I noticed my number wasn’t on the board anymore. So I asked an employee who seemed to be the person in charge. She informed me that my order had never been prepared. Finally 28 minutes later I get a melted small cone and a wrap. Please McDonalds Canada , go back to the old way of placing orders. Human to human. These digital order placing orders confusing your staff.
Worst place to eat. Not hygienic at all. Sometimes I see restaurants employees clean toilets and same employees are preparing food. Disappointed and frustrated. Montreal food inspectors need to take care of it please.
Sad to say..this is a pretty horrible McDonald's. Service dropped food on the floor and tried to serve it . It's dirty smells funny...and they need more staff. Trained staff.
If you are going to this location, make sure you order through the drive thru. Otherwise, they will take 30+ minutes to fulfill even the smallest of orders because they put no priority on inside orders to keep up their drive thru scores compared to other locations. My food was cold when received, likely they had it ready but didn’t care to bring it to the counter.
Very bad service, I waited 30 mins, when asked about my order , no one had any clue about my order. The money was taken out from my credit card. It happen on. 2024-05-24. If your machine is faulty and does not give receipt it is not the client fault. I reported it right away, but they did not care. I was even asked to check my credit card if the payment went through and asked the amount which was deducted. Everyone goes through hard time but that does not mean client should be treated this way. May be McDonald will not care about since he has millions customers and has too much money and does not care. My time is valuable too.
I don’t mind slow service , these days, I’m use to it and I’ve also worked customer service for over 15 years. Messing up my order is not ok but I’ll let it slide , messing it up 3 times, the same day at different hours , that’s another ball game and is just way beyond unacceptable. If the staff cannot have proper training or understanding of English or any other spoken language in the area , sorry but that’s really not my problem. If you’re gonna operate your business like this , might as well lock the doors, throw away the keys and call it a day. Oh , and by the way , getting in touch with McDonald’s customer service should be part of the next Mission Impossible coming out in God knows when. Thank you.
Its the second time I go there and both time nothing was even close to be fresh ,the fries were cold and old and the mc chicken was so pasty it should be sold and I when at 11:45 both time for lunch from work I will never go back to this Mcdonald.

Was served a completely burnt sausage mcmuffin by drive thru. Had to drive back to get a replacement, which turned out to be burnt, too. Not a single apology or care from the manager.

Wow I have never been so poorly served, I wanted to ask a question or refill my water bottle. The woman shouted my order number to me. I asked him calmly, without response. She only shouted the number, I explained to her that its mine and that I just have a question. She told me it wasnt her problem. I understand its fast food, but still. I wasnt expecting great service at McDonalds but a minimum of respect is good. It starts really badly on a Saturday morning.
Waited 30 mins for my mcflurry... 30 mins of wait for anything, especially at a fast food restaurant considering that a dozen customers orders got served before mine... Horrible.

During my visit, a wasp happily wanders through the pastry display and settles on the donuts and muffins. We warn the manager of the situation, he tells us that it is completely normal, that it is the season. Its really not healthy.

They say that the restaurant is open 24h but I went at 4:30 am and it was closed and even that there were some employees inside they did not answer my several knocks on the window. They just ignored me completely

The crew at this McDonalds is top notch and chronically efficient. When doomsday comes in a couple weeks these are the people you want to be in the trenches with. Thats not based on just a handful of observations either, I go here A LOT. I go here so often that if I miss a day my bank flags my account for suspicious activity. I go here so often that my family doctor cries for me daily. The emotional damage has shattered all intimacy in his marriage, his wife wont even look him in the eye anymore and he sleeps outside. Sad stuff but I need my nuggets.

I ordered a meal for me and my family, staff was very rude and unprofessional, they got wrong my order. When I went to tell them they were very rude towards me about that. Our table was dirty when I told them to please clean it they refused until I got other member of staff, tried to speak to the manager about the situation but the manager doesn t seem to want to do anything about the customer wellbeing. Not coming back

The place including the washroom is very clean. The new paint colour is also relaxing and warm. The new floor tiles outside make the entrance very slippery. Wheelchair accessibility: Be careful as the new entrance tiles are very slippery. That is notsafely accessible for canes or walkers either. There is a worker who keeps the floor dry indoors.
Grabbed a quick burger. Sad when its barely warm and the cold cheese is sticking out and a little tiny burger patty. I rarely eat McDonalds and this reminded me why.

Went true the service drive and got charged 22$ on my debit card at the first window and then they told my order was not paid at the pick up window ! I paid again the amount was 8$ when i looked at my bank and the 22$ was taken out of my account along with the 8$ , i went back in and showed them their mistake they refused to reimburse me !!! Don t go there!!!

It s just bad. It s not even 24H they are closed I know this because I go there sometimes in the middle of the morning because insomnia. The person working there is some grumpy girl who sounds mad all the time. She still does her job just not good at customer service. I don t recommend coming here for a late night snack.

I recently had the pleasure of sinking my teeth into a Big Mac from McDonalds, and boy, was it an experience! Now, let me tell you, Ive had my fair share of Big Macs, but this one was something else. First off, the Big Mac is like a circus in your mouth. Youve got the juicy beef patties, the crunchy lettuce, the tangy pickles, and the creamy Big Mac sauce all dancing together on a sesame seed bun. Its like a flavor explosion, and Im pretty sure I saw fireworks when I took my first bite. The only downside to the Big Mac is that its gone too fast. One minute youre savoring every bite, and the next, youre left with nothing but a few strands of lettuce and stray sesame seeds on your plate. But hey, that just gives you an excuse to order another one, am I right?

Had to do it again. So this morning ordered two mcgridles no cheese...simple order right...lady at the drivetrough was having technical issues completing the order...but instead of turning of her microphone, she kep taking and saying she lost my order and did not know whay to do....eventually the lead hand answered her. She then repeat the order 3 more times!!!! All this to say ,when you hire incompetent/ lack of training workers, your going to have theses results. Who ever the owners are ,have definitely made money there sole priority.

Went throu the drive throu. I ordered a breakfast meal and a lunch meal. I paid at the 1st. window. I collected my coffee and rootbeer at the 2nd. window and was told to wait in parking space 6. Thats what I did wait for 15, fifteen, one-five minutes. When someone came out to see me, they told me that it wouldnt be long. I mentioned that my coffee was getting cold and my rootbeer warm. The manager came out with my order. I asked for another coffee and 2 free apple pies for compensation for the wait. She agreed. She said that there was no one in line and told me to go throu the drive throu again and mention her name . The coffee and pies would be waiting. A 15 minute wait in line again, and I finally got what she said that she would give. Oh! And I did not get my creams for the coffees. On the positive side, usually there is no problem at this location.
Feb 18 2024 Excellent improvements at the St Johns restoraunt. Very nice customer service, now I can recommend it. Had breakfast and lunch both good.

I have never been to a McDonalds with such poor service. All the customer-oriented service that can be found in other stores is stopped by a manager-like person, even if a certain employee is friendly. I agree with a person who said before that McDonalds should take back the right to operate
Ordered door dash and because they were in Rush hour it delayed the order to close to closing, they completely screwed up my order of ten items. Only one item was correct and good. They were too lazy to make mcchickens and sent mccrispy instead. Also did not even send my poutine. Update 31/12/2023 my brother got food poisoning on nye from the Big Mac. The staff is pleasant and will satisfy orders correctly most of the time . This particular location has easy access of Blvd St Jean in DDO . There is sufficient parking most of time . There is wheelchair access . As most fast food locations lately, there seems to be either staff shortages, or frequent staff turnovers .... both contributing to slow service or wrongly completed orders on occasion . Knowing this , it is important to be courteous and a little patient . One factor I find frustrating is submitting an order via the drive thru speaker , only to find they subsequently typed it wrong on the submission screen , or bagged it wrong at the window. I suggest one checks the order (bag) on receipt .

What can you say about a McDonalds restaurant?.. 99% of North Americans eat this once or more times per week. It is best to be consumed whilst intoxicated because youll forget that you need to do hundreds of pushups to avoid being overweight which is great.
Waited 30 mins for mobile order. Went inside to inquire, was told it was busy and to be patient. After 15 more minutes, we left and will charge back the credit card. Steady decline for this location over the last year. Do the owners ever even step foot in this establishment?

Food is good, people know their stuff, and they care about their customers. Although I prefer A & W, I can definetly say that McDonalds know their stuff when it comes to fast food and I would definitely eat here if a friend asked me to meet up here. Parking: The parking lot is good, but if there is a huge line for drive-through, you wont be necessarily able to access parking. Otherwise, plenty of free parking
