Amazing food

We havent been to Jukebox in a hot minute, forgot how delicious the burgers are there. We went tonight for the Coca Cola Santa truck which ended up being cancelled, we decided to eat there as a family of 5, 2 adults, 3 kids. We were greated by Jonathan and ended up being served by him, this young man was made to work with people. What a sweet soul, best service, friendly with the whole table, the whole time. It was amazing food but the service was impeccable. Jonathan, it was a pleasure. Well be back soon in hopes to be there during your shift.

Super beau resto style Diner américain, comme dans Grease. Très bien décoré. Cétait un mercredi en fin daprès-midi, donc lachalandage ny était pas, mais le service était excellent et attentionné. Ils font des superbes laits frappés! Bonne nourriture avec des portions plus que généreuses. Avec trop de choix sur le menu, nous allons devoir y retourner pour essayer dautres plats.

RIP Five Guys Tried to have lunch here on a Saturday, there were three tables in total including ours. The waitress did a great job taking our order, BUT FORGOT TO PLACE THE ORDER. we sat there for an hour before they realized. Waste of time. Gimmick.

I love the experience, the food has been divine every time, the drinks are wonderful, the atmosphere is a dream and the waitresses were absolutely delightful, came in with a party of 2 at 1:30 pm, seated immediately and served within 20 minutes of ordering All in all, come here whenever you can, and even when you cant

I come here often to celebrate special occasions and its always a pleasant experience. The ambiance is cool and the staff is very nice! The menu has a lot of options, and the food and desserts are great! With nut and sesame allergies, eating out can often be difficult for me but not here!

First of all, the atmosphere was sub par. My girlfriend suggested the place, but once I walked in I thought to myself Id never take a date here, its borderline trashy. My girlfriend is allergic to milk, so we asked if any of the buns had dairy in them. The waitress just said I dont know when I suggested she ask, she said I dont know if anyone would know. I said nobody here knows what your own products are made of? And finally she went to ask. All of them had dairy, so we got lettuce wraps. No reduced price btw for the lettuce wraps, which make your burger significantly smaller than a bun burger. We got sweet potato fries with that, no drinks. 70 friggin dollars. Are you kidding me. One of the worst dining experiences of my life. A&W would have been a third of the price, the food would have tasted better, and the vibe would be comparable. Good but pricey

Went for pre birthday today at around 5:30pm. Our waiter was attentative and was very nice. Had the mac and cheese bites with my significant other, and also a Nacho Burger with poutine I loved the cheese sauce from the mac and cheese bites was to die for especially mixed in with the burger. Our second time coming here and definetly will come back. Id love that cheese sauce recipie!

For the price paid, it was just average food, nothing extraordinary. It was a take-out. The people sitting in, were happy. I might try them again in a couple of years.

Food is always delicious, no matter what you order. GET THE WAFFLE fries, very worth it! Even the poutine is good! Service is friendly and efficient. Booths are a little small, we were 4 and felt pretty crammed. Especially if you have purses or jackets.

Overpriced ...Food Sucks !!

Jukebox Burgers primary feature is no doubt its retro-Americana theme, makes you feel like you stepped into a time machine to a diner in the 50s. Spectacular decor throughout. I came here with a coworker on a limited lunch break, so we called ahead to have our food prepared while we make our way. Unfortunately they failed to make the food in advance and we had to wait while we were there, resulting in us being a little late back to work. Besides this mistake, the service we received was exceptionally good. Our server cooperated and billed us quickly so we could leave on our schedule. The food itself was alright. The Elvis burger was good but nothing spectacular. The bun was actually the best part, the patty recipe could use improvement. We tried the buffalo mac and cheese as well, I have to say it was pretty disappointing. This mac was not creamy at all, consistency was far too thin. The buffalo chicken wasnt even breaded, just pieces of chicken mixed into some buffalo sauce that blended into the cheese sauce. Wouldnt reccomend the mac and cheese at all. I paid extra for a side of curly fries, and was a bit shocked to see that I received about 40% of the portion that my coworker received for the regular fries. I can understand that the regular fries are cheaper so they can give more, but to receive so much less while paying extra felt wrong.

I loved my experience here. I came here for a friends birthday celebration (around 30 people there) and the service was faster than i expected, the waiter was incredibly friendly and funny (tall big and strong with glasses). The food was great, portions were big enough to have leftovers, and we overall had a lovely time. Recommend coming here for sure.

First time visiting Jukebox Burgers. Everything on the menu looked amazing and but we finally settled on some burgers, southern comfort, and chicken nuggets for the kids. The food was fresh and delicious. Finished off our meal with an oreo extreme milkshake was also amazing. Overall, its a great family-friendly restaurant. Highly recommended it!

Not what it used to be quality and service went down hill

This is my 2nd time going to Jukebox Burgers and I am just as happy and as impressed as I was the first time. We had a large group for my daughter s grade 6 graduation, 20 people including children. Tyler was our waiter he had an amazing energy and attitude the entire time. He was very polite and extremely friendly. I was highly impressed! He came by often to inquire if we were okay and needed anything. He ensured everything was to our liking and coordinated with me throughout the night to ensure the cake was brought out when I wanted and delivered to my daughter. As I said my first experience was also amazing but we were about double the size this time. My husband paid and tipped and my daughter was so impressed she walked over and personally gave Tyler another tip! This is what customer service is supposed to be like! Such a nice young man! Great job with hiring Jukebox! And of course needless to say the food was AMAZING!!!! Not one complaint amongst the entire group. The restaurant s decor gives all the vibes! Very clean place even with how busy it was. The management/staff is top tier! Thoroughly impressed! We will be back soon! Parking: Lots of parking available. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, my two year old was full of energy that day more than his usual self and the staff was super accommodating made no complaints.

I went there with my partner on the evening of June 23. The egg on his burger was undercooked, the egg white leaked onto the plate enough to make a puddle. In my burger, there were two pieces of burnt onions on my crispy chicken, when there shouldnt have been any onions. I dont understand that 2 ingredients that should not be in contact with the self. We still ate our dishes, the taste of which was correct because we were hungry, while highlighting the problems mentioned above to the waiter so that he could report them to the kitchen since these are major health problems. We have had no response from the server, he does not seem to have passed the information. Service was slow, no water refilling, no checking to see if everything is okay. I pointed out the problems with our dishes to the waiter when he picked up our plates. The music was quite loud, the waiter had difficulty understanding what we wanted to order, so he brought my partner an apple pie instead of a chocolate brownie, because thats what we wanted. he thought he heard... I strongly advise against it for young children due to the noise. On Monday night, my partner got food poisoning which prevented him from going to work for a day, probably due to the undercooked egg. The poutine gravy tastes like poor quality brown gravy powder. My bread was wet with sauce, because they dont toast it. The lettuce in my sandwich was oxidized/not fresh. The fried chicken was dry, probably cooked well in advance. Poor quality food. Hygiene and sanitation problems. Service that leaves something to be desired. We will never go back there again. The only positive points are the retro decor and the ice cream. The menus are cleaned they had a strong smell of cleaning product. The toilets were clean.

I had been waiting to visit this restaurant since its opening yet never had the time. Today was the day. So a special lunch with my son. We got there and the place was practically empty. Okay. We ordered. Everything was fine. Music seemed loud with no patrons.Then the food came in. Such disappointment. A glow in the dark mac and cheese that we couldnt forked. The patty of my burger was excellent and that is it. Bread meh! Salad meh...Soda...watery. And nothing warm. We had to flag our waitperson for our bill. There was a mistake. After a 52.$ bill, We left annoyed. As i am writing this, i am somewhat angry or is it disappointment and the feeling of being ripped off. Anyway I will not be back.

Went for my birthday and I found hair in my burger. It does happen sometimes in restaurants. However, the waiter didnt even looked surprised when I pointed it out, just took it back to the kitchen. He returned with what looked like the exact burger minus the hair meal (there had been a strangely cut pickle both times). Our table tried to call the manager to hopefully hear some sincerity. Sadly, it took us 3 times to flag him down. Eventually he answered us almost generically sorry to hear about your experience, well go ahead and compensate your meal. I was not looking for a handout... simply try to make an effort to give a proper dining experience. The manager tapped me on the shoulder when he brought the bill and basically I felt ridiculed as if he was saying dont worry, nobody got hurt. Food was just ordinary, but Ive never been treated so poorly by wait staff.

However, they had a terrible experience with one of the server, she was very rude, impolite and unprofessional to them.. It wasn t even busy there, no customers inside, unfortunately she has an attitude towards them, she s skinny, long dark hair. Should educate or train your staff in correct manners delicious food, american diner vibe etccc . no use if your customer service is bad

Yesterday we had the absolute pleasure of walking through the doors of Jukebox restaurant. As soon as we entered, we were pleasantly greeted by Josée who considerately asked us if we were hot, in order for us to decide if we wanted to be seated in an air conditioned section of the restaurant. Josée kindly asking us this demonstrated that she values Jukeboxs customers being comfortable. Our experience at this well known diner got even better when our waitress, Krystal, informed us that she would be taking care of us. And believe me, that she did! Krystal was an absolute gem of a waitress from the beginning to end of our time at Jukebox! She ensured that our glasses of water were full at all times, was able to impeccably explain menu items advising us of the vegetarian, gluten-free options, offered on point recommendations for our meal choices and pleasantly chatted with us throughout our time at Jukebox. This West Island eatery is extremely fortunate to have an exemplary employee like Krystal. We were completely satisfied with our meals. From the Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap , to the Béliveau Burger , to the comforting, creamy Mac and Cheese ended off with the delectable and delicious desserts of the Big Chocolate Chip Cookie topped with ice cream and a Pineapple Banana Smoothie . Jukebox always provides mouth watering meals. Being a music lover, I thoroughly enjoyed the excellent musical selections that played while we dined as well. At times we were dancing while eating our scrumptious lunch. Way to go Jukebox!! Definitely a 5/5 star rating without hesitation!! Coming to your restaurant was without a doubt worth the drive across town. We will certainly be back again!! Until the next time...

I ve been coming here for years and everything is always excellent, across the board. They have some of the best burgers and soft serve on the West Island but honestly there is nothing on the menu I would say to steer clear from if you wanted to try something else. Oh and if you don t eat meat the veggie burger is also solid.

Food is very average, lots of changes compared to before (was much better). Amazing atmosphere, but only a one-time visit or to show someone around the West Island.

We were a little disappointed Floor staff was great. The place was pretty quiet but the food took a long time to come to the table. We had 2 classic Humphreys- over cooked and dry. No taste 1 chaplin rocket - was ok 1 southern comfort - chicken was dry , just 2 slices of bacon and barely any maple sauce . This dish used to be the reason we went to jukebox. Very disappointed Mac and cheese with chili was Awesome, but caution the chili is slightly spicy Chili fries also awesome Drinks and shakes were good. At 184$ before tip for 4 adults 2 kids we were very disappointed with the burgers I hope they were simply having an off day.

They make the absolute best chicken Caesar wraps. They always have everything ready and waiting before I get there. It s on the expensive side but I always worth it. The staff are always friendly and quick to help.

Food was average for the price, service was ok, but being very busy, it was not the best and the place was really loud. Also, having absolutely no option to keep kids entertained other than the bubble gum machines at the entrance, makes it a place I would not go back to, with my kids.... Kid-friendliness: Not at all....lots of kids that get bored at the table, not even a crayon with a coloring pad like other establishments....

In terms of burger places, this is a quantity over quality place. I wish they put as much effort into their food and service as they do on their decor and marketing. Like other reviews have mentioned, its not unusual to have to wait to be seated and then to feel rushed. Burgers are stacked too high, portions are enormous

I ordered a milkshake, hamburger and fries and it was really delicious! However our waiter was very rude and disrespectful. When it came time for my boyfriend to pay, the waiter (bigger build bald guy) practically forced him to give a tip, and said 5$ wasn t good enough for a 57$ order when he seemed rude right from the begining. I just find it incredibly disrespectful to DEMAND a higher tip for only decent service and given he doesn t know any type of financial situation. Be careful of that jackass.

I had the displeasure of dining at Jukebox Burger today for my birthday, and I must say, it was a less-than-pleasant experience. I was with a friend who politely asked the owner/manager (Marc) to warm his cold plate, the owner adamantly refused, displaying a shocking lack of customer service and basic hospitality. Save yourself the disappointment and dine elsewhere. His horrible attitude ruined my birthday.

My friends birthday got ruined by the owner. He was disrespectful, he gave us attitude and all because I politely asked if he could warm up a bit my cold mac and cheese. He aggressively refused and then proceeded to ignore us. At the end, he came back to say he asked the kitchen and he was only the messenger and proceed to tell me if I didnt like it, he was just going to take it away. For the rest of our supper, we were not only extremely uncomfortable but also were not able to enjoy our food. This is an awful way to end my friends bithday.

My recent visit to Jukebox Burgers was unfortunately ruined by a terrible experience with the waiter, who also happens to be the owner. When my friend had just received his plate, he kindly asked if it was possible to reheat his dish, as his Mac & Cheese was a little cold. Clearly offended, the waiter flatly refused to accommodate him and rudely pleaded that smoke was coming from his plate and that there was nothing he could do. Sure, there was smoke, but the inside of the plate was completely cold. Like when you reheat a dish for not long enough in the microwave. We were all stunned by his attitude and the hostile tone with which he responded. It was embarrassing. I am convinced that he would never accept his employees addressing customers in such a way. A real shame.

I used to love The Jukebox. Ive been going there for years.I dont know what has changed but the last 3 times we went, my friends and I were very disappointed. The Hamburgers were less tasty, one of the servers was on drugs or medicated and making a lot of mistakes, the owner tried to convince us that we didnt need to take our leftovers home..he didnt want to provide us with the packaging to do so, where before it was just offered.There was only pie and ice cream left to choose for from the dessert menu..there were no cakes.We went at 5:30pm..so not having a chunk of the dessert menu available was odd.It just felt like they were cutting corners all over the place.It made us think that maybe they werent doing well financially. We arent going back..there are too many fabulous restaurants to choose from to give a 4th chance to a past favourite.

We waited 15 mins for the server to come to our and that was just to put cutlery down and tell us he will be right with us. Took 10 mins for him to come back. My daughter wanted to leave off 2 things from her order and he was kinda rude telling us now it s modifications and we can t really do that during supper when it s busy . It wasn t even that busy in there based on the amount of ppl at tables while we were there. I told him it s just leaving off 2 toppings and he repeated what he told me. My daughter chose something else which was quite good and I ordered what she originally wanted and it was soggy and very disappointing. Only after our order was taken did he bring us room temperature water. She wanted the rest of her float in a to-go cup and he gave us one that doesn t come with a lid. I went to the bar and the girl was very nice and put it in a different cup that does come with a lid. $72 before tip for what we had and the quality, was way overpriced. Won t be going back.

jai pris le Burger porc effiloché, super bon assiette très généreuse! en général je naime pas la salade de chou, mais la leur est très croquante et jai adoré la sauce de la salade! mon conjoint a pris la poutine phily épicée excellente aussi. nous avons aussi pris un banane à Split en dessert. le tout était très bon et nous avons un très bon service.

Little romantic dinner for a couple, great service, the waiter was very attentive and did his job. Fast and courteous service. The portions were generous and the quality was there. The pulled pork was succulent and well cooked with a nice BBQ taste. The sweet potato poutine with a spicy twist was delicious. For dessert a bana slplit with their special ice cream. Relaxed atmosphere and retro decor. The prices are average and very reasonable for the portions.

When i first went here i loved until i went the second time which was today. Never in my life have i ever been sooo insulted by the waiter named Alex. He had the guts to be mad at me cause i didnt give him enough tip. Is it not the customer who is the one who decides how much tip is given or not? I as a customer has the right to choice how much tip i give... or not the employee. We have a business and would never treat our clients and customer is such a rude way. If i had this guy as a employee i would fire him on the spot. I will never go back there. Or maybe i would and the next time i wouldnt tip him at all.
