Used to love this place but quality and service has gone down. Just got delivery order which they made multiple mistakes on. Tried calling, was put on hold forever so hung up. Never going there again. Will send money elsewhere.
Great salads and very nice service
Fast and friendly service, clean and spacious establishment, large parking lot, strategic location. The home fried potatoes with garlic sauce is our favourite!
I came in last night at around 8:30pm for a shawarma plate. The service was very friendly; one of the men even gave me a water bottle on the house for my daughter. However, the food was scarce in the trays, and certainly tasted old. The meat was very dry, as were the potatoes and picked radishes. It was the first time I didn't enjoy an Amir meal. 3 big bites or so into my food, I felt my throat swelling and incredible heartburn. This horrible reaction escalated. I stopped eating the food after a couple minutes, although very hungry. I was soon pacing outside, afraid to drive. The reaction was so horrible and was getting worse, almost feeling like a heart attack combined with nausea. After some deep breathing I decided to try driving home. Halfway there my body vomited up everything I ate at Amir, all over my car. I felt better immediately after over an hour or so of much pain. I would say it was food poisoning, but it seemed more like an allergic reaction. I am not allergic to anything in that dish and have had it countless times. I also hadn't eaten for hours before. So either it was good poisoning, or there was cross contamination in the kitchen prep with an employee who'd been eating peanuts, as that is the only thing I've been testing to be severely allergic to. Either way, the food was in poor condition, old, and clearly something was wrong with it. Hoping that this feedback will encourage better quality of food preparation. I am VERY thankful my baby daughter refused to eat it (which is unusual for her too). Thank you!
Went in on the 29th or 30th June 2024, service was fantastic, he smiled, he's nice and I feel like a customer and the food looks fresh and good. I never tip, I tipped the guy 2$, it's not much but it's just to show that I really appreciate the way he does things. Now today, I went in, it's the other guy, tall and skinny and looks like he wants to kill himself? I asked for the same thing, Shish taouk plate, now right away I noticed he does not put as much as the other guy, ok fine, whatever, he gets to the salad and his "romaine" lettuce is bright yellow and white, I ask him, is that the only lettuce you have? usually it's green, it looks fantastic. He shouted, what's wrong with my lettuce and then went off saying I always do this, waste his time and to not come back. He might be referring to the last time I came in and he looked at me like 2-3 times and didn't once say hello. I decided to leave, there's no way I'm going to look at this guy that wants to kill himself. He actually said Hi, as I was leaving, I turned around said Hi and left. Or maybe he's referring to the time that I asked him not to put dried chicken that has been sitting on his metal plate under the chicken stick that goes around on the grill thing. He didn't understand what I said, and he did put dried chicken in my two plates so I left. If you don't want to be there, WHY ARE YOU THERE? People that come in want to have a good time, get some good food and not feel your mental issues just by looking at you. It's too bad, it's the only "Lebanese place" in the area that had nice green lettuce. I hope you get rid of that angry MOFO because he's obviously costing you sales.
My brothers who run this location are the BEST habibis who are always so friendly and kind! It doesn't hurt that the food is as good as the service, which is EXCELLENT. They always give such generous portions and I will not go to another Amir location because people like these guys deserve all the business and support. Shkran! 😄👍

Sometimes they grill the pitas sometimes they don t. Depents on emotional moods of employee. Tonight the guy looked miserable. I got my pita in 24 seconds flat. Before I could even tap my card lol. Get a new job bro.

Assistance dogs are not welcome, despite the fact that in Quebec, these dogs are recognized and accepted everywhere... I wonder if this is due to the fact that the employee was an immigrant... That indicates a lack of knowledge of our province. And to add to it, he spoke in English.

I go every week , my last visit , there was a lady behind the cash . She got mad at me for taking a plastic fork . Omg I was so embarrassed. I wont go back . A fork , WOW.

The biggest Lebanese Food Chain in the area, also the first one to arrive at the province. Quality and service may be variable from location to location. But, in general, the profile of taste is much better than presentation. The jewel item are chicken and potatoes, among many others.
They robbed me off , 11 $ plus tax for a small, really small chicken mini plate , nothing else, while a full meal with fries, rice and salad for About 12 $ they just want you to buy a meal not chicken only, which is fine, will never go here again.
By far the best Amir in the West Island! The staff is always really nice and food is amazing!
Good, but not as good as last year when I visited. The Bustan has maintained its higher level. You guys can improve, need a quality control director and site audits in my opinion.

I have been patronizing this restaurant for more than 10 years, and then I had this experience in October..... I ordered my food and was waiting to pay. My food sat in a tin by the cash. A man came in while I was waiting. They took his order and I was still waiting to pay. I asked if I could pay, and showed my card. I was told one minute The mans food was ready. They let him pay first. I didnt leave a tip and will never go back.
Food was not fresh its was cold. Potatos where hard like a rock and chicken was blan I dont recommend this place!!!!!!!

Bad customer service. Unpleasant and sexist. I asked to replace the fries/rice with salads. The waiter started yelling at me, telling me that Im a woman and that Im just looking for trouble.
All the employees are so nice! Very welcoming, super polite! Fast service! Very generous portions! I love everything about Amir! Couscous, moussaka salad, avocado salad, different plates with rice and potatoes! A treat!

Very good and fresh. I ordered a small plate of Shish Taouk. The portion is very generous, there is enough for two people. Service is impeccable. I recommend!

The shrimps were well done but the beef was undone. We waited for more than 15 minutes for the dishes to go and at home we found a worm in the spinach salad.
Nice and clean place to indulge oneself with a Lebanese dish of shawarma, shish taouk or a delicious vegetarian falafel. Combo beef and chicken plate is great. I ask half-half rice and hot potatoes. And half-half humus and garlic sauces. Dont forget to ask extra tahini sauce on the top of your dish and the warm pita bread. Staff are friendly. The restaurant is accessible to wheelchairs. Chicken was dry and reheated from yesterday. Rice was still hard and oily. Garlic sauce was too sour and half of my plate was all lettuce, not worth the price. Very disappointed. Never going back. There are better shawarma places out there. This resto has a bad rating in Uber Eats.
Horrible food! I had a beef wrap that was completely inedible, not cause of gross taste but the beef was of just low quality it chewed like gum some parts was like rubber, it was just connective tissue and tendons. A good 70 percent of my sandwich was not safe to eat. If zero was a option I would put it here

Amir on Labrosse corner St Jean in Pointe Clair. Went there to pick up lunch, ordered a falafel trio, The chef? put it in a Pita and the proceded to grill, was cold. The girl asked me if I wanted a drink, asked for an Ice Tea was charged $1.50 more no problem but the girl should have told me that it was extra

I go there like 2x per month, mostly to get my dinner when I travel to Montreal. They give a lot of portions, food is tasty. The service is good for sure. However, dont forget to get your knife and spoon if you take it out, they are separate from the cash counter. Only reason for 4 star is that the food is a bit salty, and Im on low-sodium diet.

The food is good and the prices are fair. However they only use disposable items (plates, cutlery etc) and do not allow reusable alternatives even when you bring your own. One of the staff members was rude. The rest were friendly though.

I ordered this the other day I live 10 minutes from their establishment it took them over an hour to get me my food. So the pieces were pretty soggy when I got them not too impressed. If you want to eat there go there and eat it delivery not recommended

Ive been going here regularly (every other saturday/sunday) for a few years now and the food and service has always been very good. HOWEVER, lately the food qualitys been.... questionable. The last two times I went were... blegh. The first time the chicken was burnt to an absolute crisp and the second time the lettus was browning and the chicken was not only cold, but also looked and tasted borderline raw. (The second time actually made me sick). Im fairly certain its because the staff is new/different, as I didnt recognize any of the employees those last two times (the guy mopping the floor was also handling the food which... no. just. no.). Needlessly to say, I will be avoiding this place for a while. Not looking to get sick again.

There are a few Amir locations in proximity, this is by far my favourite. (Odd that Amirs all have distinc flavours but such is as it is.)
I ate up the chicken plate in like 5 minutes! Great food, 30 min approx. delivery. Get the garlic potatoes.
Really good food considering that this is essentially a fast food outlet. Tabbouli in particular is delicious! Fast and friendly service. I would definitely eat here again.

Amir always has great food... however, i ordered a shish taouk sandwich last week, 3 guys held my lunch with bare hands, no gloves., 1 guy to open bread and add hummus, pased it to guy 2, he added lettuce etc, then guy 3 for the chicken.. I simply walked out, not sanitary or healthy enough for me.. Never again dirty Amir... Gloves, small plate, anything, but 3 guys using both bare hands = 6 mans hands groping my lunch... Does this only bother me?

If u can give 0 stars I would have. The sandwich was small. Vegetables were all nasty meaning its been there for a long time. The turnip lost it colors and it was very light pink instead of the real color tomatoes were green. Never going there again.
