Very disappointing! I used to go to this location all the time. The chips were stale, the ingredients not as fresh. I will not return. The chain in Pointe Claire is much better.

Ordered on the skip the dishes, waited a long time for my food. Got the WRONG order. Called the resto, was told Just eat it, With a terrible attitude mind you, I do not eat PORK. Completely ridiculous service! A real joke!! No one there, we go to the counter, spend at least 5 minutes before one of the two people looks at us!! No smile, no friendliness! We were disturbing I think!!! With all the choices around, we should care a little more about the customer!! I wont go back there again!!

We went there on a Saturday afternoon after the busy lunch hours. The trash station was quite messy. The only 2 staffs were busy preparing ingredients and that might be the reason that they did not have time to clean. The one who served as was very polite. We ordered regular burritos. The portion was generous and the taste was good, except that the rice was not that warm even after wrapped and warm up. We were the only customers sitting there for half and hours and this would be a good time for them to clean the place.

Missing drink in my order. Had to eat spicy food without drink.

5hey make big massive Burritos. One thing to check is watch whoever is making it and quantity of meat. As we ordered several Burritos we noticed 1st few had a nice portion of meat. As more Burritos were being made we noticed they were filling them with rice etc... but from maybe 2-3 Tablespoons of meat for Xtra large Burritos they were putting at the end maybe a 1.5 Tablespoons of meat. If your running out of meat guys please go get another container of meat (chicken, beef pulled meat) and dont try to build a Burrito by hopping client isnt watching and oopps... convienently forgetting to short them on a Burritos they are paying for. Dont do that to us please......

Hi- I went to ths place about an hour ago,and one thing for sure,I will never ever be going back!!! I have been craving tacos for a few days now,and because Taco Bell is no longer in Quebec,I decided to give this place a try. BIG MISTAKE!! I went in,and saw the sign on the wall that read 3 tacos for $8.99,which should come to $10.34 with taxes. I pointed to the sign and told the guy that that was what I wanted - 3 for $8.99. He asked me what kind of meat, and I told him beef,and hard shells. I then told him what I wanted on them, and everything seemed fine. I then went to the cash, and was charged $12.52 with taxes. That was $2.18 more that I thought it shoud be.I didnt say anything and just paid. I did not ask for anything extra. He then put them in a bag,and I took them home about 5 minutes away. I carried them very carefully,and when I go home.the shells were all broken in half!! I had asked him for beef, and beef is what I got, little hard round chunks of cold beef!! Most of it ended up in the garbage pail. This place is nowhere even half as as good as Taco Bell was.!!! I guess the next time I crave tacos, I will take a little trip to Ontario,and visit a real taco shop - TACO BELL.

Quesada is the closest thing Quebec has to Chipotles. Take-away Mexican food for a decent price. Ingredients taste fresh and good is ready pretty quickly.

Awesome staff, great food, fast service. I can only comment on the vegan part of what they offer: super fresh food, very tasty ingredients. They cook the beans themselves and dont use canned beans. I come here almost everyday and Im super picky with my food. Would definitely recommend

Visit Chipotle and learn how to make burrito...i ordered flame grilled chicken and ground beef...chicken taste like boil chicken ...and very difficult to find the chicken pieces....very very less quantity of chicken and ground beef..

Really like the spicy chicken tacos (hardshell). Saw previous reviews here about small portions, however I found the portion to be good. Service is friendly and fast. Ive been here a few times and will definitely go back. Thank you!

It was okay.. we wanted to try a Mexican place and we ordered from Uber eats. They had a deal if you spend 25$ you get a free pulled pork burrito with garlic flavour. We got our food and my tacos( hard shells) were very good, but they were half empty.. The pork in the free burrito, we didn t like it.. it was puréed like it had been put through a blender, was definitely not pulled pork. We also ordered a large burrito and it was good. Everything else was good

Went to eat here on a busy Sunday with only 2 employees working. It took over 30 minutes just to place my order and after that my burrito without toppings was just sitting on the counter for another 15 minutes with flies coming all over it. The burritos are already expensive enough , I just left in disgust. I get that the employees are overwhelmed but it was an absolute lack of organization. Go eat elsewhere on the strip mall

Went there an hour ago the girl that was working she was mute the whole time , she didnt say hi or greed her customers I asked her what I wanted and her reply was ok good . Prior i tried spicy chicken, very good but way to spicy for me, but tasty (4 Stars as of last week, service and tasty burrito) i just tried The Drunken Chicken just for namesake lol, love the name but it was just ok at best, not worth the extra price (3 Stars) This location is lucky i am giving 2 Stars, because the bathroom was absolutely disgusting I informed them of the washroom situation but, manager was more concerned pushing the next sale. Depending on the employees, it can range from 4 to 2 Stars lol, be aware, this photo is kinda gross

Unfortunately nothing like chipotle. Very small portions of protein and in general on the bowls. Its almsot as if the staff have been told to count the beans. Takes the fun out of what is supposed to be a packed bowl of food. Wouldnt be overpriced if they werent so cheap about it but as it is the bowls are half full and most definitely overpriced. Nothing special on the flavour either. As a response to the owner. I asked for more and the staff were not forthcoming. Thanks

Very customer oriented, we had orders before and quality was great. This time I did a quick order on uber eats and I forgot to add stuff to the burrito, they were so nice to do a follow up call and check if I actually need something in it. Great experience and taste.

Ordered through UberEats. Got a chicken burrito bowl and the chicken pieces were so small and flavourless. The large burrito bowl isnt actually that big either. Yes its filling, but I cant imagine a regular size burrito bowl. We also got burritos and it was okay. Nothing crazy. If youre expecting Chipotle quality, dont. Chipotle is way better.

The place, although simple looking, hosts a nice/warm staff and very good food. I was indecisive about the various choices available to me and the very nice lady made some suggestions that turned out to be a hit! We were there before closing time and the staff remained very genuinely nice/warm. The only sad point for me was that they ran out of beef for the burritos. They have many chicken options (which makes most of their burrito menu), 1 grilled veggies option, 1 vegan option, 1 pork, 1 beef. Im really not a chicken eater, nor am I vegan, and just veggies wont satisfy me! I need meat! So, I was left with the only available option for me: pork. I think there needs to be more meat options, besides chicken, to accommodate meat eaters, and have them in enough supply, so as to not run out of meat. Besides Quesada obviously not ordering enough beef (Note to Owner/Management: Order MORE beef!!! lol), and the lack of varied meat options, this is a good place to eat... The large burrito was + - $12,the Mega burrito was + - $15. Guacamole is included in the Mega burrito, and will cost you an extra $2 for the large burrito. Extra meat (pork) for the Mega burrito was an extra $3. In the end, it adds up. Depending on what you order and if you add extras, it can easily come to $50 for 2 people. Though, knowing how good my leftover burrito tasted cold, fresh out of my fridge, the next day... I say its worth it coz it still tasted pretty good!...

HORRIBLE. It took 2 hrs to receive my delivery. Called the restaurant when they were 20 mins passed the ETA on delivery and was told the driver was on the way. 20 mins after that, nothing. I contacted JUST EAT, app I ordered through, they claim to have to spoken to manager and told me the driver was on the way. Finally arrived 20 mins later, stone cold, a missing my rice and cilantro lime sour cream. Churro was harder than granite. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!
