Well I have ordered many times from pac pac and will say the best fried chicken in the west island and the fries to die for also the best in the west island .Amongst all there other choices very good quality and always fresh and since I love my fried chicken this is the best I have had in the west island keep doing what you are doing spices and seasoning very good in taste .

I recently tried Pac Pac MTL, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are friendly. I ordered the fried chicken pieces and the smash burger and both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The balance of bold flavors was spot-on, and portion sizes were generous for the price. If you re in the west-island and want a tasty, unique dining experience, definitely check out Pac Pac MTL!

I tried this place for the first time. I ordered their fried chicken combo, with mashed potatoes and mac n cheese on the side, it was amazing. The portions are huge, the gravy sauce was delightful, overall 10/10. The service was very good and the dining place is very spacious.

Pac Pac is an awesome fast food stop. Their highlight is their amazing fried chicken - beautifully seasoned, crispy on the outside and juicy and flavourful on the inside. They definitely do fried chicken the right way. I tried the biscuit too which had some unordinary mediterannean herbs for a biscuit, but was very good nontheless. Not all sides seem to be a hit however as I did not enjoy the mac and cheese- Very watery cheese sauce, not creamy at all. But I would not judge a fried chicken place based on their sides. The service is great, Adam and his family truly care about your customer experience here.

Our first time visit, the staff is very welcoming and took the time to explain the menu. The food was excellent, my son ordered the spicy chicken burger. It was delicious, since it was prepared on the spot. Fresh ingredients, spicy sauce had nice taste and prices are very good-BEST part is that they use real chicken breast/no processed meat. Excellent food and portions. I ordered fried chicken combo with fries and it really surpassed my expectations. Very tasty especially the fries. I dont know what spices you add to fries but what a good mix of flavours big thumbs up! On top of that service is uncomparable my friend told me they forgot to give him a sauce once and they sent a driver with two sauces and an extra fry to accomodate him. Unheard before! This restaurant have a great potential to be one of the best. We tried the Fried Chickens and the Grilled Foods, The only bad thing is that the food is over salty.. they need to really work on lowering the Salt seriously, the gravy is not good at all. the Grilled beef, Chicken and pickles are extremely salty and in smaller bites than other restaurants, The only good is the Kufta Kebab.

I am not the person to review places but this place sells you a chicken burger combo 15$ according to the side . Even tho in store it s a different price I went to this place March 7 2024 around 8:30 pm with me and my friend and both spent over 20 $ each the burger looks great from the outside but don t get me started on the inside it was super pink no way it was safe for a kid or adult the more I ate the burger I realised it was becoming practically raw it went from pink to practically chewing rubber I asked a couple of my buddies that have been there and all told me the same chicken is always undercooked and barely any fried the food does taste good but under these circumstances it s very disappointing and waste of my money and had me waiting for along time after I was told 10 min

First impressions it looked good i went on the website to check the prices out but turns out it was more expensive in store, secondly the nice gentleman told me it s gonna take 5-10 mins unfortunately wee waited for ate last for 30 mins and then when they served us the food it looked good but when i took a bite of the burger it was rubber the fries were okay and mind you we spent 19$ for semi cooked food I ve asked some of my freeinds they also said that the burger was like this

Place is really clean, like impeccable. Staff is chill. But the food just isnt good. The chicken is really bland, the bun wasnt warm(burger). Honestly this place has potential because its unique, but they need to fix their chicken recipe, make something like kfc, because it really had no taste. I cant believe mcdonalds junior chicken is better. The fries is not bad, i like the kind, but they need more salt and seasonning. Pac pac you got potential, the place was empty on a staturday night, make your chicken good like kfc, chick fil A or popoyes for gods sake.

The only reason I m giving this restaurant a 4/5 is because I haven t tasted the entire menu. Everything I have ordered has been fresh and flavourful. The customer service is amazing and the experience as a whole was excellent. Definitely will be paying them another visit soon.

Overall pretty good. The chicken wings with the chili oil were dry and spicy. The chicken strips were more like flattened boneless fried chicken, not a complaint though. Pac pac sauce is a heavily seasoned mayonnaise based sauce that I liked.

Had the smash burger today - really good!

I got the three peice chicken plate and it was excellent. Crispy battered chicken on the outside and still tender on the inside, and the mash potatoes were on point as well. Had the cheese stuffed chicken burger, was fantastic. The chicken was juicy and the cheese oozes out after you take your first bite. It is messy so make sure you bring napkins but definitely worth it. My friend and the chicken wrap, it was light and hit the spot. The onion rings were really good as well.

Ordered 60 pieces for a family dinner. Chicken pieces were large and extremely tasty and not oily. Picked up at 3pm and served at 7pm. Warmed it up 30min before dinner at 175 and it came out juicy and hot just like fresh from the restaurant. Friendly staff, clean place. This aint your typical fast-food chicken cooked hours ago and left under food heat lamps. Fresh great tasting food, decent choice of sides. The gravy was amazing, and the poutine was fantastic, reminds me of my younger days eating at the McGill Engineering cafeteria. Usually get the Combo 15 with extra poutine. More than enough food for family of 5.

Quite disappointed if I m being honest. I expected a lot better based on reviews but this was quite bland. I appreciated that it was fried nicely but the coating lacked seasoning and flavor. Fries were Costco and had no seasoning. Tenders felt like they were frozen, very thin and very dry. The sauces were also disappointing. The price was OK and the burger was quite big portion wise. Ultimately will not order again. Best fried chicken in the West Island remains Matjip, Corilla and Birdhouse.

The BEST CHICKEN EVER !!!!! If you want to spoil yourself I suggest to take the Le fromage sandwich oh my goodness its a pleasure. And If WEANT TO TASTE HEAVEN add some chicken tenders and dip them with some gravy

Surprisingly, they have increased the prices 20% in last month. 3 pieces was 15.95 and now is 19.99. Also, chicken portions got smaller. Generally, food quality is good but prices and increases are not reasonable.

I would summarize my experience as that of a pretty empty shell. The places are resolutely modern, the images are tempting, but the flavors are not there. Furthermore, the service is indifferent, at best. Some of my drink was spilled and I would have expected to be offered another one, but the offer didnt come. On the plus side, the portions are huge, but I searched in vain for some scent or aroma that could enhance the flavor of a boring patty of fried chicken buried under an inch of breading. The only taste left in the mouth is that of dissatisfaction. The fries are okay, but fail to uplift my stomachs mood. Therefore, I wish the kitchen would find a way to bring more life to chicken. There is potential, we just need to change the recipe a little! PAC PAC has to be the best friend chicken in Montreal hands down. Amazing cooks, so many menu items and promotions during the year! If you haven t gone please do so, something for everyone! The chicken is so flavourful and fresh, the sides are delicious and the prices are great!
