Very unprofessional. No greetings and poor customer service. Opening hours are not accurate.

I really enjoyed the food at Coq-express in Dorval. The club sandwich was delicious and the fried chicken was very crispy. Delivery was fast and the order arrived hot. I recommend without hesitation.

Had a craving for BBQ chicken tonight. Picked up a 1/4 chicken chef s choice. It was delicious. Service was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend.

It appears this establishment does not react too well to negative but truthful reviews. I am now blocked from ordering from them online. Reviewers beware. Tried the new online address you sent but not able to order anything. Appears to be incomplete.

Chicken salad was acceptable for the price

Well worth the wait. The chicken was hot and perfectly cooked. The fries were crispy and the gravy delicious! Best chicken I have had in a long time!

Theyre worth the time. The staff is awesome and thats whats make this spot awesome. The owner works hard at what he does to keep the joint alive.

Worst fried chicken ever just breaded. Not crunchy or crispy or have any flavor. Fries are the cheap basic frozen kind. Old frying oil gives a bad taste. Wash-rooms are disgusting. Never again.

We ordered grilled chicken and chicken fillets and both have good flavors. The Coleslaw is also fresh and delicious.

Place was neat organized and clean, customer service isnt bad, however I ordered a large poutine to try it for the first time, ended up being with cold chicken (not seasons at all) closer to being raw than cooked, and the cheese was extremely cold they basically just fried some fries, I went in again and asked if they can heat and all they did was add a hot poutine sauce.......left disappointed with the fact that I payed almost 20$ for it...

Cheeseburgers: a miserable salad leaf that probably saw the last war. A poor, totally tasteless slice of tomato. I looked for a long time, but I couldnt find the cheese. The buns were heated so much that they almost turned into powder. As for what they claim to call steak, its actually a reconstituted thing that might taste like meat, but it doesnt get past the stage of disgusting fat. As for fries, I never imagined that you could make something so inedible. In short, the only thing correct was the mini-doses of sauce and salt, industrial as usual. The person who took my order over the phone was as friendly as a sewer grate, speaking in a language I still havent been able to identify, pretending not to know the delivery location, but quickly understanding the word dollar. Only the delivery man seemed friendly, which will excuse him for not speaking French. Quebecois friends: rest assured, in France we also have temples of junk food. -

I ordered the chicken fingers platter, with an additional salad. three of the chicken fingers were overcooked, and tasted burnt. And the rest, well it left a bitter, dusty taste in the mouth. Perhaps it was old oil, perhaps it sat too long. Either way, it did not sit well. I would like to mention that this is not the first time I had it at the Dorval location, and it seems to be a 50/50 chance it is either amazing, or inedible.

Tried for the first time. The food was edible but not that pleasant. Fried chicken was over cooked and quite dry. Breading flavour consisted of just salt and a lot of it. Poutine was just ok, gravy was not that flavourful. Only pluses were the Coleslaw was good and Food arrived hot. I won t order again.

I ordered 2 chicken burgers and neither had mayonnaise or other sauces inside. It is very dry. The grilled chicken had a slight burnt taste. Beautiful presentation.

Great food the owner is amazingly nice, their delivery guys on the other hand, are inconsiderate and rude, they drive like maniacs and have no concern for your order.

They have a best fried chicken .. one thing i will recommend to all is order poutine with sweet chili sauce on it.. It will taste better than normal poutine if you love to try something new.

The chicken is often are the good side, meaning its pretty inconsistent, hit & miss kinda place, often the fries are terrible , cold and over cooked. There sre price inconsistencies also, not charged whats on the flyer, real pros is that they have variety on their menu, try the coq o bec laval instead for eat in or take out if you can.

Ordered delivery from the Aloft hotel tonight. Was told options for spice level on the wings BEGAN at extra spicy. Figured ok it must be a moderate spicy and goes up from there so I agreed to extra spicy. Saw later that there were far more options than the sweet bbq or extra spicy including what would have been my choice...buffalo. The extra spicy was not a good choice - My husband and my faces are burning. Far too spicy as a base level. And we will like have an uncomfortable flight tomorrow. Then the delivery... Delivery driver showed up quickly but gave himself an 18% TIP discreetly and told me to tap my card. Figuring Id pick the tip afterwards, I tapped my credit card. He then began to leave when I told him I wanted my receipt from the machine. He reluctantly gave it to me and walked away quickly. An 18% tip for delivery when not chosen by the customer is ABSURD. That is essentially STEALING. I had noticed he did it but refused to get into an argument the night before my vacation... --------------------------------------------- In summary - the delivery guy was a crook and the person who took my order was misinformed. Resulted in a lackluster overpriced meal that will hurt more than my pocketbook.

Second time Ive ordered here and both times food was terrible. Jerk chicken wings were not even in proper jerk sauce and wings were burnt and cold. Chicken fillets were dry and rubbery. My friend ordered popcorn chicken meal and recieved about 15 pieces of chicken the size of marbles. Needless to say we are not ordering here again.

Courteous service. On the other hand, I was treated to a club sandwich with cold meat and thats <normal> for them. Sauce is average and fries really ordinary. Bread was dry and cold. I would no longer go to this restaurant. I wish this restaurant good luck, because it is new and I hope that one day they will decide to make decent food. At the price charged, the food should be hot.

Very good chicken. First time ever at any Coq-o-bec. Found the food better than Scores but waiting for a second visit ( or a delivery ) before giving a final verdict.
