Déposez vos valises, puis venez casser la croûte!
Not sure whether it is rule or not but when we ordered two kids meal, the cashier demanded to see the kids. They were already seated with others. Felt very disturbing. Not sure it is the right way to approach. Because if we order online should we upload pics of our kids? Can some shed some light please?
Not a huge fan of "bread crumb style" breading, more of a tempura style fan. But for that style this was the best you can ask for. But I will say I usually expect the tempura style from places that are specialized in fried chicken, it's just a better coating that's more pleasing to bite into. Fries look like they're generic but turns out they're top shelf 👌
Walked in to try out the airport version of st Hubert. The menu was unclear so asked the person at the cash (around 8:30 August 17) is that all they have in the menu cause I don’t see some of the items the person asked me “what do you mean you can’t see”, when I said like I don’t see chicken so I don’t understand and the person said “what do you mean you don’t understand”. By this time I had to call out your staff for being condescend and not supportive. I walked out completely unsatisfied and frustrated and the person did absolutely nothin and went back inside. At these prices, answering people is the least you can do. The person needs to be retrained on how to serve guests. Awful! Hope someone reads these and trains the staff bette!!
I was at the terminal for my flight. Since I still have a can of Arizona lemonade with 5%alcohol in my carry-on, I need some ice to drink with. The lady at this spot just gave me a small cup and said she couldn't really charge me so it's OK to have some for free. I tipped her and her colleagues in the tip jar. Feel very grateful. Now I can enjoy my drink.
I wouldn’t feed this to a barn animal. Ordered the club sandwich with fries. Bread was soggy like a wet sponge and fries were ice cold. Tried to talk to them about it, but all of a sudden they didn’t speak English. What a surprise. Threw it out after one bite. Don’t waste your money.
Since it left Ontario a long time ago, I missed it very much. Nice to be able to eat it on a connection. Price is higher than in the city, but the hot chicken (dark meat) sandwich was very satisfying. It's also counter serve so you don't have to deal with tipflation.
I’m normally a fan of this chain of restaurants but my meal at this particular location had been a disappointment. From how the food was served to how it tasted - it was awful. The chicken tenders tasted like fried paper. The French fries were too salty. And the soda was served in a coffee cup. All this, at airport prices. Never going back to this place.
First order at this place. The price is a little bit high but the quantity of food is good. Fresh and hot food. Tasty roasted chicken 9/10. Recommended
Very expensive, extremely slow service
Horrible food, very expensive, all of it went into the garbage.
I love St-Hubert. But this branch doesnt do it justice. Prices are high. They dont want to serve us childrens menus/reduced portions. The checkout staff seems annoyed when we try to lower the price of the bill. I continue to be disappointed. The service is fast though.
I wish theres St-Hubert out in western Canada. Always stop by for take out order whenever passing through YUL.
Really small portion (nearly kids ones) for the price. Lots of paper bags with only one item in it.
I appreciate that this is a cultural icon - my grandfather revered this place in the mid-70 s but $48 for a poutine and a chicken sandwich h is just outrageous. Grossly overpriced and overrated.
They distort the name St-hubert. Apart from the recipes, and even still everything is pre-made and simply reheated, all the characteristic elements of St-Hubert are no longer found there. You want extra coleslaw for your kids, $3 more; replace your fries with a Caesar salad (normally free of charge) $4 more. Finally the prices are boosted by more than 30% than in the dining room, but for an express.
Its a St-Hubert Express, therefore, a counter, so no table service. The service is excellent, fast. The place is a little lacking in space for more tables, its a little tight between the St-Hubert space and that of the neighboring business, Brûlerie St-Denis. A little more cleanliness would be appreciated. The prices, still good for a restaurant in an airport. The fries are excellent.
Worst restaurant Ive ever seen. For life, the food is terrible, and the staff even more so.
Quick and good to eat 0oulet before departure
Great beer and food
Ordered a white meat club sandwich, the chicken didnt smell good, the bacon wasnt cooked, the traditional coleslaw smelled of the past, in short, never again at St Hub for me, worst St Hub restaurant ever in YUL Trudeau
A clerk who doesnt understand French and a cold brownie in her hand. There should still be a minimum!
The meal was generally good except for the fries which were not cooked and not salty. The meals are too expensive for what...
I just read a lot of negative reviews at only one star. I share widely!! And like them I had to wear one. The meal was ok, just like fast food. On the other hand, the horrible welcome, no politeness and zero professionalism!!! Too bad to leave the country with this kind of experience.
The white meat Club Sandwich was very fresh and generous, the creamy salad very fresh, the fries and sauce were hot. Impeccable service.
Empty food trays, very unpleasant and cold cashier , dirty table and nobody to remove dirty dishes. What else can I comment if you end up eating in a restaurant that has taken your money before you get a table. Bad experience. Two thumbs down .
Today I ordered a white meat hot chicken. The chicken was undercooked and soggy with fat. I forced myself to eat it. Seven hours later, I saw it all again. For a $21 dish, that s not much!!!
Overpriced, very poor customer service
Super overpriced
when we have a restaurant in an airport, we offer 24-hour service, or at least when its 11 a.m., we can hope to be able to eat. Well no. Supposedly it opened at 11 a.m., but on several occasions the employees came to tell me that it opened in 5 minutes. Finally, it opened at 11:15. Great if youre in a hurry, especially with all the wasted time at customs at the moment. Incompetent and grumpy employee, incapable of speaking French (we are in Montreal, remember), who complained when I asked him for a small change in my order and since he didnt understand anything in French it was better to let it go. In short, horrible service, which is a shame because good food, fast and generous. Airport prices, a good 15% more than in a traditional restaurant. Not cool.
Perfect before going on a trip
Fast service to the airport
I cant give less than one star so, there you go! But, even if the food was just about okay, the welcome was so abject that I couldnt enjoy my meal! In fact, the employee who took our order spoke to us as if we were stupid! She made absolutely no effort to explain the different dishes to us and when we made her repeat it, she rolled her eyes, like these tourists are making me drunk!... In short, very bad experience! And unfortunately our last impression of our stay in Quebec Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burger
I overheard the cashier making fun of immigrants accents and saying their attempts to speak the local French language is their pet peeve to their manager in front of a line of customers. Disrespectful behaviour and mediocre food.
Tasty chicken. Staff overloaded.
Poot poot ding. Ding. In the west we only have chalet Swiss now so it s a nice treat to be able to dig into a little st Hubert. Yum!!!
I work at the airport, so its common for me to have my meal in restaurants. Last night I opted for St-Hubert... Big mistake! The chicken was still PINK... I had to use the bathroom EXPRESS... Is that what St-Hubert Express means?...
Thank you to the employer for the beautiful raw sweet potatoes and my good poutine without cheese, I will definitely order from scores next time xx
Got my order 1h20 minutes later. Everything was cold and gross. Had to microwave it and the chicken was still gross. Got the ribs and spine bones with it. Disgusting af!!!!!!!
Average value for money. Fast food fried chicken. There is an interesting diversification of the menu even if the quality has changed since the purchase by an American company. Variable service.
super good
This place has no delivery, phone number is a general number. To reach the store the right extension is 6750
A must everytime Im in Montreal.
It is quick and very tasty. I d recommend ordering online before it saves quite a bit of time.
Chicken leg was a little dry.
How does st Hubert run out of chicken??
Fast but not big place to eat!
Clean, good and fast restaurant
Very good service and food
Food was ok. Service with a smile... nowhere to be found.
We visited this restaurant in March 2018. We were 3 adults and 1 child 7 years old. The service was fast and our order complied with our request. The food was perfect and served hot. The desserts were good and tasty. This is the 3rd time we have been to St-Hubert and we have always been satisfied. This restaurant is clean and employees smiling. The food is good. The Bangkok salad is excellent and the portion is good. The cocktails are good. I took a white sangria which was what I expected from it. Plus the prices are very affordable! We had a waiter who improved the evening (po). What is expected of a st-hubert
Super unfriendly staff and blend food. We asked several times about a menu but the employee wasnt able to give details. The best part of the food was a salad, which tells you alot about a chicken restaurant.
Love their wings
Good quality
Excellent fast service..
Very average service. The cashier barely speaks French. Disorganized in terms of dishes. The soft drink dispenser does not work. Disappointing dining experience
Fast service and efficient checkout employees.
Exquisite menus!
Same prices as locations outside of the airport. Great selections of wraps, salads and chicken entrees.
Chicken restaurant
Its ok for a quick bite.
Poor service. 10 minute wait to receive 3 pre-cut desserts in a refrigerator. There were no more customers and we were still waiting. We had to go back to the cashier to find out where our order had gone. Condescending cashier, not friendly at all. Dirty, messy kitchen worktop. Stay away from this place. Visit: July 30, 2018 at 9 p.m.
Received a frozen coleslaw. 0 stars if possible
Superior fast food to anything in Ontario (sadly enough). Free flow gravy is a gift from the gods. Chicken is perfectly tender, fries are crispy and well cooked. Like McDonalds but with effort.
i stay away from fries, so i order rice. On two occasions the rice served here is under-cooked and dry.
Really poor service. Waited in line 10 minutes with only 2 people before me, because employee didnt know how to modify one order. OK, she may be new. Her boss (the one with some experience, I guess) treat her quite bad in front of the customers (I already told you where it is, you dont listen, etc). When it is my turn to order, I ask for two children menu, they told me the kids need to be there (they were at the toilet with mom). I even had my stroller there and they didnt want to serve me. They lose a customer, I went to Burger king next to them and they won a bad review in Google maps.
I love St-Hubert!!! I dont care what anyone says, those fries and that sauce are addictive
Flee, poor fools!! Please dont do that to your stomach. Even the sodas are filthy, I cant imagine how they are prepared. The dishes are of the same ilk. Even the ground is shaking and urging us to leave this place as quickly as possible.
Never been treated so poorly.
fast, but not super courteous... anyways we are always in a hurry at the airport so... we dont care a bit
Good food, great service. Would recommend.
