I come this Tim’s every night before work just to see my favourite worker there. She suggests new drinks or foods I may like and always makes me smile! The staff know how to make the customers feel special and welcomed and never mess up my orders!

Their positive attitude and warm smiles truly made my visit enjoyable. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served promptly. This use to be my fav Tim's, I use to go every morning before work. Now it is the worst service, so I stopped going. I went back this morning thinking maybe they changed or improved NO. Hashbrown hard and cold, mcmuffin wasnt toasted with no butter it was dry. I said no egg then changed my mind, the girl freaked out, REALLY... Im done atleast if they were nice it would not be as bad, but their not! Only 1 guy greeted me, the women their never do!
The worst time Horton i ever walked in the workers there don’t even wanna speak with you & yhe worst part is i always order a pizza i ask to swipe the tomato so it can be on the whole part of the bread i like my orders to be specific and they tell me that we can’t even swipe the tomato or put in a certain way this place is gonna bankrupt in no time i never seen a worker telling the costumer that he can’t do what he asks even for a simple task they say we are not allowed to do that, so why you working if you can’t fulfill costumer order hahahahah

Ive never seen a drive-thru service as fast as that, you barely get to the window to order it and its already the same if the drive-thru is empty, honestly great I hope it stays like that.
A little weird atmosphere with the customers. The customer service is super sweet. Next to the airport, that says a lot about the province. The donuts and muffins were good but it was doubtful with the fly per square foot in the pastry window. . Thanks for the experience but I might not do it again.

Not the best Tim Hortons, but still better than some other drive-thrus. Sometimes the person on the drive-thru might sound like they dont care about anything... like instead of Hello welcome to Tim Hortons youll get a hemmm you know the sound you make when youre too lazy to use actual words. The order was still right though so thats a plus. Edit: I went back, and this time was much worse. I went to the drive through and asked for the cilantro lime crispy chicken wrap and the person in the window handed me a bowl. I said i asked for a wrap, her reply was but its the same thing.... IT IS NOT THE SAME. I AM DRIVING. A WRAP IS MUCH EASIER TO EAT THAN A BOWL. ALSO IT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Now normally if id see that they inserted it wrong in the machine then id say whatever, can you just exchange it please, but i saw the receipt and clearly said WRAP....

Not even able to say a word in French, we are in Quebec Maudit Plus the cashier was shining this in my face without even apologizing and thats without mentioning her stupid look. Its been a month but Im going to take a detour to find one, its a very bad start to a day

EDIT: Another day another messed up order. Good job you guys. Imagine not being able to handle a coffee with a shot of espresso. I did leave an initial good review, but recently the lack of care for getting orders correct has begun to annoy me. This morning was the last straw. Ordered a farmers breakfast wrap sausage, got a farmers breakfast wrap with egg and hashbrown with no sausage. Not even like they misheard and made me a bacon farmers wrap, nope just fully forgot to put the sausage in my sandwhich. Do better guys, been coming here for years and its starting to go down the drain.

Placed an online order back in November 2022. Trying to get food after the hectic airport before driving my 3 kids back to Sherbrooke. Got to the location and was informed that they didnt have all the items in my order and instructed me to contact the support for the tim hortons app for a refund. Contacted the app people and they said that I have to get my refund from the store itself. I dont live in Montreal and Im getting the run around. Phoned the location. Eventually, I was put in touch with the manager. Was given his cell. He was very responsive at first. Trying to find a solution, since I cant easily stop by. Eventually, he said he would transfer be a gift card for the same amount so that I could buy food from another location. Ive never heard from him again. I called multiple times and left multiple messages. Nothing. So I spent $43.22 and got exactly zero food. Im willing to change this review if I get this resolved. Heres hoping.
It use to be my fav Tims but not any more. They just dont care any more and sloppy. My hash brown is always cold and oily, wraps cold, dry cause they never put sauce.
Its gone down in the last couple of years. Foods not the same, portions are smaller and they always make mistakes on your order. They even run out of stuff...

No one speaks French, I dont speak English, the customer service is deplorable. We are in Quebec we must speak French, make an effort and above all be pleasant when we see that the customer does not speak English

Our coffees were barely warm. The lids identifying the ingredients did not match the coffees. I went back inside. Within 8mins, we had hot coffees but lids were mismatched again. The server was very considerate and put a protection sleeve on both coffees but one lid was not on properly. The sleeve got soaked with hot coffee. Another disappointing visit to Tims

Very poor customer service , I asked the veggie wrap at the front desk counter . The girl on the counter charged me for something else and when I asked , she said thats the only veggie wrap they make and argued that she has been working for more than 5 years and she knows what is she saying and making . After that I got my reimbursement. But they should leave their attitude on side while dealing with the customers

Worst service at drive thru. They don t charge you at drive and tell you to wait on the side. After when they bring your stuff then want you to come inside to pay. Then there is no point to go for drive thru.
Extremely poor service. A manager who laughs in our faces and one of the employees who doesnt speak French. Very disappointed and angry for this service. Plus the food was terrible.
I ordered an Iced Capp with oat milk and they give me one with almond milk. What if I had a nut allergy? Its a one item order and they still messed it up. Oh, the incompetence!

They don t know how to give food for the take out. I ordered wrap and they gave me wrap in the paper instead of the hard wrap cover. They should atleast know, Its difficult for person to carry food in paper during travel. when I asked for the cover and girl said we no longer give cover for the wrap.

I go to many different locations from Ottawa to Montreal and this is one of my favorites. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast even when there is a line. Awesome job guys!
I keep getting the sausage egg McMuffin with BACON, I write it in caps because though they continuously charge me for it, they only remember to put it in less than half the time. Seriously hire people that can read or get a better communication system.
