Ordered a delivery for the volunteers to the local food bank (On Rock) and you guys forgot an entire sandwich.. Yikes.

This location not clean. Bathroom filthy, floors and tables usually quite dirty. Picture shows how dirty the counter is where food is prepared. Have seen it like this many times Staff friendly. Food : 1/5

I used the Too good to go service and was delighted with the food that was put in the box. The take out was a little slow but the person who served Noys was very pleasant and served us with a big smile! Thank you Tim Hortons!

I said 4 times to 2 different people that I want 2 English muffin sausage breakfast and confirmed it over and over 4 TIMES! I got 2 nasty leaking burritos or wraps that are wrapped like burritos in a square with too much sauce.. this is what happens when the government gives 75% payback when you employ immigrants.

I am a regular customer of Tims and this is the worst branch I have had to date. No hello, no thank you, no French and above all no smile from the entire team in place. I ordered a pizza and it felt like I was eating a big soda cookie! On the other hand, the restaurant with the tables was very clean.

I ordered a trio for dinner this Thursday evening, on the table inside the Tim Hortons and this is the second time that this has happened to me, my order did not go through and the lady did not want to give me my order afterwards that I showed him very clearly that the order was placed in my bank account. I tried to explain to her that I hadnt received it after 20 minutes of waiting and she immediately yelled at me. After negotiating for a few minutes, she finally gave me the wrong order, very poor quality and told me not to come back. In addition, she spoke in English after having addressed him in French.

I had to repeat myself several times on what I wanted to eat. The staff here is not very friendly and service is always slow.

I order ice cap and they didnot send me the straw with it and the muffin i order they send the wrong one as well . Worst service

Driving by this Tim Hortons at night the architecture intrigued me... Up close it is very ordinary! so my theory is that its the lighting. When I diverted one Saturday morning, the restaurant was closed. A FedEx driver was leaving asserted short staffed. I suggested it looked like the drive through would work for him, he said nah, but bet hes glad he changed him mind! The parking lot looked appropriate.

I have been coming to this place for quite a while and I dont know why I bother because the service is terrible. I feel like Im annoying them with my visits.

2nd issue I have through DoorDash delivery now with this particular location. This time I never received my order. Notified them via the app, a day later the rep told me that the driver did in fact show up to my work. So unfortunately they cannot do anything. They deposited 400 points to my account. Even though I would much rather just have my order sent to me?! Hope the driver enjoyed my drink and timbits. Changing the Tim s that I usually order from, or even better start ordering from Starbuck s, maybe the service is better. If I could my rating would be 0 stars. Not even going to review the 1st issue because it s frustrating tbh.

Country tims usually closes at 14:00 , but during the aummer it stays open longer because there is more tourist traffic. They are always lookingbfor staff

Cons: A bit slow in preparing the orders. Probably needs more staff. Water faucet in the mens washroom had lost its sensitivity. Not working properly. Pros: Nice staff. I love the touch-less hand wave opening door on one side which is very nice for any restaurant or cafe to have. Good accessibility. Next to the highway. Clean washroom.

Tims off T-Can near Sources. Place is updated and clean. Food and coffee is as expected. Staff are fine, but sometimes lack friendly personality. I do go there often for morning break.

Very bad service. There s a racist older lady that if you speak English first or your French is not québécois perfect, she will be very mean and treat you like garbage. She seems to be the manager. My experience was awful. She put my hot chocolate far and didn t even give it to me. After 15 min I had to ask if that was my order and she was very rude to me with her answer. I hope whoever goes there has a better experience. If you don t have a perfect québécois French I wouldn t recommend going there.

Im not livid. this occasion was just annoying. At 11:30pm, i went through the drive through to order a plain bagel with butter. What i received at the window was a sesame bagel instead. I cannot eat sesame seeds due to my medical condition (ulcerative colitis), so i went in and asked why i received a sesame bagel, and was told that they dont have plain bagels, even though the guy punched it in on the drive thru screen... Like i said, it was just annoying.. the worker seemed like a real knuckle head, and the manager didnt seem to care about anything. At the same time, why are so many food items not available around the evening anyway? Only 2 types of donuts available, only 2 types of bagels, mediocre coffee available... Seems like a recipe for loosing customers. Try to improve the service in general, or whatever is wrong with this system. I may have pointed out 2 so far.

Since the reopening after ren ovations, some of the newer staff are really unhappy and rude. No thank you or any smiles. The service was Fast, great coffee(the best in Canada) Im addicted to their coffee.but as a customer I find it upsetting to be talked to rudely the last few months from the main lady running the drive through. Plus no plastic gloves during covid

I wish Tim Horton had a recognition program because I had the opportunity to be served by Mr. Nick and Ms. Molly last week and let me tell you, these two were so kind and professional. They greeted me with a smile and served me the best toast and tea. I really appreciated the wonderful service. I hope they are highly recognized for their excellent customer service!

Degeulace like Tim Horton there is always something missing in the orders he doesnt speak French and he doesnt know how to make the sandwich offered put mustard in a club tim gives the sandwich no sauce and I cant say worse tim Horton from area to absolutely avoid

Ordered a Timatin BLT and what I got: bagel, mayonnaise, lettuce, bacon and a PICKLE. Where are my tomato and eggs? That is ridiculous, Ill never go back.

This has to be one of the worst Tim s I ve ever been to easily. Right away at the drive thru the lady was super impatient, disrespectful, rude and obnoxious. Although, if you re craving Tim s and that s all you really want and this Tim s is the closest, find another one. Terrible experience.

Super slow. At least a 15minute wait in drive through. The Staff serves drive through first, walk ins get ignored. Rarely opens on time and most times closes early.

This Tims has gotten worse and worse over time. Quality has dropped off, but worst of all is that the speed is horrendous. During rush hour your easily spending 15-25 minutes in the drive through which is unacceptable. I went inside to see what takes so long to notice that not only are they understaffed, but that the current staff is constantly on their cell phones, talking etc... There was once where I went inside, was about to order and 1 of the employees who was about to go on break was able to place an order before me... a waiting customer, during rush hour... After the order was placed the cashier took a phone call right in front of me. Absolutely unacceptable service. Save your time and money and go to a McDonalds.

Dont know what happened to this place. No Doughnuts on a Tuesday afternoon. I was told their delivery was coming in the following morning. I was told by staff member they have something like $3000 budget for doughnuts and payroll lol. And when they sell out they wait until Next order to replenish. We were 3 cars that just left

7 out or 10 the order will be wrong!!!!!!!!! So irritating, how hard is really to get it right????? Nothing complicated just tea and coffee . Besides employees arguing with each other.

Two employees were rude giving me the wrong coffee, and I left coffee on the table. They even complained me asking twice, I repeated twice I want an ice cap as well. Whose mistake is this? They took my money and no returning and no exchanging my coffee at all. It s like robber!!

Unilingual English-speaking drive-thru service, for those who still have a little pride in their language and their culture, this is a place to avoid! In any case, its not as if there werent any other Tims around... For the colonized? Go there, you will be able to converse in English happily!

Worst Tim Hortons Ive ever been to. Mobile order took 15 minutes before I had to tell them I ordered. Coffee had grounds in it, tea was the wrong one, donut was stale. Rude kids but they were working hard, at least. You get a star only because you made the tea mistake better.

Wrong time of day to visit, low on timbits. I have 3 Tims near here, and this is the oldest and best. Easy on and off the highway.

Worst experience of my life! The staff does not speak French and the restaurant is very dirty, I did not want to eat the club sandwich, because it was while waiting for my order that I noticed all this pig space, really disgusting plus no disinfection.

What more can I say. It Tims with great Coffee and Donuts, plus theyve added breakfast sandwiches, hash browns and muffins. I love Tims because it always taste the same. Usually polite service and I mainly use the drive trough

Got a tea here, it tasted like they had put coffee in by mistake, then dumped it out and made the tea, disgusting... I wish Tims could do better, but it seems like service just keeps getting worse...

Open again after a total renovation. However, the place have to operate in shorter hour, closing at 2 pm Monday to Sunday, because of short staff.
