They constantly get orders wrong. A simple coffee order. Just coffee was wrong. Never put the BBQ sauce in the happy meal boxes either. In starting wonder if they do it to save money..
Ordered food online. Came to pick up my order. They said 1 item is missing because some their kitchen machine was broken. they Didn't compensate anything to make my kids happy. worst experience ever with them. In USA they would apologized and compensate with some gift. Service is poor here.
I stop here most mornings on my way to work and get hot cocoa as i cannot have coffee, however more often than not I get warm milk
It takes at least triple the time of any other McDonalds to be served at this location. The owner should hire a new manager. This is not normal and he is losing business because of this. Also, management seems to hire the slowest, thickest people to work here.
Location is convenient but that’s about it. It is wheelchair accessible but their front door has no automatic button so you must use the back entrance. The service is usually lacking but they do have their shining moments. Too often is my order wrong or my iced coffee will have no sugar. The worst issue is the wait time at this place, and they often make you wait by the exit to the highway when you make a drive-thru order so if something is wrong in your order it’s very difficult to turn around or you have to leave your car there.
The service here is honestly so slow, having been several times. Once waited for 10-15 mins in drive thru at one mic while the other mic was passing orders. I had to physically get out of my car and go to the other mic to say "HELLO, WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE OTHER LINE?!". We placed two orders on two bills (for one car), guess what? They didn't even have any trace of the second order. The last time I was there, service was quick, as it was later at night and I was the only car in the drive thru, so, understandable. But, the Big Mac was so dry, barely any big Mac sauce.
Order a coffee at first they gave me the coffee cold and then I asked to give me a hot coffee what she did she poured out half of the cup and add it hot water, so now i left the place and tast my coffee on the highway, its so disgusting colored water I have with no tast at all , its so bad .
I ordered 3 happy meal breakfast and 1 bagel sandwich . And they packed with 2 happy meals and 3 orange juice.. There were missing one happy meal and one bagel. And there is no maple syrup and Yougart with the order just pancake and juice.. Very bad experience...

Gross. An employee screamed at us in the drive thru just because we couldn t hear here. So rude and this place needs training.

3 out of 4 times that I ve been here in the past two months they ve forgotten something I ordered. After going through the drive through, or ordering a pickup online, something was forgotten. Very incompetent, by far the worst Mc Donald s I ve been to, unfortunately it s the only one that s close by where I live.

This evening, I placed my order and I received it, everything is fine! But I go to the counter to ask for a drink holder because I got takeaway. The girl SENT it to me at the checkout without a word. I had to bend down to get it. She quickly walked away because she knew what she did was wrong. I preferred to leave without making a fuss but I will NEVER set foot in this McDonald s again!
Crazy experience. Feels like people in there are unaware they are at work. Felt like a dystopia movie.

The service does not comply with Law 101 and is unilingual English.
Never failing to disappoint, McDonald served me coffee that was totally off. While is it almost always very consistent, this coffee tasted like someone spilled half the grind on the counter but decided to run the batch anyways. Unfortunately it is right off the highway and the on ramp is literally 50 feet past the exit. I didnt havey first sip until it was too late to go back. I hate myself a little more every time I go to a McDonalds

African American at order counter refuses to speak english and just tapped my empty cup on counter rudely to get my attention, what ever happened to excuse me? She is just plainly not made out for customer service! But must admit best quater pounder hambuger Ive ever had!!
Good clean place, food is typyval mcdonalds, my fries and tea were very hot which was great.
I have never rated a McDonalds highly because, lets be honest, the cuisine is not gourmet in any stretch . However, what distinguishes this establishment is the exceptional service and attention to detail in their preparation.
By far the most disgusting restroom I ve ever entered. Aside from the occasional urine and stool smudged, toilet paper on the floor wet. No toilet paper available in all the stalls. Soap container out of dispenser leaking on the floor. Lastly - no air dryer nor paper towel to dry my hands from rubbing water. Attempted to speak with the Manger- was rude dismissed and claimed he already was aware and somebody is coming . Other lady staff giggled. If this is how their bathroom is managed I am terrified to know what the kitchen looks like. Terrible ruthless customer service. And Frankly- was encouraged to make this post of review rather than be somewhat apologetic.
Waited in the drive through line for over 20 mins while cars in the first lane got passed through. Then got told to wait a minute and they can t take anymore orders. 5 cars passed in the other drive through lane. No, it s supposed to be one after another. Easy.
Fast and friendly service
This place has the worst management! If you have an issue with a meal, they put it back after it s been touched by someone else back under the heat lamps! And if you question them they throw a fit in front of everyone and insult you because you re telling them that what they are doing is unsanitary. Disgusting and a Terry place to go! Those people need to be fired!
Witnessed them accept a burger and fries that had been in the hands of a customer who returned it for whatever reason and they placed it back to be resold!!! A guy tried to tell them that was unsanitary and the manager got mad. Don t come to this place!!!! Food

I am very disappointed with the service at this McDonalds. I placed an order through a delivery app and it never arrived. When I contacted the delivery driver, he informed me that he was at the restaurant, but the staff had lost my order, and to make matters worse, they told him they couldnt do anything about it. Unbelievable! I didnt expect this level of unprofessionalism from such a large chain. Its unacceptable that they cant manage orders properly and dont take responsibility for their mistakes. The young girl who took my order was polite but she got my entire order wrong. I ordered a trio with a poutine instead of fries, I didnt get the poutine, I got the fries. I ordered an iced coffee made with milk, but they didnt give me that. They gave it with cream. I corrected them with the ice coffee. The food was still good but I was quite disappointed with that service. The constant beeping of the fry machines are very annoying, and I didnt want to stay and eat there.
The burgers are getting smaller and smaller :( the teen ones from A&W are bigger! The baconators from Wendys are thicker on the meat side.

The service has improved, there is a new staff since ~1 month, quick and friendly service both at front counter & drive through, food & fries are fresh and properly prepared.
Very disappointed with this Mc Do! Be careful with your order! Lots of forgetting! I went there twice and there were always a few things missing! So we eat lukewarm or even cold! salad apart from the hamburger! Not even an apology or anything offered in compensation! Kid-friendliness: Games on site not very big but sufficient for the time spent there! Dont forget the socks if your children are in scandal
Always check your order. They have a habit of forgetting things, like condiments, or the patties in hamburgers, or that youre waiting for your order. Was a great McDonalds for a long time but its absolute garbage now

Worst Service. 20 min for order
Visiting from Newfoundland. Ordered from here on Door Dash after and my driver waited over 25 minutes for my food. it took over an hour to finally get here and when it did it was absolutely disgusting. The fries were cold and soggy, the drink had to ice, but was flat (there probably was ice at some point, just melted from sitting around for so long) and the burger was sloppy, but half warm, so thats where the 1 star came from. McDonalds is usually slightly disappointing, but this was just appalling.
Unfortunately, a lower rating cannot be given, I waited for the order for a very long time, the sauce was not added for the second time
Come here if you want to wait a light year for your order. Terrible place. I ordered a coffee and had to leave long before it was ready.

Close to the airport, washroom wasnt working
We were a pretty big group and they got all our orders right! That never happens if you order for more then 2 in Ile Perrot. My grandson knocked his chocolate milk off the table. I went to tell someone and they came and cleaned it right away, but I think they could have replaced it. Dietary restrictions: There really isnt anything for diabetics. Parking: It was clean. Kid-friendliness: It has a play park. I hate that they dont all have play parks anymore.
I went at 2:50 am took two juniors and poutine , all was stale . Two Nigerians were working there . If you can t provide a fresh food to costumer then don t open it for 24 hours . We are paying for good food not for such a staled food .
Updated May 2024. Service loses a lot of points! Im even thinking of filing a complaint. Second fds Served as fertilizer only! Not even a hello. Very good but lack of lighting in the McDonalds park. And would be handy a McDonalds bib dispenser in the park... often no high chair ready.
McDonalds Franchise sucks now. Not the McDonalds you remember from the good days. Long gone are the 24/7 drive thru. They now stop cooking at 3:15am as their computers update for breakfast. What a joke. I guess their new policy is to turn down money instead.
Il y a eu plus de 5 erreurs de commande dans les 20min que jai été assis a mangé, personnellement ma commande était correct mais beaucoup dautre client nont pas eu cette chance.. le chauffage dentre les portes pour entrer et sortir du restaurant était également au maximum comme en hiver, malgré les 19°c qui fesait a lextérieur... pas très agréable..

I never review McDonald s, but this place blew me away. Immaculately clean bathrooms, the back door from the parking lot is open, prices seem lower than many other locations, and best of all they come around and offer you coffee refills at your table!?!!! Have never seen that before! Wow! Well done to the owner/manager/staff!

Nous avions commander deux frites, ils nous en manquait une, nous avions pris deux cheeses extra ketchup, un avait un extra ketchup l autre avait un extra moutarde. La fille à la fenêtre nous a dit que c était pas sa faute vu que c est pas elle qui a pris la commande. Nous avions également demander un coke et nous avons eu une root beer. Bref vraiment déçu !
I dont know why, but the last 3 times I passed by the drive thru I had to wait for someone to bring out my order. There werent a lot of cars in the lit so Im not sure why the wait. Other than that, the food was good and the staff friendly

Order done on Macdonalds app.for pick up in-store. Without notice the doors were locked due to lack of staff. Had to go through packed drive through line to get my order. Which was cold.
Drive through is not open 24/7 They put green crates to block the drive through entrance and when a bus driver knocked on the drive through window, he got his order. This happened at 4am on a Monday Service

The fries are always lukewarm and soft and the shepherds are never hot. Why prepare in advance? I prefer to wait a little. This has become a problem in several McDonalds.
