Worst experience, do not waste your time or money going here. Staff forgot our order even though we were the only customers in the restaurant, when my husband asked, they claimed they forgot and it would take two minutes to cook our order. When it finally came out the bread was covered in mold. Absolutely disgusting, we got our money back but sufficient to say we will not be returning. Staff saw us sitting at the table and no one thought to ask if we’d received our food.
You can never go wrong with la belle province. Amazing s Perfect.I better just changed tours.I love youervice and many smiles from the staff. The fun 70s theme and retro jukebox makes for a pleasant atmosphere. A feeling in which the very accommodating staff only enhanced. All around, great experience 😁
Just went in to this store, there were two Indian staffs and they said the store was closed. I asked them what time they close usually and they said it’s at 8pm. When I asked “it’s 7:40 and then why do you close now ?” And they replied what do you want to order. I said I just need some hotdogs and they wanted me to pay in cash only. I did not had cash at that time but they refused to serve without paid in cash. This is a horrible service and an experience for me who drove all the way to get some good food. The management should take necessary actions and make sure the store should keep up with their said open times!!

An iconic indulgence that’s worth a stop. La Belle Province is a classic spot for “steamy” hot dogs and great poutine. I like the classic all dressed, which comes with mustard, relish, onions and coleslaw. I pull in here from time to time on my way back to Ottawa (where I wish this concept was more readily available). Service is efficient, decor throws back to a classic diner of the type. I ordered a large poutine and a hot dog for about $14 before tip. They made an extra one by mistake and gave it to me free. It was lunch but definitely the last meal for the day.
A must try whenever an out of towner like myself is visiting. This was my first time visiting this location. Service was exceptionally friendly dly and food was prepared well! Just like how I remembered and exactly what I was craving!
I went at 1PM and it was fairly empty...lunch rush was done. Super fast. Poutine was fresh (when it’s slow...some pass off old fries but this wasn’t the case). The Poutine was just the right size and delicious. I tried a steamie and it was also great...packed with cabbage. Retro decor...it’s one of the better La Bell Province.
Our family’s favourite labelle is on Sources! The staff is always friendly and the chefs pay attention to the little things. I order poutine one size smaller because it’s extra dense here - fries, cheese, more fries, more cheese then gravy. Yum!

All staff (Pritpal Singh, Nakul, Nesh) greatfull so nice customer dealing 5 star services and food. I and my family want to visit again same restaurant.

la belle province locations are unanimously always so scuffed. the interior is always something to behold nonetheless, the poutines that come out of la belle province always hit HARD

Great, but pricey, fast food. By accident, I knocked over my drink and fries. I apologized and was prepared to buy them again, but the helpful staff replaced them at no charge. Very unexpected. Parking: free parking spaces available in front of, and in the back of the restaurant

TRUCKERS STAY AWAY. cashier lady saw me walking rrom my truck to the door, she locked it. 10:54 pm. Lady laughed at me. Thought it was funny. We close at 11. I am a truck driver who just wanted to grab some take out....I guess you lost me as a customer.
This location has what you want from a Montreal hotdog and fries restaurant. The staff are polite and like to chat while your ordering which makes it nice. Parking: Free parking outside.
The poutine was of good quality but I felt the menu prices were a bit too steep for what was being offered. Not to mention the depressing experience that youll get at this specific location. There was absolutely no other customers when I entered, the interior is dreadful looking so I had to take my food on the go. All three of the employees were staring me down as though I had done something wrong, the whole experience felt awkward. Not sure if all other locations offer this type of atmosphere, but I sure hope not.

Had an amazing smoke meat poutine At this la belle Of hymnis in the West island and they also offer a smoked meat sandwich that looks delicious for my next adventure to this establishment The owner tells me that theyve been here for The Last 40 years which that makes him a landmark the service was amazing friendly faces and great food come have a try You wont be disappointed

It seems to Me if you order take out as a minimum you send salt and vinegar and hopefully mustard and relish its the things you would expect ,well it will be awhile before we order from here again.

One of the most beautiful Belle Province. 40s-50s style furniture, even the display recalls neighborhood snack bars with the use of paint on wooden panels. Hockey fans will be in a pleasant environment.
Best in the west for all sorts of meals! The chicken pita was the last thing I expected to see on the menu and it was truly delicious

The worst La Belle Province that I have ever been to. Almost every fry had a black spot on them plus they were soggy. To top things off, my weiners skin was crunchy. $13 not well spent.
This really a great place to eat with super good prices, but this was about 10 months ago!! I visited a few days ago, only to find that the prices went up anywhere from 20 to 30 % I will not be going back ever!!!

Had a large smoked meat poutine, it was the smallest large poutine Ive ever seen. While the fries and sauce were good, there wasnt much cheese nor smoked meat, and the meat was tough and stringy, like it was cut by someone who doesnt know how to cut smoked meat. All that at almost $15 means I wont be going back, which is too bad because this place used to be great. Also noticed that nobody that was handling food were wearing gloves.
I like their poutines and especially their hamburgers but the super loud radio in the place, I never liked it. I never eat there. You ask them to turn down the volume and you see that it disgusts them....
This was our quick taste of Montreal while on a layover and it did not disappoint. Delivery was quick and efficient via Doordash. Gravy is sooo flavorful and hot!!!
The food was bland. But that was not the worst part. It seems that none of the employees have heard of this little trinket called GLOVES. I had to throw away the food after taking a few bites because I didnt want to get sick. Hell, they didnt even wash their hands in-between handling the meat and vegetables. This is a health code violation.

Another restaurant that exaggerates on prices. Looking at the prices I hope the employees are paid $25/hr. $25 for a club sandwich was always just a chicken, bacon, and tomato sandwich. Plus not even capable of taking orders the right way. Finished this rat hole for me
$9.00 for a poutine, wow potatoes go up that much, walked in seen price walked right back out, talk about highway robbery!!! Oh, & this is before tax!!!
The fry was serve in tray left on counter before cooking the burger the fry was. Cold on serving and we ask salad in burger and he put cold slaw full of vinegar inside my burger and we left our tray on table with the cold fry inside and the employee call us name like malaka because where not happy this place need to be closed no respect for the client dont go there go across to Lafleur you will be better and they will not call you name like malaka

The Poutine is the best I have eaten in the West Island. The whole family enjoyed the food and the retro atmosphere. We would like to highlight the welcoming staff and the impeccable cleanliness of the premises.
Scary staff just stare at you when you walk in and make you wonder what nightmare you just stumbled into. Place looks pretty shabby. For a place that puts poutine front and centre, it was a pretty lousy poutine.
If you want a greasy spoon, this is the place. Bad for your health, but great for your tastebuds.

Great everything except I got there at 1130 and only person in line and they took Uber or skip orders before mine its not like there was a line or anything but taking 4 Uber orders before physical people is kinda shifty on their part.

Their bacon poutine is to die for. Absolutely, delicious and decadent. Their double cheeseburger hit the right spot. My colleagues attest to their other fares being top not as well.

This Bellpro is one of the numerous hotdog franchises found throughout Montreal. Their hotdog are good because their coleslaw they use is crunchy. Sub sandwiches and hamburgers are decent but a little messy. Good spaghetti w/meat sauce. Very consistent in taste. Diner decor that could use some upgrades. Good service, plenty of parking. A little difficult to get to fur to road configuration.

Stopped here with some friends after an event in Montreal. Id never heard of it before but a friend said we had to try the poutine here. The location we went to was a little hole in the wall with ultra faded menu signs and it was actually endearing, a bit like a place out of time. My friend wasnt lying. The Italian poutine I had was amazing and Im someone who has eatn way too much poutine. Another friend who was with us also had a hot dog, which he said was excellent as well. This was the first time I went here but it wont be the last. Its apparently a chain and my friend said theyre all this good. I hope so!
