Freezing cold in dining room as the AC is still on to the Max. At least thats what it felt like.

Declining quality and service. Ive has more than one bad experience here within the last 6 months. Will not return.

Rude staff, with no class. No sense of customer service. Going down hill for a few years now.

Drive-thru service in English only. Service too slow (10 minutes). Cold BLT bacon egg sandwich. Coffee not drinkable.

The staff is not professional, they hang around and dont want to take orders. They dont care about the customers and they are rude. Im talking about the staff who worked on October 1st at 7 p.m.!

Nous sommes à Montréal, et personne na été en mesure de prendre notre commande en français... Aucun sourire, pas de façon, service à la clientèle était complètement nul. Avoir pris notre commande avec une borne aurait été plus agréable, puisquil y aurait eu une raison à être ausi froide. Cétait extrêmement sale, collant et aucune table du côté de Wendys étaient propres...

Ive never in my life stood in front of a counter for so long, waiting to place an order. I just gave-up and left. Lots of employees running in circles but no one was getting served.

This Wendys always has a good service do far, that was before but as I went today horrible service at the drive-thru worst customer service/service its just the food that was good. Usually employees apologize for the long wait but there was no lineup I was the only car waiting to be served. Hope they improve 0 stars. Just the food that was good.

Baconator substitute with a disgusting dave. I paid for a baconator and did not receive my order. I want the minimum service required by law. Edit: They didnt even try to rectify the situation. Minus 2 stars. I love Wendy s, but there was a time when we had laws. And they dont seem to respect them for people who look like me. Obvious discrimination.

Kids in the back kissing, I thin her name is Sabrinna and a guy. And when the guy is already in couple And a bad service. People that don t have heats I don t recommend going there.

I was there last night and a black lady working at the cash register was very stupid and she spoke directly in English which is not legal, you have to at least say Hello/Hi and see the customers response with what tongue to serve him with his own language. I would add that her attitude was very incorrect and as if she was doing us a favor! And whats more, the service was long even though they didnt have any orders and there were 4 people, the worst part was that I was the only customer there! Honestly, extremely poor customer service I will never go back.

The last 5 time I went to the drive through they messed up my order. The atmosphere is either crowed or cold due to the nature of the location. Vegetarian options: There is salads and replacement options usually

Fast food type restaurant, we were served quickly. Unfortunately, we were not able to be served in French because the employees only spoke English. There was also an error in our order. Fortunately, the restaurant is clean.

Pretty solid Wendy s however, due to what I assume is an understaffing issue they often close early. I ve also found that they rarely have the vanilla frostycinno in stock. Other than those things it s a fine fast food place. Wheelchair accessible, and decent parking.

It was pretty bad I ordered 4 jr bacon cheese and non had tomato inside as they should I asked why and they said they don t have anymore, though I wasn t notified I asked why I wasn t told this before the order and what could be done to correct the situation, and she said nothing. I asked to speak to the manager and she went back to the manager smiling and laughing as she explained what was going on and the manager then came to the front. I explained everything again and the manager turns to the cashier with a smirk on her face, said something in Hindi and then turned back and said they d give me an additional jr bacon cheese. The experience wasn t pleasant. I enjoy leaving good reviews as I know they help, though when a company handles a situation like they did and also doesn t have much in stock because of what seems like overall poor management then I m also okay leaving a poor review. Place is very dirty, even though I see employees talking and doing nothing when no customers are making a purchase and when purchases are being made the service is very slow, as well they re out of other things besides tomatoes, such as large fry boxes and coffee who knows what else they re out of

Order some burgers on uber eats 40 min before closing and they just cancelled my order 10 min before they closed. The uber driver waited for almost 20 for nothing...

In the past 3 or 4 years Ive been to Wendys maybe three times and each time I have not felt well for 24 hours after, and this time was no different. They used to be the best burger joint around and now theyre in the quality level of Harveys. Whos quality has also dropped. The staff were friendly and the service good. But the food is just awful. Only reason I went is because of a power outage and everywhere else was so busy you couldnt get anyting.

Unfortunately I couldnt eat there, the Interac service was down. He only took money over the counter. I understand English so I dont have a problem, but its not normal for the cashier to ask for the help of a translator because she doesnt understand a word in French. Very few people spoke French, the translator was hard to find, and I didnt want to make his job easier by speaking English. He speaks the locals with a Tim Hortons. Thats what I ended up eating.

Whenever I order food at home it arrives incomplete or they send orders that do not correspond to what I requested, it has happened on 3 occasions, the customer service is extremely lousy inside the restaurant, the people who work there give a lot of excuses and do not like each other take responsibility for mistakes

Ordered just before 10 or 22:00, arrive at drive through only to find them closed HELLO maybe update the APP, next time you decide to close early as it clearly states open till 11 or 23:00 for drive through!!! Also paid through three app, now how do I get my money back??? Not to mention why did it even take a payment if you arent even open??? Broke down tried again, LAST TIME!!! SLOWEST WENDYS DRIVE THROUGH ***EVER***!!!

We went to get two trios tonight on the drive in service. No one was responding so after a few minutes we advanced to the window to order and see who could help us. No wonder, they did not hear us..There was a tremendous commotion inside. At first, we thought it was some drunken customers, but no, it was the staff having an epic fight in the kitchen, enough that one would have thought a 911 call would be necessary. I mean Epic stuff. Enough that I thought I could have received a french fry basket thrown at my head.via that window! Just unbelievable. The only one that was holding it together was the 16 year old poor boy at the window, he deserves a promotion for his professionalism. I ve never seen this before we thought someone was going to get killed. I thought it was a family business with a serious dangerous fight. The older lady seemed to cause a great deal of the commotion, violent and yelling throughout the kitchen I rarely write reviews but this was something else. Thank you

Ordering was complicated, confusing, lacked basic choices.

Very poorly trained service, waste of time. I placed a mobile order, they only use your name. The app does NOT give you an order number. The employee insisted I needed an order number, even though the app clearly shows, just say your name. There is no such thing. I have ordered in the app down the street many times, and they never had any issues. Very poor experience here.

UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE! Electronic Menus didnt show half the prices of items, when I tried to ask the Counterman, he didnt speak English. Once I was finally able to convey what I wanted which included Nachos with cheese they tried to sell it to me without the cheese (they just put it in the bag) when I pulled it out and challenged them on it, they just shrugged and said they were out of cheese.

Very slow team of young employees. Didnt seem to be a manager around to keep them productive. Food as sub par, Im not sure if it is just this location or what Wendys delivers now. . Restaurant was quite dirty.

Fast and courteous service at the drive-thru counter. I would say a little too fast, our burgers had more of a tossed look than assembled

The burger was good although a little small, the fries were good with a nice little crunch and the place was clean.

They hired a foreign kid who didnt know what quarters , dimes, and nickles were and put him at the cash taking orders. I gave him exact change and he had to call a supervisor to count it. This place is a disaster.

I have tried on three separate occasions to come to this restaurant to eat. On Three occasions I have been turned away because we are closing and have limited food. Fries? Burger? Or chilli? No. What do you have. Water. What time do you close? Uh, I dont know, Um eleven. ( pm) Its 10:13 pm... The other time was 9:50pm. Screw this place Im going to the Harveys that is open untill midnight
