Was my favorite restaurant. I didnt have dinner, has there been a change of ownership recently?

First time and very good meal

Its not serious, every time I find it closed then it says open!!!!

I went to buy Chiche Taouk with my daughter at Amir Dorval. There was a special poster: if you take two Chiche Taouk, you will get the second for 5 dollars. I took 3. I took a potato with garlic sauce. When I left to pay the bill he charged me $36 for three sandwiches and a $3.25 potato. I asked him why 36 dollars. He told me that he made a mistake, he took a glass of unlimited drink to give to my daughter so that she can take some drink to rectify her mistake of two dollars, without telling me if I want to accept or not. I asked him for the bill, he told me he was going to put it in the sandwich bag but he didnt, so I couldnt see what he really charged me. It made me angry, but I will never go back to Amir. I dont recommend it.

You know what screams Im going out of business? When you sell an 8 inch plate of stale patatoes at 17$. Even though you shish took plate is 16.50. Never again.

The two fellows who work here are two of the rudest workers that I have encountered at any restaurant in my life. They have no sense of customer service whatsoever: they gossiped about me in Arabic behind my back after I asked for more garlic sauce on my plate, and then they told me that I should have known that they were going to put every topping in my salad (before asking me) because I had been there before. The guy was about to start a fight with me over the garlic sauce and the salad. What amazing workers and people! LOL. It s amazing that buffoons like these don t go out of business within weeks while speaking to customers the way they do. Complete and utter disrespect. Do not support this business. Go to another Lebanese restaurant; there are plenty of them. These guys deserve to go out of business for good.

Really disappointed with the food. Flavor was non existent very dry and the veggies didnt taste fresh. Meat was very dry and falvorless. Not back to this location ever again

Buy a shish taouk! Super tender meat, impeccable service! The two employees welcomed me with a big smile. I highly recommend going to eat there! Vegetarian options: Vine leaf, cubed potato, several types of salad and dumpling made from plants (forget the name)

I stoped here with my sister for a quick bite before heading to the airport and we were blown away by the quality of delicious food and amazing customer service. The two gentlemen working behind the counter were so happy and welcoming and made it such a great experience for us.. We will definitely be back !

The food was decent, but the service was terrible! I wanted to pay for my meal and my husbands, although my husband wanted to pay initially. The cashier then gave me a dirty look, threw my change at me in an aggressive manner and did not say anything. We will not be returning.

I ordered afew wraps, iys strange they dont ask you what toppings you want or what sauce. they will put whatever. You actually have to tell them. I had to speak out loud and tell them to put some hot sauce or topping. the toppings are not even in front of you. You dont see them. They have them at the back.

This food its too high in sodium and saturated fat read the nutrition information its terrible. Recommend not eating here or any other location, it will damage your health over time

Sorry but can not recommend this restaurant. I had the lamb on pita and could only eat half of it so dry and not at all enjoyable. The hummus was tasteless , have made better food at home using leftovers.

Had tauk sante with salads around 7 pm. Chicken was dry, salads were soggy as they were made in the morning, Overall, it was worse than any other Lebanese fast food place I had visited. Food : 3/5

We ordered a delivery via uber eats. The order arrived wrong. Called the restaurant. The ppl work there are extremely rude and blamed us giving the wrong order and started to shout at us when we said we specifically ordered 2 beef shawarma and it was visible in the order. We got one chicken one beef instead. Food quality was also very low. Worst middle eastern fast food I have ever eaten. They just establish the business close by the airport, so the customers are keep changing. Otherwise, they would have been out of business in no time.

Nov 13, Seemed reasonable enough for me, pleasant staff, clean tables. Had the beef plate with rice, tabouli and Greek salad. Will go back again next week and will try the chicken. Photo next time.

Delicious food with fresh ingredients. The staff are welcoming and professional. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. If you dont know what to get just ask them they will give you recommendations. 10/10 : )

A clean Amir and the food is excellent. Respectful employers with impeccable service. Very big difference with the Amir de Lachine to whom I gave one star even if it was worth 0. Amir Dorval - respectful with a client who has a service dog!

Will never go again. The guy there was very rude. The shawarma was cold. The price high. And on top of everything, the guy was ripping off the green peppers on my sand which with bare hands....in the 6th wave of Covid. What a waste of money.

The food its much too salty to the point of making me feel unwell after eating here. If they could put less salt in the sauce and meat it would taste a lot better. Also the prices are much too expensive for this type of food

The place is located amongst a few other restaraunt shops with adequate parking available, a host of menu options between vegetarian and majorly non vegetarian leaves you with quite a few options to mix and match in line with your taste. The food is good, though yes could do with a bit more pizzaz and diversity of flavors. The hosts are more welcoming if you know them otherwise will have an air of suspicion about your true intentions while entering their establishment. The meal size is quite decent and will leave you full, and dine in option is complimented by a lot of seating space which is clean. Good place for a quick bite!

Pitiful service Order by phone...make me wait in line anyway...doesnt speak French...asks me to keep my distance...while the woman in front of me wears her mask over her mouth and is stuck on the another customer... This is the last time I go there...even if I live in Dorval..

I just left this place and was shocked by their lack of caution and cleanliness. The man making my sandwich was not wearing a mask and he touched everything - the cash register, the ATM machine and then my sandwich! I couldn t believe it. Under normal circumstances I would have been upset. With a pandemic in full force I was left speechless. I love their food but could not eat it after seeing that.

Although the food is on par with most Amir restaurants, the service here has generally been pretty bad. From missing items (no garlic sauce or the entire beef part of my order), to a lack of care when making it (who puts the humus on top of the garlic sauce?), to the guy straight up walking into the back while I was telling him my order. Not a welcoming place at all. Ive been pretty forgiving over the years, but I think Im done here.

Worst place in the world never go there

I got a Shawarma plate. It was mediocre. The meat was cold. The portions to price is acceptable (17$). The restaurant smells funny. I almost walked out because of the smell. Anyways, improvement is recommended.

Worst service ever. The guy does not use gloves to serve you. What a disgusting place to have a mediocre shawarma. Will never be back. Quite abhorrent with Covid -19 in force. Inspectors should be sent to this place. I am sure that from inside it is even more disgusting!

A kind and honest staff. My worst nightmare happened a few days back. Coming home from a work trip, too tired to cook let alone think, I stopped to pick-up lunch at Amir. With my yummy Taouk in hand, I returned home, ate and took a nap. Yep, I told you I was wiped out. Later that afternoon my phone rang - it was Amir telling me that they had my wallet. Shocked and worried, I got over there fast. On arrival I immediately looked for the young man who had served me but they must have had a staff rotation and two new gentlemen were now serving. Panicky, I yelled out my name and got the hold on gesture. The cashier with smiling eyes handed me back my wallet. I offered him a cash reward which he refused. It was a full wallet of credit cards, cash and gift cards. It would have been a very painful loss. Thank you Amir staff for your kindness and honesty. You are proof that decent people who care about others and about doing the right thing are alive and well.

The food is good, the restaurant is clean. The staff here are friendlier than the ones in Lachine, but for some reason it seems that a lot of the Amir employees (regardless of the Amir) have an attitude. I think its hilarious, to a certain extent, because the food is always good, but its funny to know that our presence in the establishment is an annoyance to them sometimes.

Thank you for serving delicious fresh food. Especially during these trying times - amazing to be able to pick up fast food that is super tasty and wholesome. Plus reasonable prices with fast and efficient service.
