Tonight I just made an order through Domino’s app a pizza and the poutine. The pizza was OK but the poutine it was the worstI The , fries were raw white uncooked barely any fries and any cheese curds went to the garbage! This is from the DORVAL location ON DUMONT ST. Near my work location , I order from this location at least twice a month pizza this was the first time I ordered the POUTINE! :( :( :( very disappointed with this location! In my neighborhood, Montreal North I can give them a great review 5* on Henri Bourassa East! Great pizza always well garnished and the POUTINE wow GOLDEN Brown fries full dish .. great amount of cheese ..great amount of sauce !! It’s unfortunate how from one franchise to the next there is such a huge difference very disappointed

Aman is the best worker and kindest person ever! Aman, the manager of the Dorval location, is an amazing person. My teenage son was stranded in an airport hotel in Montreal overnight after missing a connecting flight coming from Europe to the U.S., and he had put his wallet in his checked bag (which went on without him), so he had no credit card, no ATM card, no Canadian currency, and hadn't eaten all day. His flight from Montreal to the U.S. was 30 minutes late, but apparently the U.S. security closed down and he was literally dropped at the hotel by the airline and told to come back the next day. We tried to order him food, but the Dominos App and web site wouldn't let us pay with a US credit card zip code on a Canadian order, and the store policy was that you couldn't pay with a credit card over the phone. Aman was incredibly patient and spent a ton of time trying to talk us through making the app and/or web site work, and then when it was clear it wouldn't, he paid out of his own pocket for our son to have a pizza which was literally the first food he had had in 20 hours of travelling. His kindness was such an amazing act of generosity and I can't commend him enough.
Terrible pizza, use to be great but got bought out new owners are super cheap, to the extent of robbing their customers, ordered pizza from here 2 nights in a row each time I paid extra for triple cheese, get my pizza and half the slices are missing cheese.... Ridiculous
It's fast-food pizza; you know what you're getting when you order. It's hit-and-miss sometimes with how it's made. I had an amazing pizza and cheesy bread the other day, but I've certainly been disappointed in the past. The only time I've ever worried is when you order your free pizza; I try to pay for extra toppings because the pizza itself is free, but they always short me. Am I led to believe it's my fault for being a valued customer and using my points for a free pizza, so the store doesn't get as much money, and I need to suffer? Please let me know. Nonetheless, it's quite consistent.
A coin toss on whether it’ll be amazing or just plain awful. When it’s bad, you’ll wish you had bought the McCain’s frozen pizza. The picture I attached is an example of that bad; my three-topping pizza of “pepperoni, green pepper and onions”. Take a look and see what’s wrong with it. *As a side note to that, it tasted horrible, as well.
The food is usually prepared fast and tastes good.
Sauce super hot , crust burned, aggressive staff , threw the pizzas in garbage and bought frozen pizza at depanneur , was much better !

The food was delicious, Im in a wheelchair and they are always happy to help me.Its not equipped with an automatic door, but they were happy to let me in. Overall, Im very happy with this location. Vegetarian options: They have options of a lot of vegetables for pizza. And have 1 pasta with vegetables. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free pizza. Wheelchair accessibility: It has handicapped parking and a handicapped accessible bathroom if you have a small wheelchair. My motorized chair did not fit. There is no automatic door, so need help with the door.

Ordered for delivery and there was some confusion in regards to a gift card. The information the driver had was not the same as my online order. A little frustrating, but eventually all sorted out, and I appreciate manager Ari going the extra mile to make sure all was good. Very service-oriented. The food was good, well-made, cleanly-presented, and the drivers are always very friendly and polite. I am happy to recommend this store. Thank you.

I always order a special pizza for my husband, and because the option for an obnoxious amount of garlic sauce is not there, I call the store to specify. Always get awesome service, and the pizzas come exactly as we wanted, only better. Dorval is great!

TASTY !! GOOD PRICES !! This is where you go when you just cant decide on what to eat or you simply have the munchies during a game on tv. I suggest the pan pizza with whatever you like on it. Its a buck or three more but once you try it you wont go back. The large thin crust is also a sure hit !! The Dorval location is the best in my view. The one on Hymus near St-Jean. Blv. is also not bad and sometimes open later than Dorval. Either way try this place Its good, I eat there a lot and its always fresh and tasty. Always
I called and I felt like I was bothering them. I asked for chicken wings very well done and they came halves cook. Terrible and I will never order from there again

When I go to pay at the counter theyve tried to charge me 10$ extra on the bill. Its been twice in a row. Last time they didnt even bother to put extra toppings as I asked. They just spread mushrooms cold after the pizza came out the oven.

We walked over at 12:03AM, thinking the establishment would be open since the hours on Google said they closed at 1AM. When we got there, the sign was on, the hours on the door said they close at 1, but the door was locked and they were no longer serving food. Please update the hours if youre closing earlier!
Hours doesnt match up!!!!!! They were closed by 1030pm while the hours suggest 12am!!! Even on the door says that they close at 12 am, not just google.

I ve been waiting for 30mn for chicken and fries while the shop was literally empty except a few online orders .
My ankle is busted. Guy brought that stuff into my house and set it where I needed it to be, and the food itself was delicious for a midnight snack. 6/5, thanks for the accommodation guys. Edit - 7/5. Mistake was made and corrected immediately. Top spot for a cheap late night snack.

Horrible experience Firstly I call for delivery tried to give the address to the lady she was rude and hung up, I called back her coworker picked up give me a lame excuse for her behaviour. I gave him my order and my address tried to schedule a delivery for my lunch break from work. I waited for the driver for 10 mins before calling to check on the status of the delivery, Same guy answers told me that my order doesn t exist and that I didn t place an order. Made me miss my lunch they could ve been honest from the beginning so I could explore other options but they just had to ruin my day. Worst experience ever

Consistently good, fast service, when you order delivery theres a tracker so you know where theyre at. Vegetarian options: You can top the pizza with what you like so vegetarians can choose not to always get stuck with olives.
Food is always as expected, delivery is fast and efficient. It s almost if after I press « order » the delivery guy is already at the door. The only thing though I would appreciate is that the Dorval Restaurant would have online payment for a full seemless experience at the door.

I made an order from here last week for 3 medium pizzas and even used a coupon which gave around $10 off, yet the order after fees, taxes and tip, ended up being around $50. Not only that, but the driver left the restaurant less than 10 minutes after me placing the order online, so the pizzas couldnt have been in the oven for more than a few minutes. They arrived more than 30 minutes after that. Plus they were practically raw, I actually had to cook the pizzas in my oven so theyd be safe to eat.

Naver again . The guy working there was very unhygienic he took cash with his bare hands and then start making pizza. Never wash or sanitize his hands . Very unprofessional . Manager should provide them proper training.

Watch your bill if you are paying interac on pickup, they will precharge 20% tip not even showing on the terminal. Noticed after I left. Scammers.

0 stars. But they wont let me submit unless i make 1. So 0 stars dominos pizza! There is a pandemic all over the world A curfew at 8Pm all over Quebec here. People have lost their jobs, have less income coming in. Let me just start with this. I called for pick up at 7pm. They say now we only deliver. How to screw over people and make more Money.... The pizza is 13$ if i pick it up and 27$ delivery. Because they charge a delivery fee. I can still drive my car until 8pm to go pick it up. But noooo they want to screw people over and make more money... Shame on you dominos pizza... Shame on you.

I ordered the bbq chicken pizza and the Mexican pizza, to which I added tomatoes. The pizzas were relatively good. I was a little disappointed to find that they were a little dry, although the sauces tasted good. So I advise you to add the extra sauce if you order from this place.
They didnt deliver the pizza despite marking it as delivered on their website and when questioned why, the man on the phone and the delivery guy had different answers so who knows. Eventually we got our order but by the time it got here, it was lukewarm and just not great quality.

Horrible customer service. Was promised to have food in 35 minutes and took an hour. The Alfredo pasta was HALF FULL with 3 pieces of chicken!??! Also wasn t very warm. Overall for the price, I could ve made it better with my eyes closed and using my feet. Do not order from this dominos again.

If I have a choice to give zero star i would have give for sure . The quality of pizza was very very low very less cheese & they put lots of pizza sauce. Apart from that cheesy bread was half of that part was over cooked & was burnout. This was my last order from this place very disappointing. Never recommend this place to my friends.

Flawless experience
I am an assistant head nurse for oncology and one of my patients wanted chicken wings. I ordered her some chicken wings from Dominos but accidentally put in my home address. They called me when they arrived at my place and I wasnt home. I explained my error and told them I would stop by the store to pay for them on my way home. They did not charge me for my error! Thank you Dominos for you kindness and compassion!!!!!
AWFUL SERVICE. Very late (50+ minutes). Refused to compensate for poor service, management was excessively rude and mean over the phone. At the very least be kind to your customers.

My boyfriend when in and ordered food, payed with cash the same person that handled the cash started to touch the food without even washing his hands!!! My boyfriend then asked that same employee why he wasn t washing his hands before handling the food and the person said: well when I m alone sometimes it happens.... totally unacceptable!!!!
